I am Yogeshwaran i have Canara bank accout at Gudalur branch, Nilgiris district, Tamil Nadu. On 15/12/2016 evening 6:33 PM i withdrawal Rs 2000 at TMB Bank Branch Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai. Due to network issue the amount was not withdraw, but the amount Rs 2000 was debited on my account number. So please verify my query's and credit or revert my money to this account number.The sequence number :[protected] towards ATM and my Account Number[protected] my mobile number +91 [protected].
Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I do remember the ATM Password but forgot the net banking password. On this regard I have talked to Customer Care and I was told to approach the local bank with pan card copy and update. When I when I was again asked to do it online due to heavy workload they said. Hence I am launching a complain. Please do the needful

Dear canara bank team, my debit card is blocked, i am visting canara bank kalkaji branch, they told please con 10-15 days, again i am going they told me sir our staff is too short please come after 10-15 days, i am very disappointed, please give me a solution or will complaint to other department, i have only one account in canara bank

    Hi there,

    I have ordered one product from online. I was very disappointed with the product and thought to return it to them and get my money refunded back. I have submitted a complaint on this. One guy called me from their customer support and asked for my debit card details. He said he can't refund my amount if the account does not have minimum balance of 5000 rs as theirs is private bank. I have given them 16digit number, cvv and expiry date of the card also. The card has around 10000 in it. He said it's taking some time to process and later call got disconnected. Next day when i checked my account balance in atm it's showing some 200 change. I got shocked at this.
    I have been trying to canara bank toll free number but all my efforts are waste till now. Please have a look at this issue and help me getting my amount back to my account.

      UPI APP CANARA BANK Empower Issues.

      I have made a fund transfer on 16th DEC 2016 at 02:04 pm .The amount got deducted from my Canara Bank account but to my suprise the beneficiary account has not been credited still.No messang of refund of the amount has not been recived . When i contacted State Bank of Patiala where is my beneficiary account they said no amount has been credited in my account.
      This is making really frustrating. Just want my amount refund back in my Canara Bank account or else transfered into my beneficiary account

        Application to refund of deducted money from atm

        I mayank saxena have a a/c in canara bank rampur branch up 244901. I withdrawl 5000 cash from karol bagh atm on 26/10/2016. I had got only 1000 rs. And my 4000 rs. Is deduct and i did't get 4000. I had already complaint in local branch of canara bank rampur but not get any result. I request to refund money in my account.

        For last more than a month I have been trying to be connected with toll free no[protected] but failed. Being senior citizen and old customer I found it comfortable seeking updates about my account maintained with Maliwara Chowk, G'zbd just by dialing the number i.e.[protected] but after demonitisation I could not succeed to contact even for one day .

I have got money According to Rs 4700 per month but this money Rs=4700 per month scholarship for MBA and M. Pharma student.               I have send already many complain by Email & personaly hard copy if bank will change your correction their computer or miss happening then solve my problem please change my course I am a M.tech Student not MBA or M.pharma

              I, Ms. Subhra Sen d/o late Arun Sen, Zinzira Bazar, Bandal pally, 2 no bridge, Maheshtala, Kolkata-700088, West Bengal, a final year M.A Education[protected] student of Azim Premji University, Bengaluru, was awarded Indira Gandhi Single child scholarship on 10/10/2017. (Award letter: F/20L6-77ISGC-GEN[protected]A-III/Website).

              I had opened a savings bank account at Canara Bank[protected], Koramangala Branch, Bengaluru and submitted award letter and other required documents to the bank. I was informed by the bank officials that they are not able to upload the details regarding my scholarship in the UGC website and release the money to my savings bank account.

              Herewith I have attached the letter from Canara Bank, Koramangala Branch, Bengaluru which states that they were unable to upload my details in the UGC website. I have also enclosed bonafide letter and mark sheet of last 3 semesters from Azim Premji University, Bengaluru.

              May I request you to do the needful so that I can avail this awarded scholarship.

                My name is vineeth ramakrishnan. I did on online transaction of rs 50000 from my canara bank nre account on dec 17-2016. My cash debited from my account. Receiver didn't get that. I complained it through online chat. They not asking about any details about my account number or my address any thing. They saying that money will be back in your account if the transaction not done. It happened on friday. They said contact the manager (Canara bank, kodakara br, thrissur, kerala) on monday. I asked them about if i lose my money in between these days what i have to do?. They dont have any answer. I dont know why this bank keeping this type of customer service persons. Thanks

                      I have 4 accounts in Canara bank 2 current 2 saving in august I give application for the debit card they are delaying that it is yet not coming till October mid and 1 day 1000 rs deducted from my account by atm withdrawal and they are blaming me I took that card with pin but they issued the card to someone else with pin and I am still cardless how would I use my balance
                      Please advise me
                      And please take strict action because it can cause a fraud and loss of goodwill as well

                          I am from cheyyur kancheepuram district.Today I gone for money withdrawal at morning 11 am.there are lots of people waiting in the queue.at 4 .30 am one grandma didn't got money.They said no cash.she cried and say I don't have money for busfare also.But there are some people getting 10000k at same time in special counter.For that manager are supporting.please take an immediate action to clear those problems.i request you to clear this and I am waiting for your actions.Thank you

                              SBI cheque no 088658 deposited in canara bank srirampuram branch, Bangalore on 9/12/2016 not credited even on 16/12/2016. Cheque deposited in favour of sri M V Kishoore SB a/c no[protected]. When my lady representative went to bank today on 16/12/2016 the case worker of the bank (lady staff) behaved very rudely with the customer. Is this the way your bank behaves with their customers?

                                    I have taken home loan in sept 2009 from your bank with account no - [protected] and loan account no[protected]May be interchange).

                                    Bank put heavy interest rate (11.95%) and this is huge loss for me and harassment also. This is totally not acceptable.

                                    Kindly take urgent action and remedies for the same.

                                      This bank staff doesn't respond and they talk very rude. The manager is very idiotic and they doesn't give the money as the government rules. Instead of 10, 000 they give only 4, 000. The manager gives the money back door to the known person's. Please take a complaint and make rides on the banks in shadnagar to stop giving the money from back door.
