At 25/5/2021in paytm i am without knowing purchased a insurance plan but at the same time i canceled it, and they said the amount 400/- was refunded. But in my account the amount is not credicted.trasition id is:[protected]

    Sir,
    During a transaction in Amazon, from canara bank I booked 3 orders and collectively paid Rs. 3200. But the order got cancelled as the payment was unsuccessful (as per Amazon mail). When I enquired in canara bank they told that transaction was credited to merchant ID as given in photo attached below.
    Now the amount is not received by Amazon and payment to merchant is done by canara bank.

    Please initiate the refund back to my debit card( savings account).

        I have ordered a product from Amazon on 12th May Through my Canara Bank net banking and the price of the product was Rs.16999.00 This is my order id[protected]. I have returned that product on 20th May. After that Amazon has initiated my refund and has given me the reference id against which my refund amount should be received in my bank account within 25th May. This reference id is [protected] issued on 20thMay. Till now I have not got my refund amount in my bank account.

            Today I send a cheque for deposit in Canara Bank, S K Nagar Branch, Patna but they flatly refused to accept the cheque as my account was with Canara Bank, Vidyut Bhawan Branch, Patna.They told that they can not accept this cheque and we have to deposit it in my own branch.

            I am a senior citizen and this type of behavior is not at all acceptable. As per my knowledge we can deposit Cheque or Cash in any branch. If I am wrong please let me know. My account with Canara Bank is more then 25 year old.

              The Canara Bank Mobile app which I have been using is absolutely a Junk App.
              Many times I am fed up o[censored]sing it bocz the response time it takes to go ahead with the next step is way beyond one's imagination and testing of patience.
              You have to keep on waiting, waiting, waiting.
              Finally I get frustrated and just put it off.
              Other bank's apps are far ahead in their times and much easier and quicker to use and within a short time the transaction is complete.
              The software of this app seems to be a 19th century app. and does not cater to the present day needs such as quick response to links which makes it easier to operate.

                  I was trying to pay my electricity bill through bbps. and amount of 2090 was paid from my canara net banking app. amount was decuted from my account but its shows the failure status of trasaction so its a request to u please refund my money back as soon as possible .

                        I had a call today at 3.45pm from naukri stating that you have been shortlisted for ICICI and HDFC bank. Are u looking for job ??. I said yes, the lady told me ok you will get a call immediately from the recruiter is that fine with you. Again my answer was yes and she asked to login naukritest.in and I logged in. She asked me to fill my personal details I did and then she asked to fill the debit card details. Then I questioned her that naukri doesn't ask for these details I often receive mails and sms saying do not share any of the details. She told me you don't have to share to me you have to just pay Rs.10/- which will be refunded and you will get a hike from your previous salary. I thought just 10rs it ok and I entered the details to pay 10rs. I just entered my details it asked for my email id and mobile number I entered and I received the otp. After entering the otp immediately I received sms from canara bank stating rs. 9990/- has been debited from your account. I got scared and asked her what's happening how have you deducted my amount, she told no it's only 10rs if it has been deducted send me screenshot in my whatsApp (+[protected] I sent whatsApp she told wait I'll check then she told sorry by mistake it has been deducted to the merchandise account. You provide me another debit card details, credit card or netbanking details. I said transfer my amount to my account why you need another account details she told it's companies norms if not cannot transfer the amount. Again I entered another debit card details she told she got the details but cannot transfer the amount because it's zero balance account minimum amount of Rs10000 you should have I told I'll raise a complaint against you she told if you think you will get your money back go give complaint I'm least bothered. I tried convincing her and cried also but she didn't. I'm a person who will never do all these things but due to my urgency of job and pressure I did it.

                        Please if you could help me in any ways that would be really grateful.

                              I have an Account with your bank name o[censored]day Ghorpade, client id[protected] Branch- Adajan, Surat.

                              On dated 15th April 2021, i ordered some items on amazon and payment was done via canara bank net banking in above mentioned account, also payment was debited from my NRE account.

                              Details are below-
                              AMAZONAPA-CBIBIBO-[protected]-CBIBIB, Branch code-3086, Debited Amount- 7228.00 rs,

                              but as per my last one month follow-up with amazon, they confirmed, they did not received any above amount from the bank. they said payment stuck in gateway.

                              As well as i also follow-up with canara bank but i have not received refund amount for same to till date.


                              so kindly requested to you, please refund the above mentioned amount in my account.

                                        Respected Sir/ Madam,
                                        Amazon transaction for buying tplink router for Rs 2299. First, the account was debited but the order was not placed and I was asked to retry the payment so I paid the amount again then the amount was deducted from my account again and the order was placed as well. The amount which was deducted in the first place has not been credited to my account.
