Hi,
I am contacting the Kelakam branch from April 27 to may 4th (today) not receiving OTP.
My wife delivered on 28th April and the baby still in NICU.
my wife's family (5ppl ) affected by covid.
I need to do an immediate online fund transfer. now it's 5 days. not receiving OTP.

    590 rupees has been deducted stating that (ECS DR RTN SC SB), Its happened thrice for me(7/2/2020, 7/8, 7/2/2020).

    I don't have any loan or insurance tagged to my canara account for ECS deduction.

        Debit card problems

        Address: 521, VIKAS NAGAR- ETAH- 207001

        I have an saving account[protected] with branch of civil lines- etah 207001.

        Bank issued a debit card ([protected]) on my request received thru. Indian post.

        I checked the same with same branch i.E. Civil lines etah by myself. That person said it is ok & correct then i genereated green pin.

        Now it is not working properly, password is working till all options but withdraw is not being...

              Respected Sir/Madam

              I am Vasantha. My account no with your Canara bank is[protected], chandra layout branch, Bangalore. On 1st March I ordered a shoe from Amazon for 675Rs with cash on delivery. But the shoe size was small, so requested for refund to bank account. They have my debit card details as I paid through the card many times. Till now I have not got the money in my account. I have received a refund reference no from Amazon (please see attachment)

              I didn't get proper response from the branch or your customer service center, hence requesting you to please resolve the issue at the earliest

                      I received a message that rs199 is debited from my account for POS txn.
                      I don't know why this is happening.
                      Even the last month amount was deducted.I highly object this.
                      Why since 2 months they are taking my money
                      Does that mean every month I need to pay 199

                      Please inform me the reason and also the procedure to save my money without POS txn

                        Myself satyarth saurabh, I have applied cheque book request directly from canara bank branch on 8th march but still cheque book not issued.
                        Visited many times in the branch but still no got the cheque book.I missed so many urgent task due to this .

                          I had returned my product.. and the refund amount isn’t credited to my bank account. According to Amazon it is initiated from their end and also provided the refund reference number.. At bank they are unable to track my refund amount . It was suppose to be credited on 20th of April .. I tried calling bank customer care also visited the branch but no use.
                          So please do the needful.

                            Money Deposit issue, Today (24/04/2021) 17:58 PM Visited Canara bank ATM center near Vijayawada Patamata. I Deposit 10000 rupees using ATM deposit machine after
                            1)it asks for account number -after that i inserted my cash to that ATM machine it counts the entire cash and it asks for continue i click on continue and i got acknowledgement print from the ATM showing that Transaction declined...

                                    Hi,

                                    I have opened a bank account in your bank and have recieved ATM CARD yesterday only. Now the problem is I have installed and uninstalled your mobile banking app more ten times but same problem I am facing. I am getting OTP on my registered number but not able to type or copy paste the same on your mobile because of which I am not able to access your app. This is ridiculous, I have opened an account just to get rid of these...

                                    I, Naresh patil, customer of Canara bank palghar branch has availed travel card from canara bank around aug-sept 2019.Around June-July 2020 i surrendered my travel card to canara bank Palghar branch to that time Manager Mrs.Mayuri Mala .She told us that she has to send the card to head office at BKC for further processing.Since then i am continuously trying to know the status of my card. Mrs.Mayuri's services got transferred to another branch and new manager Mrs. Saraswati sanvan joined the branch.Not knowing the status of my card i contacted new manager and she not even acknowledge my complaint and told me to ask it about the previous manager Mrs. Mayuri.Since then i am continuously contacting Mrs.Mayuri, even visited her several times at dadar Prabhadevi branch banch but every time bank's staff is unable to tell me the status of my card. It's been 7-8 months now and still even bank's staff don't know the status of my card.My money has been stuck midway.I am asking her if atleast she could return my card so that i can use it somewhere but they are not even able to do that.Mrs.Mayuri is not receiving my calls and other staff is refusing to even take the responsibility. Is it a way canara bank treat their HNI customers??.Kindly look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible because it is our hard earn money which is stuck with you.
