1)I am KIRANGHOSH NRI customer having account in Canara bank kombodinjamakkal branch (CNRB0005897), I requested to replace my damaged international platinum ATM card about an year back and i am contacting in branch several times. But still i didn't get the card.
2)My credit card is expiring on 07/2021 and i requested to renew my card as well by call and by email because now i am working abroad. And still i didn't get any response from the branch.
We are not getting proper service from this branch.
Kindly take a necessary action.

    I tried to withdraw an amount Rs. 2000 on dated 06/07/2021 from ISBT, Dehradun SBI Bank ATM, Dehradun, Uttrakhand. I received SMS from Canara bank your Ac is debited 2000 But i have not received money. please reverse the same amount to my account number[protected].

      I already given letter to closure of my current account in the name of feel good furnitures couple of months before in your Thiruvananthapuram fort branch. Due to some of your internal reason it was not done on the same . As per the advice from your staff I came 1 week later to know the status., again the same.Your staff informed that once the issue is solved will close the account and inform me. For that they had given closure cheque too. But till today no communication, but receiving messages like Rs30, 50etc keeping on hold and account is in negative balance. Kindly note once I remitted 1500 Rs and made my account study and given closure request. Due to your internal problems am facing this issue for that am not willing to spend any single paise.
      Respecting the covid protocol am not visiting the branch.Hope you will do the needful.
      Consider this as my written complaint against keeping my closed account in negative status.
      Note: Am here by attaching closed cheque given on 26/04/2021, but on the same the closure is not effected So i came on 04/05/2021 but on that day also your internal problem closure not effected. This is for your kind reference.

                  I booked backsupport item due address issue it's cancelled but already through upi I paid before 15 days. Now the item is cancelled. And the amount is not credited till now.

                      मेरे साथ ब्रांच मैनेजर द्वारा इतना बड़ा खतरनाक मजाक किया गया कि पेंशन रोक दी गई और बिना पैसे के इलाज के अभाव में मेरे पति की तड़पते हुए मृत्यु हो गई जब मैंने शिकायत की तो पेंशन को आनन-फानन में चालू कर दिया गया जो अब मेरे किसी काम की नहीं है क्योंकि यदि पेंशन समय से आ जाती तो मेरे पति का समय इलाज हो सकता और वह बच सकते थे साथ ही ब्रांच मैनेजर के पास कई चक्कर मेरे पति ने लगाए इस दौरान मेरे पति को फटकार लगा दी गई जिससे उनको सदमा पहुंचा और वह बीमार पड़ गए जिसका संपूर्ण उत्तरदायित्व शाखा प्रबंधक का है अतः श्रीमान जी से प्रार्थना है कि ब्रांच मैनेजर को तलब करते हुए यह जानना आवश्यक है कि पेंशन क्यों रोकी गई थी साथ ही चिकित्सा भत्ता रुपए 1000 के स्थान पर 500 ही पेंशन के साथ दिया जा रहा है जबकि इस संदर्भ में रेलवे आदेश के आवश्यक प्रपत्र मेरे पति द्वारा जीवित रहने के दौरान तीन बार ब्रांच में दे दिए गए थे इस जघन्य उत्पीड़न के संदर्भ में मैनेजर महोदया के मूल वेतन अथवा भविष्य निधि से मेरे मानसिक संताप की क्षतिपूर्ति जो भी निर्धारित समझें कराने की कृपा करें

                            5800 were credited into my account and I want to pay this money to money to another person, but as per the UPI daily limits of Canara bank it is 20000.Now when I'm doing transaction of 5000 it got rejected and then I tried
                            2500 It made a successful transaction but then after I'm trying to make a payment of 2500 it is rejecting my transaction.

                                I purchased a product on amazon on 21th of May 2021 using my Canara bank net banking and I canceled the item on 22nd May 2021before receiving the order and I asked them for a refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 23rd May 2021 with a maximum time frame was 5 days. Still, it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as [protected]

                                I had also contacted the branch Canara Bank sahastradhara road Dehradun IFSC CNRB0018941. I had also given them the application. There is no proper response hence I mail you. Please check and confirm the status, if your response was worst in mail too I'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                                  My father went to Gaulikhal branch for minor account opening, but the bank all members not supported him, he is more than 60 years, as per the RBI guideline they will provide home service for old people but this bank all staff are not helping people .
