    Today early morning I have recharged my vodafone mobile no thru Vi app using my Canara bank debit card for inr 699. The recharge was unsuccessful but I've been debited the same amount. Spoke with Vi customer service and i was advised to check with bank as the recharge was unsuccessful.

    Today 25.10.2022, i have tried to recharge my mobile through the canara Bank app for the amount of 299 but the amount was debited from my account till the recharge is unsuccessful. I kindly request you to refund my amount of 299.

      My savings bank account in Canara bank perumpadappu (IFSC-CNRB0001424) account no.[protected], name - Saeed.N in my savings bank account balance deducted incessantly several times due to slab wise nmmb charges.I have always maintained minimum balance amount in a/c. But this charge applies when my balance is less than rs.500 as say in Canara branch staff.
      So please check the same and refund the amount as soon as possible.

      I expect your reply as early as possible.

        Hi,
        This is Nafisa Zinnat Hakim account holder of Canara Bank, Dibrugarh, Assam. An amount of Rs. 6551.47 was debited this morning at 12:38am mentioning a loan drawdown without my knowledge. My account has not been linked for any loans. How could the bank debit the above mentioned amount without my approval? I am a student and the amount was for my fees. It is absolutely harassment that I'm facing. I would want the amount to be refunded to my account at its earliest. Kindly look into this matter.

            I purchased a product on amazon on 21th of may, 2021 using my canara bank net banking and I cancelled the item on 22nd May 2021before receiving the order and I asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 23rd May 2021 with maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as [protected]

            I had also contacted the branch Canara Bank sahastradhara road Dehradun IFSC CNRB0018941. I had also gave them application. There is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                  25000 were credited into my account and I want to pay this money for tuition fee but as per the UPI daily limits of Canara bank it is 20000.Now when I'm doing transaction of 15000 it got rejected and then I tried 5000 It made a successful transaction but then after I'm trying to make a payment of 10000 it is rejecting my transaction.

                  Here I got a doubt in daily limits will both credit and debit transactions count is to be within 20k or is it 20k for credit and 20k for debit ?
                  also Canara bank services are not yet all good when compared to syndicate bank previously. It's irritating about this upi transactions as I do make upi payments regularly.

                    On May 25th an amount of rupees 199 was debited from my account but the transaction was failed through amazon pay. Still the amount has not been refunded and there no updates or respond . please check it and the needful

                          I am very much frustrated by the customer service provided when I called the toll free number. I didn’t receive the information I required. The credit application isn’t working properly from April 25th, I am unable to login now. After so much trouble and waiting I was able to get my bank statement. I don't see the refund in the statement. When I called Canara Bank credit service, they were least helpful they don't even basic information.

                          I am suppose to receive 26473 refund from Amazon on April 24th, it's been more than a month I didn't recieve my. I am trying to find out if I did receive that amount. I am unable to get that information from anywhere and anyone. No one is help full. If I call customer service one person told me the available balance is negative 208. Other person told me the available balance is 48000. none of the information is true. Now after seeing the statement the avaliable balance is 429. This is really frustrating and so much stress. This is my last try, I will be proceeding legally later.

                                My mother is the account holder of the your Bank PatherGatty Branch Hyderabad. She had submit the Account opening Application form on[protected] months ago as of now she wasn't received the Debit Card, Cheque Book and Net banking details which she was mentioned in the application form earlier. Bank people are sleeping i spoke to bank manager several times regarding the above mentioned documents but as of now no action was taken. Another thing most of the employee are not available in the bank in the working hours. So Please take strict action against them and release the documents immediately without any more further delay.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  As i am having my salary account (Acc no[protected] in canara bank nhpl branch, bangalore. I am using canara bank classic credit card ( [protected]) for past four years. i am having some over due in my credit card and i cleared the same on 30th april 2021. but the card was yet to activate. So i request you to kindly activate my credit card as soon as possible and do the needful on this pandemic situation.

                                  I registered a complaint through helpline also ( Complaint no CNR[protected]. Atleast kindly let me know the status of my complaint. Please note that the status of the card is showing TOD Block, but i was cleared all due payments long ago. Please check and activate the card at the earliest as i am struggling with some medical emergency.
