As i am having my salary account (Acc no[protected] in canara bank nhpl branch, bangalore. I am using canara bank classic credit card ( [protected]) for past four years. i am having some over due in my credit card and i cleared the same on 30th april 2021. but the card was yet to activate. So i request you to kindly activate my credit card as soon as possible and do the needful on this pandemic...

Hello Canara .

I have made a payment of 43, 600/- today on 30 May 2021, but The transaction failed anf I got the error of FUND TRANSFER OF 43600 on 30-05-21 is timed out .

The whole amount has been debited and not recieved .

Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible ....

Rs 4500 has been debited from my account[protected] through clearing cheque shown in bank statement is in my cheque book
I did not issue any one but bank has debited amount against this cheque
I have given compalint to branch regarding this but no action has been taken
Please necessary action and improve bank service

At 25/5/2021in paytm i am without knowing purchased a insurance plan but at the same time i canceled it, and they said the amount 400/- was refunded. But in my account the amount is not credicted.trasition id is:[protected]...

Sir,
During a transaction in Amazon, from canara bank I booked 3 orders and collectively paid Rs. 3200. But the order got cancelled as the payment was unsuccessful (as per Amazon mail). When I enquired in canara bank they told that transaction was credited to merchant ID as given in photo attached below.
Now the amount is not received by Amazon and payment to merchant is done by canara bank.

Wrong debited of rs 590 at 10:03 please help me out with reimbursement....

Today I send a cheque for deposit in Canara Bank, S K Nagar Branch, Patna but they flatly refused to accept the cheque as my account was with Canara Bank, Vidyut Bhawan Branch, Patna.They told that they can not accept this cheque and we have to deposit it in my own branch.

I am a senior citizen and this type of behavior is not at all acceptable. As per my knowledge we can deposit Cheque or Cash in any branch. If I am wrong...

The Canara Bank Mobile app which I have been using is absolutely a Junk App.
Many times I am fed up o[censored]sing it bocz the response time it takes to go ahead with the next step is way beyond one's imagination and testing of patience.
You have to keep on waiting, waiting, waiting.
Finally I get frustrated and just put it off.
Other bank's apps are far ahead in their times and much easier and quicker to use and within...

I was trying to pay my electricity bill through bbps. and amount of 2090 was paid from my canara net banking app. amount was decuted from my account but its shows the failure status of trasaction so its a request to u please refund my money back as soon as possible .

On dated 15th April 2021, i ordered some items on amazon and payment was done via canara bank net banking in above mentioned account, also payment was debited from my NRE account.

Details are below-

I did an IMPS transaction of 5000₹ with reference id[protected], money is debited from my account but didn't credit into beneficiary account plz kindly solve my issue soon...

Rs.590 was debited 4 times in name of ECS DR RTN SC SB due, where the account wasn't linked in any kind of loan or emi options....
