The above transaction took place on Aug 11th but transaction has failed but no refund received

      Money isn't widtrawn but amount debited from account

      Dear Sir,
      I Mahender Prasad S/o Leda Prasad have saving account in Canara bank which account and no. Is[protected].
      In the morning today I had used my ATM card for cash widtrawn at IndusInd Bank' ATM machine which no. is METRO ATM ID MN001262 of amount 10k. But on time of cash widtrawn ATM machine has switched off and my money is not exit. I have received the message from bank for debited the said amount also.

      I made a payment to slice pay on 6th august but they havent recieved the payment so I am requesting the bank to issue a chargeback. The paytm said it is not a fault at there end.

        I have not received any of my refund... Last week a refund from amazon's and myntra and it's not yet reflected in the account..
        Pls check with it (389rs from amazon and 687 from myntra) kindly clear this query..

          On 10 august 2020 i did a payment through phone pay of rs 800 which was failed to transact for the first time and amount got deducted. But the amount is not refunded yet. Please check on it and do the needful.

              I am deepthy s nair. I cancelled an order placed through amazon.in and they have initiated the refund on august 7 2020. But the money is not yet reflected in my bank account. The details of their mail are given below. Please find a solution for this. Thank you.

              Hello,

              This is to confirm that refund for amount 245.0000 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now.

              Please contact your bank’s customer care center and quote these numbers to know further about the status of the transaction in case you still haven’t received the credit within 4 business days. Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this update.

              Some nationalized banks may take more time than normal to credit the amount. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. At that time, they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

                I ordered an item from amazon on july and it has been cancelled on august 4. But i didnot get my refund back when i contacted them they were saying that i should contact the bank and give the this (RRN 74332740218021744711648).When i contact the bank they were saying they cannot do anything. Both of them are complaining each other. My refund amount is 725rs

                            I booked tickets from confirm ticket app in march month. Due to lockdown in country the train get cancelled. Six months past away no refund is credited in my account, the customer care is also not replying soon and bank is not taking arn number of refund from irctc.

                                My name is RISHABH KUMAR SAXENA and I had ordered 2 PRODUCTS of RS.240 AND 145 RUPEES . 1-Digital Noise Cancellation Clip Collar Mic Condenser for YouTube Video. 2-Nobelite Men's Combo Pack of two shoes, and Order Id[protected] and[protected] in Amazon on 30-JUL-2020 and after 2-AUG-2020 and 31-JUL-2020 The products is cancelled by the seller side due to the the courier company is not able to deliver at my location. And on 2-AUG-2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005402160212161957409 AND 30005402160212172125301 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Canara Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
