Mera refund 30/7/20 ko amazon ne mere account me de diya hai. Canara bank ke account me nhi aaya hai.

I am not able to login to the student portal for ugc net fellowship. I was using this earlier but suddenly it was not allowing me to login. I tried to use forgot password option to reset password. But it is showing the wrong details, which is not the case. I am attaching a screenshot of the same.

I am reporting a wrongly sent funds to a canara bank account based in noida. I have contacted the noida branch via email last sunday, although i haven't heard from them.

I had ordered a product from amazon on july 18 and returned it on july 23. Amazon has sent me a notification that refund has been processed but the amount has not been credited to my account yet. I had made an online payment for Amazon.in on 24th and cancelled the order. Amazon cancelled the order on 29th and initiated the amount but that amount is not reflecting in my account yet.
