I have saving account No.[protected] in my name i.e. Santosh Rani. In this account i have interest against deposit from deposit account no. SCSS[protected] AND SCSS[protected]. Bank deduct TDS on interest Rs 1660 (Dated 30.09.19)Rs 1660 (01.01.20) Rs 1660 dated 02.04.20 from last three week many time personally visit branch and request to provide TDS certificate and update passbook but they dealing officer told wait for some time
Sir i have to file Income tax return and As per 26AS income tax Portal the credit of TDS of 4th Qtr not show
Sir i am senior citizen and i am not able to visit regularly
please look in to the matter and do the neeful

    I am resident of J.P NAGAR, MYSORE, KARANATAKA.I HOLD an account in CANARA BANK IN J.P NAGAR BRANCH OF MYSORE.
    0N 29.07.2020 AN AMOUNT OF 49894/- was deducted from my account with out my autherisation,
    I have submitted documents asked by Ashokapuram branch and was told would recieve a reference number within 24 hours.
    Which i have not recived yet.
    I request canara bank to take the need ful action. Its a case of fradulent transaction as i recieved acall for paytm kyc updation and upon following the instuction of down load teamveiwer and paying processing fee
    Of around 13 /- and a amount of 49894 was deducted from my account.
    I request concern authorities to help me to recover my amount as soon as possible and take action on such fraudsters.

      Dear sir,

      Further to the subject cited above, i am here with bringing the following information for your reference and immediate action.
      I have tried to send rs 5000 through amazon upi account ([protected]@apl) to another amazon upi account ([protected]@apl) on dr 9th july 2020 with bank reference id provided by amazon is[protected]. Amount got deducted from bank account but not reflected in beneficiary account.
      I have waited 5 days and checked with amazon for reimbursement of the same. M/s amazon confirm that they didn't receive any amount and it is canara bank problem.

      Hence i request you to check and reimburse the same.

      Please find the enclosed screen shot of the transaction failed for your reference.

            I recently cancelled an order from Amazon.in and they initiated refund of ₹386 on 24/07/2020. They said amount will be reflected in 3-5 days in my bank account. Yesterday I got a mail related to my refund that has a order reference no. i.e.

            Refund Reference # 30005402070206164840991

            And 29/07/2020 is the last date for the reflection of amount in my bank account, But till now no amount has been reflected in my account.

            When I complaint Amazon they said amount has been initiated from our side please contact your bank customer service, they said no such amount has been initiated towards our bank.

            I contacted Amazon.in three times and Canara Bank customer service no. i.e. [protected]
            two times. Everytime they said this is not our issue. Then whose issue is this?

            I'm contacting continuosly for Small amount of ₹386. They're not helping me.

            Please help me and solve my problem immediately.

            I'm hoping a immediate response from your side.

              I returned one order on amazon.in and they initiated a refund against that, but it isn't credited yet.
              On amazon side they have initiated but canara bank hasn't deposited it in my account.

                      Hello Team,

                      This is in reference to the order I tried placing - order details as below:

                      Order date - 15-Jul-2020

                      Order #[protected]

                      Order total - Rs. 8, 000.00 (1 item)

                      I cancelled the order but have not received any refund yet. Upon contacting the Amazon customer care I was informed that the refund was processed vide Ref. Number 74332740199019849238684. However when I contacted the Canara bank Customer Care citing the same, The bank informed that they have not received the refund.

                      Please review and credit the amount to my account at the earliest possible or let me know the next level of escalation point for me taking this further.

                      I have attached the screen shots of chat and with Amazon and recording of my call with bank authorities.

                        I tried recharging dish connection for the amount of rs.250 through freerecharge account.
                        It says transaction was cancelled but amount deducted but still not get refund.
                        Kindly provide that money to my account

                            I am customer of canara bank in srirangapatna branch and i had student account in this i had taken account statment for month but impose stament charge of rs 142 and they consider as overdraft. With intimation they declare that wifful default and written off the account and it has been effected on my cbil score.

                                I ordered few products from amazon on 4th july 2020 from paying my debit card of canara bank. My order id is[protected] on amazon. But because of some reason i cancelled 1 product (Buyfeb back cover) of worth rs. 149. Today is 25th july but i still didn't get any refund. I called to customer care of amazon today. They are saying they created the return ammount on same day of cancellation... But i still i didn't get. Now what should i do for my money back really don't understand... So please help

                                Its not resolved actually but coz of this compain many fraud calls comes to me...n they r said tht they are calling from canara bank. I'm fed up of these. U guyz haven't a secure link itself. Looks like anyone can hack and found ur all details whichever u give to this compain link. This is really disappointing. So wanna remove my compains because dont have trust on u guyz anymore
