I am ramesh chandra sahoo as a customer of canara bank a/c no.[protected] and registered mobile no.[protected]. I booked a mobile by my canara bank debit card rupay ending in 4074 dated 12/07/20 from amazon.18/7/20 i received the mobile was not same which i booked. So i returned it to amazon as per amazon, s procedures. They picked the mobile from my address on dated 24/07/2020 and issue a payment as refunded. It was cleared from their side as on date 31/07/2020 as reference no.30005402070194184606008. When talk to amazon regarding this matter. They are saying to call customer care of canara bank. When i call customer care no they are saying to visits canara bank. I visited canara bank in markona, bhadrak, odisha. They replied me, what can we do for you if your payment is not credited. Please go to amazon with your successful transaction reference no.30005402070194184606008.
