Hello,
My name is aditi arya, my account is in canara bank sector 9 ambala city, haryana branch. On 18th july i have ordered sports shoes in amazon through debit card for rupees 439.. Then i returned the order on 19th july and they mentioned that the refund amount will be credited in your account by 29 july.. Till now i did not get the money in my account. I have received a refund reference no #30005402070200122155774.

Please resolve this issue and refund money in my account.

      Respected Sir/Madam,
      This is SivasankariThirumeni. Today[protected] my mother(PremaThirumeni -Exserviceman wife) had attend the fraud call through mobile, that person told your ATM card is expired, so tell your (ATM number, cvv number and otp number). She also told all of them.Then amount Rs-20, 000 taken in my motherpension account. This amount is to pay monthly my Marriage loan and Pf loan to pay it and remaining amount to monthly live it. Still now fraud person Mobile number - [protected] is enable. He attend the call also. But my side we are loose money mam.

      Bank - Canara Bank, Aruppukottai Branch
      Mobile number is [protected]
      Fraud person Mobile number is [protected].
      Kindly do the needful any action against this fraud person to get back my mother pension amount. Or get punishment that fraud person in further . kindly wait for your reply

        I purchased a product in Amazon on 17th July using my Canara bank card .I returned the product to amazon.the refund for that product is initiated on 24th July .but still the refund is not reflected in my account.they had provided the reference number as 30005402070199092398275.i contacted your customer care but there is no proper response. Please check and confirm the status and respond to this mail

          I purchased a product from amazon on 10th june 2020, using my canara bank net banking system. The item i did not receive and asked for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 17th july 2020 and stated that the refund will reflect in my account within 5-7 business day. Still it is not reflecting in my account. They have provided the refund reference number-igaitpqdc4.
          I had contacted your customer service number of the branch but did not get satisfactory response. Please check and confirm the status.

              On 24th of July 2020 there's been refund initiated from Amazon to my account of about 1, 799 INR but the amount is not been delivered to my account yet,
              I contacted Amazon customer care they are saying that it's been prblm with your bank .I tried contacting Canara bank customer care they are saying it is not our fault .

              From Amazon I got this reference id where the refund has been initiated .
              Refund Reference # 30005402070193122128141.

              Please look into this issue and try to resolve ASAP.

                    My name is sadhique, i purchased an product from amazon, and it cancelled in an person reason. Then they refunded to my account on 24 th july 2020, after my bank procedures the last date they initiated is 28, th july 2020. Today is august 3 didn't received my refund yet now.                         My name is sadhique ali ck, i orderd an product from amazon in 24/7/2020 by prepaid of ₹1799 using debit card. Then i cancelled it according to my personal issue. My refund is initiated amazon is july 28. Today is august 3 i didn't received my refund yet. I contacted the canara bank customer care and branch they are useless in this case. I have refferal id : they have sent (30005402070206180324244). When i contacted the seller they says they are completed all their procedures in their side. Bank did not accepted refund.
                        My refund didn't reflected to my account yet. I want it immediately, please help me.🙏

                          Hi,
                          My name is bhuvan patil.

                          I purchased two products worth rs.898 at amazon on 24th july from my debit card.

                          Due to some personal reasons i cancelled one product of rs.629 on the same day.

                          Amazon refunded and provided refund reference number 30005402080206190845467 and asked to wait for 3-5 days to get reflected in the account.

                          But by now, it is already 10 days passed and the amount is not credited in my account. Now i am in need of that amount.

                          Please go through the case and do the needful as soon as possible.

                          I will attach the confirmation email of amazon with this msg.

                              On 25th july visited atm and want to withdrawl 7000/- but transaction failed from atm and my bank balance debited with 7000/-.
                              I myself visited on canara bank and register complaint the banker said after 3 days it will be in ur account still i didn't received and then i again visited now again the banker said after 5 days and its totally done with a more thn a week till yet i didn't received my fund back.

                                My self santosh rani having saving account with canara bank bearing number[protected].in my saving account i have earned interest from senior citizen saving scheme account no scss[protected] & scss[protected] and bank deduct tds. Bank have deduct tds and debit my saving account of rs 1660 (984+674) on dated 30.09.2019, rs 1660 (986+674) on dated 01.01.20 and rs 1660 (986+674) on dated 02.04.20
                                Sir i am senior citizen and visit branch six time from last four week for update my passbook and form 16 for tds
                                But branch officer mr ashok srivastava did not arrange to update my passbook and handover form 16. Sir my income tax return due because form 16 not available. Sir this is a big public sector bank and having good reputation in the market but some employee for their personal interest and without money they did not work
                                Please lookin to the matter personally please instruct to branch please up date my passbook and form 16 so that incometax return may be file
