Regarding not receiving offer letter and joining date after accepting LOI

Dear capgemini.

This complaint is in regards to not receiving offer letter and joining date after accepting Loi on 19th may 2022.

I am the candidate accepted Loi for Analyst A4 exceller 2019/2020 profile in the month of may 3rd week i.e, 19th may and still have not received my offer letter and joining date. I request you to please look into this matter and do the needful.

PF Transfer amount not reflecting on EPFO

Hi,

I joined Capgemini in Jan 2019 and resigned in Sept 2021. Prior to CG I was working in Accenture and I raised a PF transfer request from Accenture to Capgemini in Dec2020 through EPFO portal.
On EPFO the transfer request shows as settled and it also generated the Annexure K.

I am following up with CG since Jan2021 when I was working with CG to checked if my Transferred amount is added to my CG PF...

I'm complaining about not getting any approach after accepting LOI

Respected sir, my superset I'd is - 1895776. I have accepted LOI on 8 April 2022, but after that, I've not received any further mails regarding ADAPT training or offer letter. Please tell me when will I be On-board. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible....

Less shift allowance

I have received my full & final settlement amount & received shift allowance of rs 6800 for combined feb & march month, but as per roster calculation for feb its 4600 & march its 3400, thus total Rs 8000.

It was approved but still I'm told by shift allowance team, it isn't approved, it's really disappointing to see how ex employees are treated in Capgemini, even after multiple follow ups no one is bothered to check & give...

Full & Final settlement not received

This is in regards to my Full & Final settlement amount which I have still not received. My LWD in the organization was 21st March & the Final Clearance completion date was 29th Mar. I have written multiple emails to fnfhelpdesk.[protected]@capgemini.com & offboardingservices.[protected]@capgemini.com but not getting any response from them.

Kindly help me in getting my Full & Final settlement as well as the statement.

Regarding DOJ after accepting offer letter

My Candidate Id is 5487217. I got official offer letter from Capgemini in FEB 2022 and submitted all related documents, I have accepted the offer letter and got joining date as 26-Apr-2022 and it got postponed to 29-APR-2022.

Till now also I didn't get any update on my onboarding .Kindly look into this issue and resolve ....

PF Date of Exit is not updated

Date of Exit is not available in PF portal hence I am not able to transfer PF.

I have sent so many mails and reminders to the below addresses offboardingservices.[protected]@capgemini.com

But no proper response and really frustrated on how Capgemini treats ex-employees like this.

Provident Fund Pension amount not yet transferred to Wipro Trust

I have worked in Capgemini and left the Organization in the Feb 15 2019,
and Joined Wipro but the Capgemini not yet transferred the Pension amount to Wipro Trust and Wipro not transferred the Pension amount to Accenture.. Currently working in the Accenture. I have to withdraw the Provident fund amount submitted the form 31 it got rejected due to pension amount not transferred.

My last working day in capgemini was 29 December 2021 and was working from home and was not called to office even once and even on the day of resignation I was not told that I am suppose to deposit the laptop by visit the office though for rest of the employees it was collected from home but for me I was told that I am suppose to visit the office and deposit it manually.

Cannot see my offer letter at superset

Respected Hiring Authority,
My name is Rakshita Godiyal and my superset ID is 1404890. Yesterday I received a mail from Capgemini stating that I have cleared the Interview process and can download my LOI from Superset by uploading a list of documents. But I cannot see any updates at my superset.

No mail received after online assessment.

I appeared for Capgemini online assessment through a link provided in a mail by Superset on 11th Feb 2022. Today is 21st day after my online assessment and I have not received any mail from Capgemini or Supreset.
Usually I have noticed that Capgemini sends a mail mentioning Pass or Fail in assessment to the concerned candidate.
Please Help!

Capgemini PF issue from last 2 years and mentally harassment

No response from the company after giving DOJ

Dear Sir/Madam,

I received my LOI on 2nd of February and I accepted it by uploading the required documents. On the 9th of February I received an email from the HR that my DOJ is 15th February and I need to submit documents for the onboarding process. I uploaded all the documents but I did not receive any further notice regarding my onboarding process yet.
