Disbursal Issues

3 times my loan has been approved since 1st March 2024, then after waiting for disbursal for 7-8 days, they cancel the application stating disbursement failed. My applications have been cancelled 3 times in last 20 days, that too after approving the loan request and signing the loan agreement. They call themselves and ask to apply for loan, stating some technical issue at there end.

On call they mention funds will be disbursed...

Dear Cashe Team,

I applied for cashe loan on 15th April and it got approved on 15th April. But loan amount not disbursed yet. Please check for this issue and disbursed the loan amount as soon as possible. If it is not possible to disburse on time then cancel the loan.

    Hi I would like to raise a serious concern about Cashe app who gives false commitment and have no options to contact them.. Their executives are always busy on another call and the chatbot service will never satisfy your query. They only ask to refer to the app where again the same issue exists.

    This app have given me mental pressure.
    This is highly unprofessional from Cashe it seems nothing less than an illegal way of harassing people.

    I would liketo request all the people facing this issue ww should seek help under law via courts to get these organisations stop operating.

    This is the last platform where I am approaching to get solution on my serious issue.

    From 2 days it's showing me that transfer failed, so usually they needs to contact me but no call I received.

    After I signed loan agreement now they are asking me to re-apply the loan, I have applied again now they are showing me it's rejected due to documents not uploaded again I have uploaded all my documents and its showing same you loan rejected upload the documents. It's really big scam cashe is doing now I guess.

    First they will sanctioned once loan agreement signed it will show in progress later they will reject

        All the process got completed on 14th April, since then you have not disbursed the amount. We take loans due to emergencies, i am having a medical emergency, i trusted you people and waiting for the amount. Please do the needful at earliest. I am trying to contact the customer support again no response, cashe and bhanix team is reverting on mail claiming that they are trying to resolve. But when? After a customer commit something. Please help me out

          My customer id: 7450190. My loan has been approved on 20/03/24 & Cashe confirmed me that within 24 hrs, loan amount would be disbursed into account. But, today 25 days crossed, no disbursal of loan amount till date.
          After repeated mail, they only give excuse of technical glitch & system upgradation for non-disbursal of loan, cashe facing problem
          My question, in recent days, how such type of technical problem takes 30-90 days to get solved !! They also don't know how much time it will take to get resolved as technical fault..

            This is the 3rd time I applied for a loan, worst horrible service. Stop scamming. First two times disbursal got declined due to some year end issues from your side, now again delay in disbursal due to high volume of transactions, just stop playing. This time am very serious about things, live upto your commitment of payment by today evening. Stop harassing me.

            Call me on [protected] to resolve. I want my money by today 11th evening.

              Your team is scamming and playing with me or what!
              Is this some joke going on...
              Today (10/4/2024) afternoon at around 2 pm one of your CSR called and told me your second approved loan also will not be disbursed as there was some technical issue ongoing and finally resolved. Reapply for the loan and immediately it will get approved and disbursed. I reapplied for the 3rd time & still no approval and transfer has happened.
              Are your commitments fake and false, stop playing with customer needs please. Horrible to the power infinity and disgusting loan application.

                I have applied for this loan third time only upon Cashe customer support contacting me. I have applied twice before but it was never disbursed even after getting an approval from Cashe.

                  I have been trying since April 2.2024, twice my entire approved loan failed during disbursal. I have signed agreements and emandates 3 times. I'm not getting a confirmed time line on loan disbursement even though it was approved long back. Getting same response about system issues. Need a proper timeline when will the issue be resolved. We take loans for emergency purposes so I have been stressed a lot.

                      I have applied for a loan application at your end on 28th March 2023. I have completed all the mentioned requirements along with loan agreement signing as well as e-mandate however it's more than a week that the loan is not disbursed.

                      Every time I email the concern, you send a auto drafted email mentioning that the "TENTATIVE ETA IS 5 DAYS". But your tentative timeline never ends.

                      Your WhatsApp chat service is not working. It shows a message - Apologies, our server is not responding at the moment. You may try again after some time.

                      When connecting you through customer service number, none of the agents connect to call.

                      Please confirm if I am going to receive the disbursement or not because being a customer I have applied for the loan during an emergency. If not then what is the use of the e-mandate registration and loan agreement signing.

                      Expecting a call from you soon and please don't send the automated reply claiming false information.

                            Hello
                            My credit line is approved about a month ago. Still, I am not able to use it. Every time I apply for a loan to use my credit line. It is going to processing and after some time it shows a Transfer failed. I tried last month to apply but did not get the money. So many times I try to contact its support team. Write 100 of mail to the cash e support team. They are giving the same reply as below.
                            "we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.
                            Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by the bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved."
                            Lots of 5 days are completed but still, the issue is the same. No one is solving the problem. every day they send marketing mail to apply for a loan and use your credit line but when you apply you don't get money. please fix that problem. I am trying to apply since last month but still not get the money.

                              loan not credited

                              Ive applied for a loan on Cashe and got approved of rs 25, 000. App is showing the repayment date. But no amount got credited to my account.

                              One Customer care representative contacted me in whatsapp and asked my bank statement. He verified and approved loan. But when i asked for the status of the application he blocked me.

                                It's been almost a month since the loan is been approved but not disbursed. Everytime I am complaining through tickets, getting an automatic response and no calls to update the status of the loan.

                                  Worst service I have seen from any finance company.
                                  Firstly they have approved application. But loan not transferred. after 10 days I received a message that fund transfer failed.
                                  Reapply fo higher limit when I have reapplied. Application is showing we have received your documents. We will verify and get back to you. I have sent so many mails. Every time getting reply like your application is in reveiw stage somone of our team will contact you.

                                  Just approve or cancel my application. Otherwise I will take a lagal action against cashe for Mental torture.
