CASH e - Collection Harassment

Dear sir,

I am Balagopal From last year 2019 End onwards Economy down in my company after that COVID-19 problem happened then i am unemployment so not able pay due in properly

But now EMI due=26492 but interest + due=62500rs

And also i informed to collection agent currently unemployment so very difficult to pay money

But collection person talking to much wrong words in my family...

harassment and torture to my wife

This is with regarda to the harrasment my wife has been facing since last week. A person named devidas dhuri from cashe team is threatning my wife for collecting money whicb i have borrorwed. They have been calling her office number and threatning and misbehaving with office staffs.. As per the rbi guidelines they do not have any right to threaten or ask money from borrowers wife or family still they are carrying out this illegal activities....

Hi, i am a cashe customer in gold category that means i am using this service atleast from last 2 years.

This time there is a delayed payment from my side, due to false commetment from cashe stating they will collect the money from ecs.

Which they didn't updated.

loan application & behaviour towards customer

Mentioned wrong mobile number. Which is not my mine in application while applying for loan, & they put negative points in cibil score with default payment (1 emi delayed).in that case i am unable to apply loan in other banks, which it causes obstucle towards me & it s kind of harrasment. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of serious concern. I have been receiving repeated calls from your executives, claiming that my mobile number has been provided as a reference by a loan borrower. These callers are pressuring me to make payments on behalf of the borrower, which I have no connection to. Furthermore, they have gone so far as to threaten that the borrower's DP photo will be misused and posted on social media if payment is not made.

This is not only unethical but also a clear violation of my privacy and rights.

In addition to this, my mobile number is being misused to generate OTPs at an alarming rate — over 1000 OTPs per day — which is severely disrupting my phone usage and daily activities.

I would like to clarify that my number has been given as a reference without my knowledge or consent, and I am in no way associated with the loan or the borrower.

The behavior of your executives has been extremely rude and harassing, and I request you to take immediate action against such practices.

Please confirm:

That my number is removed from any reference list or contact database associated with this loan.

What action will be taken against the employees making such harassing calls.

What steps I can take if these calls continue, including legal action or approaching regulatory authorities.

I hope this matter will be resolved promptly. Kindly treat this as urgent.

    I have delayed my repayment and committed to paying, but I have been subjected to harassment from Cashe representatives. This constant barrage of calls has been incredibly stressful and exhausting, making me question my well-being. I am overwhelmed by the sheer number of calls, which is taking a toll on my mental health. I don’t believe my life is worth ending over this debt, but the relentless pressure is causing me significant distress.

    I request that you address this issue. I can provide a list of the calls I’ve received. Additionally, it seems that Cashe has accessed my mobile contacts, calling not only the four references I provided but many others, which is damaging my reputation.

    If this harassment continues, I will not be able to tolerate it. I have already communicated my intention to repay, but your actions are pushing me to the brink. I need a resolution and an apology for the distress and defamation caused by Cashe's actions.

    Furthermore, your customer service representatives lack proper communication skills and treat customers disrespectfully, implying that we are intentionally avoiding repayment.

    Please look into this matter urgently.

        I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the continuous delay in the disbursement of my approved loan (CLN#319880). Despite multiple follow-ups, I keep receiving the same generic response, stating that there are "technical issues" and that the matter has been taken up with the bank.

        It has now been more than five working days, yet there is no resolution or concrete update. This delay is causing significant inconvenience, and the lack of transparency is unacceptable.

        I request:

        A clear and specific update on the actual status of my loan disbursement.
        An escalation to higher management to ensure prompt resolution.
        A timeline commitment on when the funds will be credited to my bank account.
        I expect a prompt resolution to this issue. If no action is taken immediately, I may be compelled to escalate this matter further.

          Hi All,

          This is with regards to my existing loan which I am holding from Cashe, I was offered settlement on my loan as I was not able to pay due to my job which I had lost and due to my health condition. I received called from Pooja Pawar from Head office of Mumbai from Collection Department. She offered me settlement amount of 20500/- against the outstanding which I was having and post discussion she agreed that I can pay the amount into 3 installments. Now when I had paid 2 installments, I have received called from Preeti from the same Head Office and Department stating my settlement request was not raised and the amount which I had paid of 15000/- has been adjusted towards my pending outstanding and the new settlement request needs to be raised and you will have to pay 16000/- to close your account.

          I have given all the communication proof which I have done with Pooja Pawar at the time of settlement request and told her about what has happened in the conversation. Now Pooja Pawar is not responding my calls and messages, and I have been to start the new settlement process if I want to close the loan.

          This is a serious issue which I am facing right now because the previous amount which I had paid in the name of settlement went into drain. I WILL NOT PAY A SINGLE PENNY MORE APART FROM THE AMOUNT WHICH I WAS PROMISED TO PAY.

          Kindly get the think sorted or I will be forced to write the same to the social media and take this matter legally, because I have been said sorry for the mistake which your collection department has done and asked to pay the new settlement amount which is equivalent to my outstanding loan amount. (previous 15000+ new settlement amount of 18000)

            I had taken a loan amount of 65000 and I had requested the team to give me time as I was unable to pay my EMI on time, I had requested the team that I will be paying my complete amount in one go and and to allow 3 months of time. Multiple calls I keep receiving from this company and they use filthy language by scolding me. I ignored some calls due to the same reason.

            The Collection team without my knowledge have called my friends and family with my contacts data they should have not called to my contacts, for all the contacts saved in my phone the executives are calling and later they are forcing to close the outstanding balance in one day itself and its misuse of contact data and strict action need to taken for this

                I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a matter of fraudulent loan disbursement by Bhanix Finance and Investment Limited that has had a severe impact on my financial profile.

                On 26th April 2023, a rent loan amounting to Rs. 1, 93, 000 was disbursed by Bhanix Finance and Investment Limited in the name of Shashidhar, who has no association with me. The transaction details are as follows:

                • UTR Transaction ID: S94252882

                • Beneficiary Account Number: [protected]

                • IFSC Code: FDRL00021117

                (Attached in Annexure-1).

                This loan was processed by BHANIX Finance and Investment Ltd., without my authorization or request. I reside in an independent house and do not have any landlords or rental agreements that would necessitate such a loan . Additionally, I have not received any personal messages, text messages, or emails regarding the disbursement of this fraudulent loan through any of my contact details.

                Despite several attempts to contact BHANIX Finance and Investment Ltd. through emails to rectify this fraudulent transaction, I have received no satisfactory response or resolution. Consequently, I am left with no option but to escalate this complaint to the Banking Ombudsman to regulate such money lending financial platforms.

                The repayment period for this loan is set at 3 months, with a monthly EMI of approximately Rs. 75, 000. This amount exceeds my monthly salary at that time and I wouldn't have met the eligibility criteria as I had other loans on my name.

                It is crucial to emphasize that this is a fraudulent loan, as I have other legitimate loans such as personal loan, housing loan and few credit cards in my name, all of which have been paid properly on time without any dues.

                This unauthorized loan has severely affected my CIBIL score, impacting my eligibility for future personal and educational loans. I kindly request urgent intervention to:

                1. Rectify my CIBIL score to reflect my genuine credit history, removing any impact of this fraudulent loan.

                2. Take appropriate actions against the involved parties to prevent such issues in the future.

                Your prompt attention to this matter is critical, as I need an accurate CIBIL score to proceed with necessary personal and educational loans.

                  This is the third time I’ve put in a loan application. Everytime the application goes into the processing stage and from there it gets voided. CASHe is not even sending any emails pertaining to the status of the loan. My most recent loan application ID: 623318 is also stuck in processing and the previous 2 loan application IDs: 616772 & 614058 were never processed. My #CLN289248 was also never addressed to. This is for a medical emergency and I request you to kindly notify me about the loan approval/rejection status and disburse it to my bank account at the earliest.

                    I have taking loan from cashe since 2022 so far I taken nearly 5 loans and I paid all my loans on time or before the due date. June I have taken 30k loan and paid 3 installment and balance 15k Plus I paid this month before due date to take higher approved loan instantly. But for my surprise every went on well and immediately it says under processing for more then 6 days. I have sent multiple of email to customer care and didn't received any update so far. This the 2nd time I am facing this issue. Before it was very quick and fast in processing. Not even 15 min.

                    My request you have any concern please update to customers to plan accordingly.
