Approved loan amount not received yet and it's been 11 days from the approval date....

I was applying on 6/3/2024 and it was approved but till today my money was not credited in my account and in past i was taking 2 loan from cashe and it pay on time it was bas service....

My CLN 6313512. I applied for credit line from cashe on 29/02/24 which got approved on the same day stating the funds will be disbursed to your account within 3 working days. I am an existing customer since 2019. I applied for a loan on 2nd March after pre-closing the existing one by paying 40, 000. Now the application status is showing as "Processing". I also wanted to update the bank account in the app. Raised several tickets and all of them have been closed without any resolution. Loan was approved on 3rd March but I have still not received the funds. When I call the customer service number, they say that disbursement will happen within 72 hours and today its been 4 working days. I hope you understand that people take loans due to some emergency and are fine paying the interest associated with it....
