      I have completed the e-mandate and Esign on Monday 13/12/2022. But till is showing me that still processing. As per your company rules, the money should credit with 10 to 20 mins after approval.

            My Name is Sahil khan. my cash e loan account number [protected].and my registered mobile no.[protected]
            Sir I took a loan of 15000 from cash e.which i paid in two phase.
            both payment pay complete from my end.1st payment pay on 23 january amount 8000
            And 2nd payment pay on 8 february amount 8500.Both payment pay on cash e upi id.[protected]@kotak.by my upi id. sk[protected]@ybl.
            first payment update on same day..and but second payment not update yet.
            both Payment Statement share on cash e mail id and Whatsapp on Cashe representative on that time.
            this is the mail id of the cash e on which i have mailed 50 times put within a 45 days.[protected]@cashe.co.in, [protected]@cashe.in, [protected]@cashe.in
            But after 45 days My case not closed till now.
            Because Continue debit on my account from Cash e..After all payment Complete Continue debit on my account.
            Due to which till now 8200 rupees extra have been deducted from my account within a 45 days
            Those who will keep deducting my money, I am Continusly mailing for cash e and Continusly talking on Cash e representative..But I haven't got any answer yet.
            Me Continue update cash e representative and mail drops again and again.But Not respond from cash e..
            Who is Responsible for my Money Being deducted even after giving cash e payment.
            I am So fed up with cash e antics.
            I am once again putting the payment statement in this mail.

            I special humble request you please seen my case on urgent basis and close my case..And my deducted money should be returned which was deducted within a 45 days ASAP.
            Otherwise sir you take strict legal action against cash e.

                Dear team,

                I have pre-closed my CASHe loan of Rs. 46, 000 and applied for a new loan of Rs. 78, 000 on 16th March 2023, but the same has been approved but not disbursed still. Kindly note that I have pre-closed the loan for the purpose of getting a new loan from the application. It’s almost 7 days and it’s not disbursed but EMI due date and everything has been updated in the application. Please don’t delay the anymore and kindly disburse the funds. Even I contacted customer support email id but there is no response, there is no customer support number to contact the customer support team.

                Please look into the issue and disburse the funds.

                  Dear team,

                  I have applied for a loan on Feb 16th 2023, the same has been approved but not disbursed still. Please note that I have pre-closed the entire loan (46, 000+) on the same day and applied for a new loan (78, 000/-) due to ongoing commitments and delaying the same will create problems for me. Also, I’m reaching out customer support mail id, but there is no response and there is no customer support number also to call and resolve the issue. Please look into the same and disburse the funds. Without even disbursing funds they updated my EMI due date and EMI due amount in the application. Please get the same resolved at the earliest.

                    They called me and said that my credit line is approved and I applied for the loan on March 15 till now it’s showing processing land I am pissed off. Even they are not cancelling or anything and they took my all information.

                      As per your need I have already paid my foreclosure amount but in my application it is not closed. It is asking me to pay 3k approx more.

                      Its almost 24 hour and more but no response from your end. I will escalate it to higher level.

                      Kindly close my loan and allow me new limit .
                      Also provide NOC of foreclosure.

                          I used my credit line to pay the rent. But it's been 10 days still I haven't received my funds. I contacted cashe support team. They said it will be credited in 5 days. But till date the payment is in processing state only. Kindly fix I'm in emergency of money

                                  Hi,

                                  I have raised for a loan request in the beginning of the month which got approved but amount not credited to my account. after several follow-up there is no response from cashe team so i sent a loan cancellation request and i arrange the money from different source and solved my financial problem.

                                  Suddenly without intimation cashe credited the amount to my account on 8th of this month which no longer required for me.. again sent many communications to the cashe team but till now no response for the loan reversal (no mails or calls).

                                  I have applied when i need of money that time also they are not responded now i dont need the loan but still they credited again now too not responding for closure.

                                  Dear cashe team i dont want your loan amount now, even for 150000 cant bear 80000 as charge and interest which is ridicule's, please call me or respond to my mail for the loan reversal.

                                  For your laziness i cant bear the charges, please try to respond to customer mail, if i default for a month you people are continuesely calling to my number as well as in my contacts number then why you peoples cant make singel call now.. DO YOU WANT ME TO STOP PAYING YOUR EMI.. Kindly take necessary step for my issue if still issue not resolved i have to mark this copy of complaint to RBI as well.

                                    Hi, i have paid all the due amount on 15.03.2023. at single time around totally paid 5373. But still it's not reflecting in app and app showing warnings continuosly getting reminder for due amount from cashe, it's totally uncomfortable.                                       I am writing to you as till now I haven't received my loan amount for which the application date was 14/03/2023.
                                      In mail it was written that the amount will get disbursed in 5 working days but still there is no credit into the account.
                                      Please let me know when I will be getting the amount or else just let the things to be because it is too much.
