They gave me confirmation mail of my payment that payment of 3583 on 21st march was successfully paid. but still its showing overdue and i had paid it before due date also in advance. but still this app is not showing it perfectly. i want to close my all loans with cashe and i have paid all EMIs with perfect time.

Please help me to get out of from this. And Want NOC for my all loans.

    My credit line is approved on March 31st and loan is approved on same day .. but the loan amount is not disbursed yet.. it's still showing processing.. there is emergency for me as I applied in cashe as it approve in 15-20 minutes but it's 3days passed. And i mailed to customer service but no response yet..

    Why i didn't get any loan amount yet ? Please rectify as soon as possibley mobile number is [protected]

            I filled all the details and filled e verification and e mandate as well but after filling all the details it shows pending and also when we click on the new personal loan button it shows one is already existing you cannot proceed further please do needful . On the app it has mentioned that once we do process of the details it hardly take 20 minutes to transfer the amount to the bank but it's been 24h and there is no amount in my bank not only this but you are only sending repeated emails to complete the e-mandate which is already done. Please improve your service

              I took a personal loan of 1 lakh rupees from cashe app. Signed a debit mandate on 25th of every month. They auto debited for a month and then they kept on chasing me for manual payment. After i pay thru gpay they will auto debit emi amount again. I end up raising tickets and they return dupe payment amount. During this process, they sent me warning messages thru diff numbers in WhatsApp and also called me like 50 times a day. No one responds on support email. Kindly help me fix this before I commit suicide

                  I am using CASHe for past one year took 3 loans and paid on time didn’t face any issues I have preclosed the loan which I took on November 2022 and applied a fresh loan on march 30 2023 still application showing under verification i have preclosed the previous loan cuz I need some additional funds I have paid 53000 to preclose the loan that is only amount I had in my hand I trusted CASHe and paid now I have 0 in my account but CASHe not resolving my issues they are disconnecting the call when I phoned them i almost give call for 30 times and mailed also no response they make me to think why I choose them

                      My loan was approved and it's been very long time still i didn't get the money in my account as per your policy amount should get credited in 20 minutes or an hour but it's been very long still it's showing as processing and there is no response from your customer support team

                              Cash e team is using my contact list and calling my contacts and telling them i have given their numbers as reference. Which is not true and not acceptable. Due to sudden job loss i was not able to make payments. But i will surely pay every penny. But what you are doing is not legal. So stop this.otherwise i will surely complaint about this matter in cybercell.
