        I have applied loan on 1st April and it was approved and also processed but still the amount was not credited and now it was showing in app as the loan was under processing. EMI date is activate.. This is safefy.

                I have done rent payment through my credit line from cashe app but merchant haven't got the amount yet and my credit line shows used its been more then 5days i have done rent payment how phatetic service please cancel my rent payment because my credit line shows used and rent haven't received to the merchant

                  I have paid my EMI on 31st March-23. Which actually I have to pay on 1st of April. But it is not reflecting in my CASHE portal. I have sent an email to [protected]@cashe.co.in & [protected]@cashe.co.in. But no response from them since 10days. And parallelly lot of executives from CASHE are calling. But none of them are not resolving this issue. Cashe is not having proper structure resolve this issue and they don't have proper mechanism to handle it. Next level I am going to raise a complaint in RBI Portal, if it hits my CIBIL.

                    The Cashe is one of the worst customer support and one of the best service I ever had in my life for the past 20days the amount is goes under process and after I applied for the loan again it will go under process I tried to contact his customer support they are saying that "Wait for the End of the day, you will get your amount it's under processing only" this will I get answer from there customer support team till the amount has not yet disbursed

                      There was no auto debit done on 3rd which is my emi date then cashe customer care started calling morning to evening calls after calls that there is a glitch in emandate and to pay manually, when I paid manually then they again initiated ECS. I had already paid by that time and amount left was not suffiecient so there is a bounce shown in my account due to mistake from cashe which I would have to bear and my cibil will get affected due to bounce shown in account. This is new way of cheating people and reducing cibil. This is also a fraud. You guys should reverse the bounce I jave already spoken to bank and further action would be taken if this isnt rectified.

                      As intimated to you earlier, it is important to keep sufficient funds in your bank account for a successful auto-debit of your EMI on the due date. As a process, the bank will initiate a penalty in the form of bounce charges due to a lack of funds in your bank account. It is a common process followed by every bank.

                      Please share your bank statement to explain the matter further. But do remember, bounce charges will continue to apply in the future if your bank account is insufficiently funded on the day the auto-debit of the EMI towards your loan.

                      I have already shared details and mentioned clearly cashe customer care called as you dint do ecs on time and nect day morning to evenong calls to pay manually and they dtold there is a problem in ecs so pay manually, once I paid manually you initiated ecs after that so it tried to take out money from my bank accou t twice. Which affected bounce. Is this a new way to cheat people? Forcing them to pay manually and then initiating another ECS? I have shared statements again and again.

                      Clearly you are not reading my comment and just posting for the sake of it, I clearly mentioned I had sufficient balance on the day and amou t dint deduct on mentioned date, then your recovery team started buzzing annoyingly stating their is a glitch and to pay manually, and after paying manually successfully, then again your team intentionally raised a ecs. You are asking customer to pay via app and then raising ecs after 2 days of the date. Had shared all details before.

                        I P HANUMANTHA RAO taken a loan with lon account no [protected] from cashe app and my EMI date was 03/04/2023 and auto debit not happend on due date even though I kept sufficient balance in my account.EMI paid through phonepay UPI app from UPI ID [protected]@ybl to UPI ID [protected]@kotak and payment of rupees 10020 successfully paid but not updated in cashe app and again you people sent a ecs to my account on 05/04/23 and it was returned.Kindly update in cashe app.Here iam attaching payment screen shot.cashe executives calling again and again sending remainders and not responding properly to resolve the issue.

                            The loan associated with mobile number[protected] has been foreclosed by paying the 2 months emi prior the due dates but it's been more than 12 days and there no update in the application regarding the loan.                                 On 3rd the EMI was not auto debited. Today I received multiple calls to pay the emi and I paid using UPI. Attached the proof of payment.

                                Again From Bank the emi got debited for 2nd time.
                                Please revert this urgently and let me know asap as I am not getting any response from mail, WhatsApp, call

                                Dear D Nivetha,

                                We would like to urge you to refrain from making manual payments of your EMIs as you have completed the e-Mandate process for an auto-debit. Making manual payments despite having an e-Mandate towards your loan EMI will result in you paying the same EMI twice from your bank account. We advise you to avoid doing this in the future.

                                We would like to reiterate that an e-Mandate provides standing instructions to your bank to debit an EMI amount from your bank account automatically on the due date itself. Some banks may auto-debit the EMIs before the EMI date due to a holiday. But be rest assured that the EMI will be auto debited from your bank account and it does not need your intervention.

                                With regards to the excess debit of the EMI due to manual payment, we assure you that the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 72 hours after the excess amount has been reconciled at our end.

                                We hope to have your understanding in this regard and avoid making manual payments in the future to avoid further inconvenience.
