      Hi,

      I have raised for a loan request in the beginning of the month which got approved but amount not credited to my account. after several follow-up there is no response from cashe team so i sent a loan cancellation request and i arrange the money from different source and solved my financial problem.

      Suddenly without intimation cashe credited the amount to my account on 8th of this month which no longer required for me.. again sent many communications to the cashe team but till now no response for the loan reversal (no mails or calls).

      I have applied when i need of money that time also they are not responded now i dont need the loan but still they credited again now too not responding for closure.

      Dear cashe team i dont want your loan amount now, even for 150000 cant bear 80000 as charge and interest which is ridicule's, please call me or respond to my mail for the loan reversal.

      For your laziness i cant bear the charges, please try to respond to customer mail, if i default for a month you people are continuesely calling to my number as well as in my contacts number then why you peoples cant make singel call now.. DO YOU WANT ME TO STOP PAYING YOUR EMI.. Kindly take necessary step for my issue if still issue not resolved i have to mark this copy of complaint to RBI as well.

        Hi, i have paid all the due amount on 15.03.2023. at single time around totally paid 5373. But still it's not reflecting in app and app showing warnings continuosly getting reminder for due amount from cashe, it's totally uncomfortable. Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible

          I am writing to you as till now I haven't received my loan amount for which the application date was 14/03/2023.
          In mail it was written that the amount will get disbursed in 5 working days but still there is no credit into the account.
          Please let me know when I will be getting the amount or else just let the things to be because it is too much.

                  Hi Team,

                  I got an offer for 15k of a loan which I further applied for and had to be disbursed accordingly however, I haven't received any amount yet. I have received a notification that the EMI has been scheduled basis the amount debited despite of the amount being credited.

                    Hello, I applied for loan on cashe for amount of 13000, it got approval and I successfully signed Enach also, since then I didn't get the amount in my bank account, its been 5 days, and also loan shoes active on the Cashe app. Kindly resolve this as soon as possible

                      I would like to bring to your notice that my loan application has been approved on[protected]. I have e-signed the agreement letter but still loan amount has not credited yet to my account. I have been writing the mail, called customer service about the same since from[protected], they said that, because of bank technical issue amount was disbursed and the issue will be resolved 3-4 days and amount will be disbursed. however, till now amount not disbursed and not credited to my account.

                        I got a SMS stating that amount has been sanctioned and disbursed via northern arc capital via cashe and successfully disbursed

                        And when I saw in app it’s disbursed and next emi date is visible

                        But I have recieved only 1rup from as my loan amount

                        I didn’t receive my loan amount of 130000

                            Dear Sir/Mam

                            I have applied loan on cashe on 17th mar 2023

                            Today as on 21st March I received a text msg stating that amount has been disbursed from northern arc capital via CASHe

                            And also got a text msg regarding a payment of RS 1 in my account

                            As my loan amount was 130000 but I recieved only 1rup

                            So due to this I opened CASHe App nd verified as in the App it is stated that amount is disbursed nd it’s showing the EMI Date

                            To be frank I didn’t receive 130000 in my account I recieved only 1rup

                            May I know what type of game is this

                            Kindly please look into this as the EMI date is also mensioned without the amount getting credited to my account

                              I had taken 5000 rupees loan from cash e. By some reasons I'm unable to pay emi fo loan due to some personal reasons but they are calling continuously on my number and they are also calling my parents and relatives they are using abusive language and torturing them . Today they send a message on WhatsApp that i[censored] will not pay then our cash e agent visits your home and your office . I will pay my all dues in next month because my sallary has not credited yet . But the behaviour of cash e is very bad please take action against cash e . They are using abusive language and calling my relatives and asking them to pay my dues .

                                My credit line was approved in march and i was called to use multiple times.I waited to use it and when I had emergency I applied to withdraw the credit line approved.
                                It says "processing" Looking at the forum it seems multiple people have not received amount and it's the same case. COULD ANYONE HELP WITH RIGHT GUIDANCE ?? SHOULD I EXPECT THE AMOUNT OR ARRANGE ALTERNATIVE?? COS I AM DEALING WITH A FAMILY EMERGENCY

                                      CLN3752176 loan approved esigned debit mandate signed since Mar 14. But not yet Disbursed. No response from their customer support team. 2 tickets raised 15328254 and 15394954 no response. I was in need of money urgently. This is happening for the 1st time ever since my association of 3.5 years. No complaints till date But this time around it's just ridiculous. 7 days for one instant loan app for disbursement?
