The fraud transactions in the name of ECom Express the amount of 11876 rs was deducted from my account having no.[protected]. As I am away from my home branch which is at Berhampur, Odisha..I didn't get any help from Bank.

          I am an NRI and needing to use my account for making transactions but not getting OTP on my number.
          I recently has requested my branch and IT dept for updating my new number and am not have heard except saying they have done necessary steps but still not getting OTP. I have been again in touch with branch online as well as on phone with no result yet. I am stuck and need to sort this out. Your help will be appreciated.

                    I tried to register comedk counselling for 2020 on 13th sept 2020 of rs 5000 via payu using central bank rupay debit card, it showed cm90004-duplicate record and rs 5000 was deducted from my account but payment status on the comedk website not updated.

                    Sir the last date to apply for the registration was 15 september. The amount is deducted but registration couldn't be done so i had to make the payment twice through a different mode to register before the deadline.

                    Sir please refund my money as soon as possible.

                      I tried to register for cat 2020 on 9th sept 2020 of Rs 2000 payment via payu using central bank rupay debit card, it showed cm90004-duplicate record and Rs 2000 was deducted from my account but the payment status was not updated.

                      Sir the last date to apply for the registration was16 september, 5:00 pm so I had to pay the amount on the cat website again through a different model.

                      Sir I request you to please refund my money debited twice.

                        My name is kavita, i have a saving bank account in central bank of india at connaught place new delhi branch. I had purchased a item amount of rs. 599/- from amazon, which is i had returned to amazon back, amazon had given me a reference no., which is 74332740235023435093319 on dated 22 august 2020. I had given a letter to central bank of india in branch by hand. But till date my refund has not credit in my bank account. So you are requested that kindly refund my amount of rs. 599/- as soon as possible. My contact number is [protected]. I had made the payment through my debit card.

                            I had made a transaction on 31.03.2020 of rs.1609/- for purchasing grocery on bigbasket through central bank of india net banking (Directed through payu payment site) (Transaction reference no.[protected] dtd.31.03.2020).
                            My payment deducted from bank (Through payu payment site) but unfortunately due to poor internet connection not reached to bigbasket.
                            I made a request for transfer of deducted amount of rs.1609/- to payu site, they send me a message on 07.04.2020 stating that failed transaction amount of rs.1609/- has refund back to central bank of india & it will be credited in 7-8 working days. (Attached copy of mail from payu for refund).
                            Since april i am following bank (Calling on almost all numbers, making mails to respective department) but no response from call nor from mails.
                            My deducted amount of rs.1609/- is still not credit to my account.

                                  Amazon service said that, the amount is in it banks account they has to settle in your account but here my vikarabad branch officers are not responding so sad to say

                                    I have done a neft transaction of rs 45874/- on[protected] from icici bank to central bank of india. The transaction is successful but the amount is not deposited into beneficiary account (Central bank) nor did i get the refund back. I have done multiple emails and calls to customer care but there is no response. I went to bank as well but there is no solid response from them. Kindly resolve the issue on priority.
