Dear sir,

I "Prakash Chandra Azad", A/c - [protected], Mob.- [protected] am a regular customer of Central Bank of India.
I want to state that I have purchased a product amount of 585 rupees at Amazon online shopping and I have paid the amount through my Debit card. Then I have cancelled my order and the amount of 585 rupees has been refunded to me by Amazon on[protected] and the refund reference no is #74332740216021581332096. But i have not yet received my refund money in my account.
I have contacted many times to my bank branch but the manger and staffs of banks are not responding at all. They are behaving very rudely.
I have attached mail of amazon by this mail and my bank account statement.
Therefore, i request you kindly look into this matter .

    Sir, most respectfully, i want to inform you that... At the date of 11 august. Your bank did not issue my d. Call. He was informed me that due to lockdown now it's not possible to issue.
    On next days when i again go to the bank to issue d. Call... At the time of near about 11.35am, than ha tell me that you d. Call not issued at that time... You can collect your d. Call after 3p. M.
    Sir when i go to your bank..
    Than he was totally free... @ maximum 3/4 customers are their. If he wants.. Than he may be issued my d. Call at that time but he didn't give me.
    Sir i am a business man so time is more important for me.
    So, sir i just want that... Please informed them... Just to give us banking services as much as possible... To smoothly... For that we also to do work smoothly to your bank.

        My name is vivek joshi and i had ordered jeevan ke arth ki talaash mai manushya hindi of rs. Amount 245 in amazon on 11 july 2020 and after i cancelled this order on 28 july 2020 due to personal reason. And on 2 august 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005402110193211064910 and told me to fill charge dispute form but central bank of india doesn't have such policy. So

          I had ordered a set of speakers from amazon on 11th july 2020 by making an online payment of rs 3999/- through my debit card of central bank of india. The item i was received was a defected. Therefore, i had returned it and further amazon has refunded an amount of rs 3999/- on 31/7/2020 into my account of central bank of india vide refund reference number # 75503720212041244495391.

          But the refund is not yet processed by the central bank of india since last 10 working days. I have also called the customer care of central bank so many times but they are not ready to take any complaints from my side.

          It is requested to direct the concerned authority to process the refund of rs. 3999/- in my account immediately please.

          Matter resolved on 10.08.2020. I got my refund on the same date while I had lodged complaint against the Central Bank on Consumer complaints website. Amusing thing is that my above complaint is also not yet noticed by Consumer complaints authorities. It was by chance Central Bank has processed my refund after 10 days of delay.

              Dear sir/mam,

              One of my refund amount of rs. 630 send to my account with account holder's name aditi ghosh (Myself) & a/c no. [protected] on 19th july by myntra with reference number [protected] didn't reflected in my account yet. I have complained against it on my branch but i didn't get proper solution from bank manager.
              So, i request you to check it and give my refund as soon as possible..

                On 12/07/2020 my father want to withdraw money from Central Bank of India ATM mamra bazar branch( IFSC code- CBIN0281251), he tried to withdraw money of Rs 5000 (18:24:50) & Rs 6000 (18:27:26) but two times transaction failed but the money debited from account ( Account No - [protected]).

                Already made a complaint (CBI#3474585) on 15/07/2020 but today the manager informed me while enquiry that the transaction was successful so the money cannot be returned.

                But for your kind information on 12/07/2020 the transaction was not successful so I made a complaint, and if your ATM have ahat wh problem as a customer while I will suffer, you can check your CCTV footage that whether that day the transaction was successful or not, but your bank representative are saying that they are not authorised to check CCTV.

                      I made a transaction of amount rs 14999/-Â from my debit card on flipkart dated 14/07/2020.
                      After cancellation the product they initiate a refund of the same amount with refund reference number is 74766510204029001771625 on 21/07/2020.
                      But i have not received refund in my bank account. Kindly look into the matter and proceed my refund.

                            I have ordered oneplus 8 from amazon 13th july 2020 and i have returned it and there was a refund from amazon side on 22/7/2020 of 41999 and its been 6 working days and i have still not received any refunfund from central bank of india and i called the customer care and they are not ready to take any complinets from my side.

                                  Hi, i am jovin... I purchased a headphone worth of 500 in flipkart... And i got a damaged one... So i asked for refund and they said the amount should be in account by now... But due to the performance of the bank i think my refund may not be processed... And i didn't even get a penny from bank.

                                    Amount of rs.2545.05 was debited from my account on 8th july 2020 since i purchased a product on amazon india. However, i returned the product next day due to compatibility issues and amazon initiated the refund on my debit card for this item on 10th july 2020.

                                    It has been over 15 days and the amount hasn't been credited to my bank account till date. Amazon sent this refund reference number #74332740193019266255969 and the transaction id for the refund #4hlouhunj7z and told me to fill charge dispute form with the bank.

                                    I raised a complaint in my bank branch and also, to the branch manager but i did not get any feasible solution from them. I have been robbed. No one is bothered about my hard earned money. Please help me in getting the refund credited to my bank account.
