My name is vivek joshi and i had ordered jeevan ke arth ki talaash mai manushya hindi of rs. Amount 245 in amazon on 11 july 2020 and after i cancelled this order on 28 july 2020 due to personal reason. And on 2 august 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005402110193211064910 and told me to fill charge dispute form but central bank of india doesn't have such policy. So

I had ordered a set of speakers from amazon on 11th july 2020 by making an online payment of rs 3999/- through my debit card of central bank of india. The item i was received was a defected. Therefore, i had returned it and further amazon has refunded an amount of rs 3999/- on 31/7/2020 into my account of central bank of india vide refund reference number # 75503720212041244495391.

But the refund is not yet processed by the central bank of india since last 10 working days. I have also called the customer care of central bank so many times but they are not ready to take any complaints from my side.

It is requested to direct the concerned authority to process the refund of rs. 3999/- in my account immediately please.

[protected] on 19th july by myntra with reference number [protected] didn't reflected in my account yet. I have complained against it on my branch but i didn't get proper solution from bank manager.
So, i request you to check it and give my refund as soon as possible..

On 12/07/2020 my father want to withdraw money from Central Bank of India ATM mamra bazar branch( IFSC code- CBIN0281251), he tried to withdraw money of Rs 5000 (18:24:50) & Rs 6000 (18:27:26) but two times transaction failed but the money debited from account ( Account No - [protected]).

Already made a complaint (CBI#3474585) on 15/07/2020 but today the manager informed me while enquiry that the transaction was successful so the money cannot be returned.

But for your kind information on 12/07/2020 the transaction was not successful so I made a complaint, and if your ATM have ahat wh problem as a customer while I will suffer, you can check your CCTV footage that whether that day the transaction was successful or not, but your bank representative are saying that they are not authorised to check CCTV.

One of my refund amount 220 which send to my account on 23th july. 2020 from amzon.in they send to my account they also provide refund reference no. #74332740204020399848800 and i have waiting almost 1 month but the amount didn't reflect in my account.

I made a transaction of amount rs 14999/- from my debit card on flipkart dated 14/07/2020.
After cancellation the product they initiate a refund of the same amount with refund reference number is 74766510204029001771625 on 21/07/2020.
But i have not received refund in my bank account. Kindly look into the matter and proceed my refund.

I am not getting any pension slip from the bank. I have asked for it many times from my branch but the bank person is telling that they do not have the facility of pension slip. I also have complaint to the official website but its already 2 weeks has been passed and the status is outstanding. Please help me regarding this matter.

Hi, i am jovin... I purchased a headphone worth of 500 in flipkart... And i got a damaged one... So i asked for refund and they said the amount should be in account by now... But due to the performance of the bank i think my refund may not be processed... And i didn't even get a penny from bank.

Amount of rs.2545.05 was debited from my account on 8th july 2020 since i purchased a product on amazon india. However, i returned the product next day due to compatibility issues and amazon initiated the refund on my debit card for this item on 10th july 2020.

It has been over 15 days and the amount hasn't been credited to my bank account till date. Amazon sent this refund reference number #74332740193019266255969 and the transaction id for the refund #4hlouhunj7z and told me to fill charge dispute form with the bank.

I raised a complaint in my bank branch and also, to the branch manager but i did not get any feasible solution from them. I have been robbed. No one is bothered about my hard earned money. Please help me in getting the refund credited to my bank account.

Dear sir,

Im chetan p m and following is my sb account number: [protected] of central bank of india. The refund for a returned product on amazon with value of rs.1599 was issued on 20.05.2020 as per amazon. I received a refund reference number # 74332740142014114554079 dated 21.05.2020. But i have not received the amount till date. Kindly check the same and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I made a payment of amount 41990 at my flipkart account on 29th of june and my transaction was unsuccessful due to payment gateway expiration but the amount was debited from the account. And it is 23 days now, i didn't got any money back in my account. I tried to contact the customer care of both flipkart and bank. Flipkart told me to contact my bank and i did the same. I first interacted with the customer care of bank on 3rd july and till now they are telling me to wait and are not giving the clear picture of the problem and still they haven't confirmed me that it will be surely refunded within this much time. How can this problem happen with a nationalised bank and anyway it was my grandfather's account from which i made the payment and hence he is very tensed from the first day onwards. I really want the money get refunded as soon as possible and bank give me the clear picture for that very issue.
