Sir,
I request for refund to my bank a/c via debit card on 17th may 2020 from amazon. I have summit written complaint to the bank manager and complaint id #3424569. 27 days have been passed bat no action has been taken.
I hope that you will look it and i will thankful to you...

I had a place orders on 28th may from amazon. But there was problem with orders so i had been cancel that 5 orders and back to refund, but still i did not get my refund and amazon already refund the amount on 6th june but still not credit in my account. I have called to costumer care too they said to lodge a complaint to your branch and get complaint number so we will see about your refund...

It had initiated refund on 29.05.2020 but the amount isn't reflecting on my bank.
Even after 15 days there has been no updates from the bank.
