Hi sir,
I have purchased a product on Amazon but as it was not working I have returned it, the refund id given by the seller but it is not reflecting in my account. it is 2700 rs refund. The seller has also provided the reference number, I am attaching it here. Please check. Doesn't CBI have a charge back form to fill like SBI?

      I have paid a electricity bill on 3th June 2020 from Amazon Pay but the bill payment failed. And after 15-20 mins i got a notification from Amazon that my bill payment has refunded to my CBI debit card and will be credited in 2-5 business days. But the amount has not credited in my account as its been nearly 2 weeks now. The Amazon customer service said they have refunded the amount in your account but the bank has not processed it yet.The bank is saying the issue is from Amazon and Amazon customer service said the issue is from the bank side. CBI are not also helping us properly and not giving us prompt responses. Amazon customer service has also given us a reference id(217387) from our order. Central bank of India is not giving us any response after we have given them reference id. So please help us with this issue.

        Dear sir/mam, one of my refund amount 498/- which send to my account on 28th may 2020 from amazon.in they send to my account they also provide refund reference no. # aigxa6uk0000kafnkv18 and i have waiting but the amount didn't reflect into my account. I have complained against it on my branch but i didn't get proper solution from bank. I have complain against it but still it's not reflect in my account.

              On 25 may, 2020 i have made a payment of rs2083 through my bank debit card but unfortunately it was returned to me in full amount into three phases that is rs133 the refund reference number-74332740147014638487520, rs 1944 the refund reference number-74332740157015636761912 and rs6 the refund reference number-74332740157015636761912 provided from amazon.
              But till none of the above mentioned amount is not credited into my bank account. I have also submitted written application into bank branch but no steps have been taken to resove this issue. Neither provide me the charge dispute form from the bank and neither complaint number.

                  I had a place orders on 28th may from amazon. But there was problem with orders so i had been cancel that 5 orders and back to refund, but still i did not get my refund and amazon already refund the amount on 6th june but still not credit in my account. I have called to costumer care too they said to lodge a complaint to your branch and get complaint number so we will see about your refund

                      Respect sir,
                      I purchased a phone from amazon.in on 18.05.2020 of amount rs 44106 by paying from my debit card.
                      The orrder got cancelled on 27.05.2020 by the company itself.
                      It had initiated refund on 29.05.2020 but the amount isn't reflecting on my bank.
                      Even after 15 days there has been no updates from the bank.
                      I got the reference no. From the bank which i am attaching on the screenshot below.
