2 refunds has been processed from amazon of 1875/- on 23rd June transaction number: 74766510171024487158099 and 2nd refund of 1990/- on 27th June transaction number: 74766510175024659566158. Both of these refunds are not yet credited to my account and Central Bank of India customer care as well as home branch is not able to assist me in this case.

My card is platinum visa meaning i can do online transactions freely, at a limited amount of course. Anywhere except on microsoft. I cant pay anything from microsoft store because it says pur processor declined. I hate it. Upon contacting the respective officials of the bank, apparently, everything seems to be fine. So what is happening?

There was a refund of rs 199/-by amazon. Ref id 30005401660159062117236 dated 13th june 2020 and today it is 26 june 2020. Kindly look into the same and do the needful.

Resp. I Had done a transaction of Rs. 2989/- which later I cancelled.

Thus They refund the amount of Rs. 2989/- and credit the amount but not credited to my account with account no [protected]

zon is saying that they credited the amount with transaction Id 74332740171017070152436 The amount is not credited yet.

1. I was buffering on Facebook on 6th June 2020 and saw an advertisement of IPhone for Rs 2499 displayed on Facebook by the company IMAILLIZON.COM.
On 6th June 2020, I made a payment of Rs 2499 via BHIM app to IMAILLIZON.COM. There was no reference number and transaction number received for the same. History of payment done on BHIM app was showing that Rs 2499 was deducted from my Central Bank of India account towards company account [protected]@okicici.

When I checked my statement of Central Bank of India, following is shown against that transaction :-

TO/TRANSFER/UPI/RRN[protected]/E2Amazon

2. After making payment, I tried to search this company on Google but there is no such company exists. It is a fraud transaction done and I got cheated.

3. You are therefore requested to facilitate refund of the above said account from this FRAUD company.

I order online from amazon then it got cancel i paid with my credit card but i haven't received my money back from amazon they said that they have initiated the money and i have the reference number

There was a refund of rs 170/-by amazon. Ref id 30005401660154110200084 dated 13th june 2020. Kindly look into the same and do the needful.

Dear sir/mam. I have order a laptop from Amazon of amount 32990rs on 14 june 2020 and due to some regions i cancel my order on 14 june 2020. I have pay 32990rs from my central bank account. On 17 june i have received a mail from Amazon that they will refund my money but when i check my account it did not reflected in my center bank account.

1. I purchased a phone of Rs26499 on 17th May 2020 from Amazon via their mobile phone application. The screenshot of payment which is showing order number and payment method is attached.

2. The product was damaged and I asked for refund. Amazon initiated refund on 9th June 2020 and gave me a refund reference number which is 75503720162040267345145. They said I will get this refund in 5 working days. They also said this refund reference number is given by the bank.

3. When I didn't received refund even after 5 working days, I called Amazon customer care but they asked me to contact Central Bank of India and to give them this refund reference number.
Central Bank of India customer care executive asked me to go to branch directly and lodge a complaint. I went to Central Bank of India's Jind, Haryana branch, met the manager. Manager told me they doesn't have process of receiving of complaint. He doesn't know what to do. He never heard of this kind of complaint. I called Central Bank of India customer care from the bank, who spoke with manager and then both of them recommend me to send a email to [protected]@centralbank.co.in and asked me to wait for 2 working days. I mailed them on 19th June 2020 and its 4th day, I have not received any communication from them. The snapshot of mail is attached.

4. I called customer care of Central Bank of India again and he asked me to contact Amazon. I called Amazon and he asked me to contact Central Bank of India and suggested me to write complaint on this forum.

5. I request you to please look into this matter and help me to get my money back.

Note :- the bank complaint was mailed in the name of my father Joginder Singh Malik because debit card was his. And I purchased phone from Amazon with my account on the name of Aman Malik

05/06/2020 i was trying to make transaction to netmeds to viy amazon in my account i can c refund credited di tde in my account and the refund re. 75503720158040188930658 and watching i check with the bank, bank informed amounts not credited please do in to the matter
