I order online from amazon then it got cancel i paid with my credit card but i haven't received my money back from amazon they said that they have initiated the money and i have the reference number...

There was a refund of rs 170/-by amazon. Ref id 30005401660154110200084 dated 13th june 2020. Kindly look into the same and do the needful.

Dear sir/mam. I have order a laptop from Amazon of amount 32990rs on 14 june 2020 and due to some regions i cancel my order on 14 june 2020. I have pay 32990rs from my central bank account. On 17 june i have received a mail from Amazon that they will refund my money but when i check my account it did not reflected in my center bank account....
