        1. I was buffering on Facebook on 6th June 2020 and saw an advertisement of IPhone for Rs 2499 displayed on Facebook by the company IMAILLIZON.COM.
        On 6th June 2020, I made a payment of Rs 2499 via BHIM app to IMAILLIZON.COM. There was no reference number and transaction number received for the same. History of payment done on BHIM app was showing that Rs 2499 was deducted from my Central Bank of India account towards company account [protected]@okicici.

        When I checked my statement of Central Bank of India, following is shown against that transaction :-

        TO/TRANSFER/UPI/RRN[protected]/E2Amazon

        2. After making payment, I tried to search this company on Google but there is no such company exists. It is a fraud transaction done and I got cheated.

        3. You are therefore requested to facilitate refund of the above said account from this FRAUD company.

              Dear sir/mam. I have order a laptop from Amazon of amount 32990rs on 14 june 2020 and due to some regions i cancel my order on 14 june 2020. I have pay 32990rs from my central bank account. On 17 june i have received a mail from Amazon that they will refund my money but when i check my account it did not reflected in my center bank account.

                1. I purchased a phone of Rs26499 on 17th May 2020 from Amazon via their mobile phone application. The screenshot of payment which is showing order number and payment method is attached.

                2. The product was damaged and I asked for refund. Amazon initiated refund on 9th June 2020 and gave me a refund reference number which is 75503720162040267345145. They said I will get this refund in 5 working days. They also said this refund reference number is given by the bank.

                3. When I didn't received refund even after 5 working days, I called Amazon customer care but they asked me to contact Central Bank of India and to give them this refund reference number.
                Central Bank of India customer care executive asked me to go to branch directly and lodge a complaint. I went to Central Bank of India's Jind, Haryana branch, met the manager. Manager told me they doesn't have process of receiving of complaint. He doesn't know what to do. He never heard of this kind of complaint. I called Central Bank of India customer care from the bank, who spoke with manager and then both of them recommend me to send a email to [protected]@centralbank.co.in and asked me to wait for 2 working days. I mailed them on 19th June 2020 and its 4th day, I have not received any communication from them. The snapshot of mail is attached.

                4. I called customer care of Central Bank of India again and he asked me to contact Amazon. I called Amazon and he asked me to contact Central Bank of India and suggested me to write complaint on this forum.

                5. I request you to please look into this matter and help me to get my money back.

                Note :- the bank complaint was mailed in the name of my father Joginder Singh Malik because debit card was his. And I purchased phone from Amazon with my account on the name of Aman Malik
