            My name is varsha Kumari I brought a sari of re.599 from amazon on[protected] .I returned the sari for some reason, then amazon said that your money will be refunded after 4 days on receipt of sari .but the amount has not yet been recieved in my bank account, it is completely is big delayed by central bank of India as the amount was issued by Amazon .Amazon has given me this reference no.903NYWWK0000K9LB1MOU to tract that amount.I need my money back sa soon as possible it is very urgent thanku.

              I returned a wallet set on amazon. Amazon initiated the refund, but bank doesn't give it to me yet

              I asked your costumer care service and he denied me to help on call asked me to visit bank and collect information from their.
              I don't know what to do now.
