My name is anshuman dwivedi and i had ordered bose soundsport bluetooth wired headset with mic of rs.6499 from 2gud.com on 25/06/2020 and 29/06/20 order was cancelled due to a security reason and same day refund initiated.
2gud initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. 2gud sent a mail and told me to fill charge dispute form but central bank of india doesn't have such policy. So
Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected].

    On 3rd of july i loaded 500rs in my amazon pay balance from my debit card. But due to some genuine reason i cancel that transaction by contact with amazon support team. And according to them they reversed my amount in my account and said upto 8th of july amount will credit in your account but still amount is not credited.
    Here is the refund reference number sent by amazon on my mail.
    Refund reference # 30005401870185103586929.
    I hope you will resolve my problem as soon as possible...

      I bought an item on amazon on 7th july and paid money through central bank of india debit card but i cancelled that item next day 08th july.
      Amazon refunded me my money successfully but it was not credited in my bank account till now.
      Central Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          I was suppose to recive a refund of ₹-44999 from amazone but amazone is saying that they have initiated the refund on 3rd of july 2020. But i have still not revived it.             I cancelled a order of rs. 17, 334/- on[protected] in amazon. Refund is initiated in hours by amazon. It says it takes 3-5 working days to credit amount to my account. On 4th july (After 4 days) i got a mail from amazon saying
            "
            This is to confirm that refund for amount 17, 334.0000 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now.
            ".
            But after almost 10 days amount still is not credited in my account. I tried contacting bank's and amazon's customer care. But just not moving any forward and just to and from calls.

            I really need my money and current pandemic situation, i don't know why bank customer care is suggesting to go outside and reach home branch while i am in containment zone.

              1. 19th may i visited the bank to check about the formalities required, i was asked to submit the deceased claim form by the staff.
              2. I appeared again on 26th may 2020 to submit the filled form but was denied to accept by the staff.
              3. I re-appeared on 28th may 2020 and submitted the application (In plain paper, attached for your reference) along with the deceased claim form and got the receiving stamped.

              4. Inspite of all submission, later during our conversation you requested to submit affidavit mentioning that the locker keys, fd advice and passbook has been lost/missing.
              5. I had to travel all the way to raipur again and submitted it on 6th june 2020 (Attached for your reference)
              6. On 6th june in person you informed me that you shall wait for 7days for the court order by ashish awasthi. I. E from 15h june to 22nd june now the demand is for 14 + days.
              7. Again i visited the branch on 4th july 2020 and the agm mr naik and mr parida from ro has communicated to me that please visit on 7th july 2020 and we shall proceed with the claim and issue the dd and break open the locker.

              Mr. Naik also told that he shall not accept any letter from whosoever stating that we gave enough time to produce the court order to the other party.

              8. On 7th july 2020, miss soni asked me to again fill the form afresh and then she will process the claim on mr. Naik (Agm) provides the saction but mr. Naik was not in branch so i was told to visit in the second half hours. During second half mr naik and mr mandal clearly told me that i cannot process the claim because one lawyer has sent the legal notice asking extension till 15th july 2020.

              9. I am a lady with two kids, not staying in raipur city, during this period of corona, mr naik and mr parida is making me run to the branch unnecessarily without any reason.
              10. As per bank records i am the sole nominee of the deceased account and just because one lawyer is submitting a legal notice again and again asking extension every 15 days the agm mr. Naik is following him.
              11. There is no order issued from the court, and the lawyer has got no legal authority to interrupt on banking operations unless the banker also wants the same.
              12. I have given my complaints to the cmd, ho, zo, ro but mr, naik says you can go on complaining i will not proceed and will wait for the court order for an undefined time.

                    On 09.06.2020 i used my debit card in yashashree medicals for purchasing medicines. During first usage shop owner's hand held machine was not accessing transaction so he did it again! I found the transaction is duplicated! I went the bank and made a complaint for cancellation of one of the transaction and credit rs 3702 to my sb account. My complaint no with cbi is 3435389.
                    Nothing has happened for last 27 days.
                    I am waiting for resolving the complaint for last 27 days!
                    Can you please look into earliest

                              My name is Vivek Singh, I bought a book of Rs 508 from amazon on[protected] which I received on[protected], I returned the book on[protected] for some reason, Then amazon received return on[protected], amazon said that your money will be refunded after 4 days on receipt of the book, but the amount has not yet been received in my bank account, it is completely Is being delayed by the Central Bank of India, as the amount was issued by amazon on[protected], amazon has given me this reference number (# 30005401580152181885335) to track that amount. I need my money back as soon as possible, it's very urgent. Thank you.

                                      I ordered an item on amazon and paid the amount through debit card on 12 june 2020., by mistake. Hence immediately cancelled the order. Amazon says they refunded the amount on 12.06.2020 @9.37 a. M and gave refund reference number refund reference # 029620.in spite of several reminders to central bank of india, my amount is not credited. Amazon says they cannot help me and only bank has to check their records and credit the amount to my account

                                        2 refunds has been processed from amazon of 1875/- on 23rd June transaction number: 74766510171024487158099 and 2nd refund of 1990/- on 27th June transaction number: 74766510175024659566158. Both of these refunds are not yet credited to my account and Central Bank of India customer care as well as home branch is not able to assist me in this case.
