Dear sir/mam one of my refund amount 499which send to my account on8th jun 2020 from amzon.in they send to my account they also provide refund reference no. Aoh21wi60000kalnp4ij and i have waiting almost 5 days but the amount didn't reflect in my account. I have complained against it on my branch but i didn't get proper solution from bank manngeer. I have complain against it but still it's not reflect in my account.

Dear sir i have including refund details with reference no. And complain report so please refund my money as soon as possible.

        Dear sir, madam
        I have a complaint that the amount 2990 rs. Not showing in my account since 19th may. From amazon. They have given me the reference no. Also i have shown the refrence no.in my branch (Jind, patiala chowk, haryana) but they said that they cant do anything on this i explained them but they said that we not received just talk to amazon. But the amazon has given me the refrence no. #a73wwbxl0000ka4ak9f6. And my money is stuck in the bank so please have a look at it.

          Hello sir/madam. This is inform you that i ordered a product from amazon but due to some reason they delay in delivery so i cancel the order. They refund my money which is 3, 339. And send me message was refund reference number 7bjxc7yk0000k78npxty, in case i still haven’t received the credit within 4 business days. That i will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this update. But despite of this i visit the branch and tell them but the employee of bank didn't give any solution and whatever he said is doesn't make any sense. Please my money back as soon as possible i request you.

              Amazon refund ref no : 7be7kjdy0000k78jg9y3 refunded on 10.05.20 to central bank to my sb account not yet received for last 40 days! I have sent a detailed complaint to central bank's email address on 13.05.20 on [protected]@centralbank.co.in. Also my bank sent a complaint to csd also. But seems bank customer service not responding and i am the sufferer. The refund amount is irs 1847.35.

                        I received a refund from razor pay payment gateway and it is still not refunded to my account. When i contacted customer care and branch officd they are not sure how to check with arn in their system. If i contact razor pay they are repeatedly saying u need to contact bank with arn number provided below

                            My name is adarsh gupta and i had ordered stuffcool mobile charger of rs. Amount 1272 ₹ in amazon on 20 may 2020 and after 28 may 2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 28 may 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number afmj0g3s0000kacta6c8 and told me to fill charge dispute form but central bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                              Rs 7456.00 refunded by amazon on 20/5/20 through reference no a73wwbxl0000ka4aupep has not been credited by the bank till 11/6/20.
                              On contacting customer care reply is as we are working with very less staff due to covid 19 we are unable to look into your complaint.
                              When contacted at branch inspite of repeated reminders by the bank to the clearing house they are unable to give any satisfactory reply

                                On 27th of may amount was deducted from my account and till today amount has not been reflected.I have contacted with customer care also but they are not responding properly and not checking my refund history with ref no also.This is worst experience felt with CBI customer care.My ref no is #083641
                                So please check my refund status and reflect back to my account Asap.
