I want to do charge dispute...

I have ordered a mobile phone (Poco x2) on 8th june 2020 from amazon
But it was cancelled on 12th june 2020, and amazon has refunded my money but still i hasn't received my money
So there must be problem with the bank, that the money is not reflected in my account...
