Refund Initiated by amazon.but still not receive the refund money

IMPS Transaction Pending - Bank is taking no responsibility

My account number is [protected]. I have made an IMPS transaction on the 4th of December 2021, Saturday morning. My account is deducted. And my IMPS transaction status is pending. Today is the 6th of December 2021. Time: 5:20 PM.

Net Banking , Personal

Address:23 A/4, D.P.P Road. Naktala. Kol- 47, Kolkata, West Bengal

For the last 5 days I am not getting any OTP message from the Server and as such unable to make any transactions through the Net-Banking facility. At least hundred times in these 5 days I tried. Server is not functioning maximum time. When server is on, then the OTP is not arising in the mobile. Facing a lot of trouble....
