My child is studying in gurugram school.
The maths paper in 18th march's 19 set 1 was very tricky and tough. It confused the child and the paper did not go as it should be after being confused.
The remaining sets were quite direct and easy. It's not fair for few students to get difficult sets. All the papers should have same difficulty level. It's really not fair for few students to get touch and confusing paper.
I would request to please consider it while giving marks to children. Few marks also make a lot of difference at the time if admission.

Thank you

    Respected sir
This is with regards to the mathematics board exam of class 12 held on 18 th march 2019.
Set 1 was the most difficult with very challenging questions which is very unfair to the students giving this set. Also question 24 stated “ using integration find the area of the greatest rectangle which can be inscribed in an ellipse “. This question is wrong as it can be done using differentiation only and not integration.
Question 16 of the same set had a very difficult integration question which was “ integrate cos (X+a)/sin (X+b) which is very challenging.

I request you to look into this matter and plead for grace marks.
    Thank you

In the maths and science exams conducted on 7th and 13th march for grade 10th there were few tricky questions specially from airthmetic progression and trignometry in set one o[censored]ae, also in science there were questions which were not in the syllabus. Students found physics section difficult. I request you to kindly consider the hard work of students and show some leniency in correction.

        Respected sir,

This is with regards to the tenth board exam for science conducted on 13th march 2019.

I am also one of the examination candidates and it pains me to inform you about the complaints i have with the question papers.

        1. Set 2 was the most challenging and difficult paper out of the three, with the most indirect questions (Q.12, q.14, q.20) as can be clearly seen. This is highly unfair for the candidates like me, who got the set 2 question paper.

        2. There were certain questions whose answers we've never been taught in our ncert reader (Which we've been told that all questions will be from).

        Set 2: q14:

'a dry pellet of a common base b, when kept in open absorbs moisture and turns sticky. The compound b is also a by product of chlor-alkali process. Identify b. State the type of reaction that occurs when b reacts with so2. Also write chemical equation for the reaction involved.'

The reader has no trace of the chemical reaction which they've asked above (Naoh + so2 gives na2so3 + h2o).
This is highly unfair since only set 2 got this question. I hope you ensure that marks are provided for all answers, since this is out of our portions.

        Set 2: q20:

'... List any four characteristics of isomers...'

The reader has mentioned only one characteristic of isomers (Same molecular formula but different structures) but the question has asked for four. It is very disheartening that questions are asked whose answer aren't in the reader and we haven't been taught.

Therefore i hope that you will take steps towards these problems and ensure that set 2 answer papers get lenient correction and that the above questions be cancelled.

        Thank you.

        Yours faithfully,
        Ujjawal dugar.

In bihar there is a district named jehanabad. There is a school named manas vidyalaya in jehanabad. Cbse 10th board centre has gone there and i am getting information that the teachers of that school are not taking any action against children who are copying. Most of the students whose centre has gone there are indulged in copying. I request you to stop this as soon as you can.

The science board exam conducted on 13 march, 2019 has some errors.in set1 question no. 25 is inappropriate as all the options are wrong. Some are saying that c is correct but it's wrong as the terminals of the voltmeter is placed wrong as the +ve terminal of voltmeter should go to the +ve terminal of battery. So please take appropriate action.
                Question should be like this👇👇👇

Hello! I think option A in the paper is the answer as it is I. Parallel combination with the resistor if you notice carefully along with correct polarity...

Dear sir i had appeared for the science 10 2019 board exam code (31/4/2) set2, however the paper was very difficult, when all students have put in the same effort it is highly unfair. Kindly requesting you to provide a leneant correction. Questions (2, 12, 15) were out of syllabus, since it's a 3 hour paper we mage time accordingly and these kind of difficult questions create tension in students. Kingly do the needful.

                              Hi,

I have 2 daughters both studying in jnana sweekar public school, thalaghattapura, bengaluru. We had earlier requested to pay fees in 3 installments for which the management has agreed and accordingly we were paying fees all these years in the months of april, october & january. Actual installments were 2 fixed all these years by the school.

Now, we had got an circular that the fees needs to be paid in 1 installment for academic year 2019-20.

Being an single earning member of my family, it is difficult to pay ₹150000 in one installment.

Writing this complaint as the school has not agreed for multiple installments.

                              Regards,
                              Ranganathan

Maths exam of grade 10, which was held on 7th march 2019 had three different sets. It was very unfair because all children had prepared equally for their exams and some got hard set while others got easy sets. Among the three, set 1 was the toughest. Set 1 had two or three out of syllabus questions. Comaparitively, set 2 and 3 had very easy questions. Set 1 question paper had a trigonometery and an arithmetic progression questions which was not included in the syllabus. So i kindly request that cbse give grace marks for students who recieved set 1 for their maths exam.

Subject: complaints regarding the unfair questioning system in science examination

                                    Respected sir/ma'am

I, aman kumar padhy am one of the unlucky few had to face so-called 'out of syllabus' questions and had to get disappointing results even after repeated and diligent preparation.
Many of the question in my question paper alias set-2 jms\3 were not present in the ncert science book.
                                    These include:
                                    -mention the characteristics of isomers,
-give the reaction between naoh (Sodium hydroxide) and so2 (Sulphur dioxide),
                                    And many more.

It is my due request to the concerning authorities and respected teacher to please look into the matter. Students like me have spent an entire year to just score well in these exams. Examinations like english and hindi have a certain level of vagueness and ambiguity in them but tests like science must be based directly on ncert book or it's fundamental concepts.

If my request and words are too outspoken for anyone, i hereby apologize but students like me too wish to have a smile on their faces upon seeing the results.
I am fully aware that it is impossible to alter the effects of the examination but i request you to provide poor students like us with the benefit of the doubt in the so-called 'out of syllabus' question.
I, a student was desperate enough to write this letter but please ponder over
The mental condition of my parents and the guardians of the students like me.

Awaiting at least a sincere reply from a concerned authority.

                                    Yours sincerely

                                      Respected sir/ma'am
I'm a student of class 10 from uttar pradesh and on 7th march 2019, board exams of class 10th maths were held and three sets were given by the teachers. My set was the third set and i compared my set with my friend's set then very few questions were matching with the other two sets and i felt discrimination rising in my heart.
As soon as i left my centre, i heard many other voices being raised against this new set system. One question in my set was neither in two of the other set such as volume question and converse of pythagoras theorem. I've have many questions regarding this that is it my unfortune that on the very first day of my boards, i got the most difficult set and when i called my friends for the same issue, they said that they were lucky and they didn't even studied the things that came in my set. Should not students be judged justly?
We have been taught that indian constitution prohibits inequality and gives equal opportunity to all, then why should the students with difficult set should suffer? It's not the proper criteria to judge students like this, i'm not the only one raising voice against it. I'm only the part of huge number of voices raised by the people from different states around the country.
One student says that he/she is lucky and on the other hand, other says he/she is unlucky. This is not examinations. Then it should be like this that we should sit in temple and pray to give easier sets?
Sorry to say but it's my first boards and i'm also totally against grace marking because giving students marks with then deserving is the most unfair and corrupted practice in examinations.
From ancient times in india, examinations are termed as sacred and i believe cbse as a holy organisation spreading education but now i'm really disappointed in cbse due to this chaos. As a student, it feels awkward to see different questions in examinations especially boards.
I hope my request (Not complaint) will be heard because in india, we are taught to raise voices against any unfair practices.

Pls look at the question based on light chapter question no 18 code no-31/3/3 that states that the focal length of a convex lens is 20cm and the image of the object is diminished to 1/3rd the size of object. Find the object distance. After proper calculation the answer is -40 cm and it's impossible since the object will be placed "at 2f¹ and thus the object will also formed"at 2f²". If that's the case the object will be of same size but the question stated that it's diminished. Hence its wrong. Pls view my concern thoroughly. Also another question no 3 based on presbyopia was given where the diagram was asked which is no where in ncert text. Hence marks should be given.
