I have sent application form to BARC training school , anushakthinagar mumbai-400094 on 10th april 2010 at 7.43pm. The article number is ET[protected]IN .In the tracking link it is still showing in movement and not delivered(article bagged to anushakthinagar from mumbai).Last date for the submission is nearing and having sent it on 10 th itself i cant understand why the speed post is getting delayed like this......today is 15 th april(5 days)..Solve this issue soon

DIET, Faizabad, U.P. has already sent two letters to CBSE Chennai Regional Office and CBSE Delhi Office for the verification of marksheet and passed certificate of X and XII of candidates passed in the year 1994 and 1996, from Kendriya vidyalayas in Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu(CBSE Board).

Many months passed but there is no reply from Chennnai regional Office and Delhi Office.Neither they tell the verification Fee nor they inform from where the verification of the candidates passed from Kendriya Vidyalaya of Andhra Pradesh will be done.

Please help me out of this as the verification is very-very urgent..

Dear Sir,

I went to the main railway station ,Indore at 10.50 pm to post my 15 applications but the person at the window refused to take all the mails he was ready for 3 mails only. he said that there is no postal tickets, then I asked for complaint book, he gave me an old register denoted with year 1994 and I lodged my complaint in that one. It was really very inconvinient for me to come back without posting them as their last dates are knocking at the door.

Kindly look into the matter.

Not Issuing of Training Certificate by HCL CDC Chandigarh.

I am Harwinder Singh Sohal, I did my 6 month industrial training from HCL CDC Chandigarh (From Jan. to June 2008) in CCNA, MCSE, and RHCE. My admission in HCL was done by Mr. Sanamjit(Fraud) during the time of admission very fake promises were done by Mr. Sanamjit like:

HCL CDC Chandigarh will give us the opportunity to get placed in HCl Noida
HCL CDC Chandigarh will bring companies in HCL CDC Chandigarh for your placement
But no such promises were completed by HCL CDC Chandigarh.

Now at this time they are creating new problem regarding the issuing of the Training Certificate. They said that if I will clear the online test of HCL Noida I will get the certificate. But during the admission time no such condition was placed by HCL CDC Chandigarh or Sanamjit in front of me.

Also the courses (CCNA, MCSE, and RHCE) during the training period were not completed due to the Faculty Problem. So, sir tell me now that how will I clear the online paper of HCl Noida without any knowledge.

They also asked me to complete my rest of courses in HCL CDC Ludhiana But I did not get any response from them.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Sudipta here. A post graduate student of Dept of Physics in Vanibihar, Bhubaneswar.
I am here with bringing notice to the concern authority regarding the operations of the Regional passport office, Bhubanewar.
I got an appointment for my new passport application form for 07th April 2010 at 11.30 AM ( Ref: BHUI[protected]. Details are shown in the attached pdf file. I reached in the office before 1 hour of my appointment time( By missing my class in the peak of the summer).

I was told by the sucurity person that my appointment date and time is not valid for the day and i have to make the queue by a token as a general applicant. I was surprised by the system of the bhubaneswar passport office. Here are the reasons for the same.

i. When the world is moving towards the verge of technology end , Bhuabaneswar passport offiice gives false assurance to the applicants and false information to applicants in the web by giving the date and time of appointment.

ii. If there is a general queue to be made by the applicants then why the online applicants are provided with the specific date and time.

iii. If token is provided then wait for 3 to 4 hours and only lucky persons will get a chance to apply and rest have to come back as i returned today

So dear concern kindly note of the above points and do some needfull to make our systems fast track as we float in the systems of information technology era.

This is just a sincere feedback from an applicant.

I was applied for the election card in the last election. i was found my name in the voter list but i didn't get my voter card yet. on[protected] i went to nearest thasildar office for asking about my voter id but they are not responding to my request instead they suggesting me to come in the next election time. so please suggest me about this.

i applied for My 10th class Marksheet roll no. 1184199 passed in 2009 from Kendriya Vidhyalay Raipur.I deposited all Required document with DD of Rs 170/- from Dhamtari but not received my Marksheet. Than I again farworded my document with DD of Rs 170/- and still I didnot get the Marksheet yet.
Please advice me what I can do to get the cartificate which is required to deposite for further study

Hello sir,
I have applyed for a fresh passport on 31/12/2009 and my file reffrence number is
p042041 in pune passport office. But passport could not issued to me,because of my birth certificate from local municipal office/registrar of birth and death is not awailable with me. I born on 18/05/1989 in ARMY HOSPITAL udhampur(J&k) as my father was in INDIAN ARMY.I have birth certificat from ARMY HOSPITAL udhampur(J&k) with me but not registered with local municipal office/registrar of birth and death by my father.Pasport authority reqires birth certificate from local municipal office but due to old age my father is not able to go to Udampur(j&k) to bring my birth certificat.
so can u please suggest me any alternate solution of my problem because I need my passport very urgenty for my further studes in UK.

With due respect and humble request I wish to state that my application form
for B.Tech. Entrance Exam 2010 at Aligarh Muslim University is rejected by AMU Officials vide Rejection Ltr No. AMU D.No.422/Adms dated 23/03/10.
(1) I have applied through ON Line
(2) All informations which is required on On line form I have properly filled.
(3) I have received the message at my email address ashok.sharma.[protected]@gmail.com that your application submitted successfully.
(4) I have send DD as required worth Rs. 600/- issued By SBI Navyug Market Ghaziabad date 02/03/10 .
(5) My application reached timely at AMU.
(6) Exam conducts once in a year so my chance will back me one year.

Sir after all proper entries and and timely sending the draft my form is
rejected by AMU without prior information of any required correction.

Therefore I request to you sir please do needful action so that I may appear in the
entrance exam and please instruct them if any discrepancy I may produce the required documents at the time of admission or at the time of entrance exam.

The mathematics exam conducted by the cbse for 12 was difficult. For the code 2 questions one question of three dimensional was tough and one 6 marks probability question was confusing as the the question was not clear. And for Code 1 and 3 one question was wrong. In additional to this there was question outside the NCERT text. As the students think the question will be asked from exercise but they had asked the worked out example also. The CBSE is so partial as the same paper for the delhi question paper was easy while for all india it was difficult. So may i kindly request you to look this thing very seriously and make the evaluation of the answer paper liberal. So sir please look into this mater seriously.

I Anirban Ghosh buied a new hero honda glamour on 06 Feb 2010 from Sainath Automobiles Inda,kharagpur(West Bengal).done the temporary registration from paschim midnapur R.T.O.(West Bengal) referred to R.T.A. RAYAGADA, Orissa for permanent registration.I took the paper and went to RTO Rayagada along with the bike, they said some procedure to be completed before registration of my bike.i went for the first servicing to AJIT MOTORS (Hero Honda showroom)in Rayagada. they said themselves that they will help me registering my bike.they have asked for 4250/- in demand for registering through there agent. I have done the same,took all the original papers along with the amount on 3rd march 2010.AJIT motors have asked me to come after 3 days(05.03.2010) to collect my RC book.on the fourth day(6.3.2010) they said it is not done and submitted the paper to the agent on 07.03.2010.when i meat the agent he asked for the fine of 350/- for delay of papers Because Agent Recieved the paper on 07.03.2010.AJIT motors refused to considered there fault that what would they do as they didnt knew the rules and i had to pay the fine amount of Rs 350 extra along with the registering fees.The fine amount of 350/- is not an big issue but their behaviour and neglighence cost me the extra amount..please help.i want the conclusion.

dear sir,
I was withdrawing money from my SBI account using my SBI atm card through ICICI atm machine.Before withdrawing money I checked the balance, it showed Rs.2386.00. Then I entered the card to withdrawl Rs1000.During this process machine was showing the message" your transection is being proceed" but it suddenly showed "NETWORK UNAVAILABLE".Neither money nor reciept came out of the machine. I checked the balance but it showed "network unavailable". But when I checked the balance from another bank atm machine(KVB) ,it showed Rs 1386.00.Even in the mini statement of SBI it is showing withdrawl of Rs.1000 but i did not get the money. Sir please look in this matter .Its very urgent.

I have a best friend who is studying MBA at KITS College, Warangal. He used to be busy with his part time job , i.e., Shares Business. He did not have the attendance. He applied for the MBA IIIrd Sem examination. The University issued Hall ticket. But, the KITS college management did not give the hall ticket to him as he is short of attendance. He had 5% attendance, so they said hall ticket will not be issued. The same college issued hall tickets to the students haviang 20% attendance. Is there any reservation of not issuing like this? He lost 5 exams already in IIIrd Semester, so he has to wait for one year. He is actually a Management Quota Student who paid around 1.6 lakh. With out issuing any letter or any notice on college notice board, how the college can take an action like this. It is so frustrating because, the college should have to sent a memo to the student and they should give pre-caution. And one more thing, to issue hall ticket the college management should show the attendance to the university. University will not issue hall tickets if the student has less than 60% of attendance. But, the university had issued hall ticket, but the college is showing this cause. As a result, my best friend lost one year in academics. Is there any provision to fight against this sensitive issue. The college, with its rules and regulations can take action. But, they are lacking the humanity that they are wasting one year life of a student. So in this regard, i request you help in the case.
