I am the student of class 10 . Since the answer key has been released in the official websites, I have encountered many errors in the answer key of English question paper whose code no. is 002/2/4, series no. is JSK/2 and set no. is 4.
I hereby put forward the correct answers according to me.
It would be a great kind of you if you consider, recheck and analyze them within a considerable amount of time.
Section -A Que I. Que 2. Answers: (B), (C), (A) and (D)
It is because in the unseen passage, it is given that the justice system changed from one civilization to another as the society became complex and population increased.
When there was the small civilization and society structure was simple, the justice system was well organized with educated legal professionals. It was a noble justice system. .. ..
But, when civilization became larger and society structure became complex like that in Saxons and Normans civilizations, the justice system also become rougher and harsh.
So, the unseen passage 1 actually contrasts the different civilizations with their vivid justice systems. Hence, we can give it the following titles from the options provided .
First suitable title from the options is:
(B) Civilized societies and justice
And the second title suitable for the passage is :
(C) Justice v/s Civilisation
(A) and ( D) are also appropriate in their sense.
The option (a) 'The development of the system of justice in England' and option (d) ' Rule of Justice in England' also stands appropriate
because the justice systems changed with the time in England and more harsher methods got involved but that by evil minded people to secure themselves from being caught.
Those dirty tactic methods were not the method of judgment in England but that were secretly accomplished.
It can be also that there was an evil minded ruler who designed a bad judgment system to let him carry his unfair businesses .
But, the above passage talks only about the involvement o[censored]nfair methods by rich evil minded societies with the passage of time as the society structure and organization became complex and vivid .
So, the justice systems developed in order to eradicate those faults in that of the previous civilizations ' justice system ' and make one's judgment unique regardless of the involvement of dirty methods of winning the argument which were used by rich evil minded ones as the idea conveyed by the passage 1.
We can find that it was the justice method which declared one as innocent and other as guilty . If the justice method was fair then many innocents got justice but if the justice method was unfair and rough and tough then many guilty were declared innocent. This tells that there was not always the rule of fairness in the form of fair practices and judgments . There was the rule of only justice method and is still continuing . If justice method is faulty then the many innocents are suppressed in that civilization and in that way, they are ruled by justice system and not by fairness.
Hence, with the above explanation I conclude that all the answers of Que 2. O[censored]nseen passage1 can be treated correct and if they are justified correct by your committee, they must be treated correct.
