Central Board of Secondary Education [CBSE] Complaints & Reviews

In the maths paper of class 12 academic year[protected]. The paper clearly says in the instructions of the first page that you have to do 8 question out of 10 in section-C from Q.no = 41 to 50. But the case study has further put a constraint on the student that he/she can only do 4 out of 5 question. Hence the pattern is disturbed as there is no such limitation in the official cbse sample paper. The board cannot just change Or deviate from the pattern given in the sample paper but in case if it does so it has to be clearly mentioned before that question as well as in the instructions.
In previous years, the ques which come for 3 marks were for 1 marks! We know how to do the questions but time is less to do more questions! We know this is for the first time but We always exppect good from you! Not asking for easy paper but for a paper which can be done by all category of students and Please makes the rules clear

I'm student from Army Public School Bagrakote, WB. Under AWES.
I am here to let you know that our school is helping our students to cheat in class 10 term 1 board exam. They have made treaty with other schools that they will allow their students to cheat if they allow our students to cheat in board exam. The principal, invigilators, observers are all involved in this malpractice.
Teachers are telling their students to leave unsolved question and they will write the answers by themselves after the exam.
Even during the exam, subject teacher come in class with question paper and answers tick in it. Teacher goes to every student and tell them answer. I'm too student of this school and I am against this malpractice. I can't imagine such malpractice happening in our school being under AWES controlled CBSE affiliated that also during board exam. I don't think army officers knew about this.
I asked our teachers about this issue and they said we don't like to do this but we have pressure from our higher authority and principal.
CBSE has become just a funny thing, this shows CBSE is not strict at all.
Students are scoring 95+ in exams who even don't know meaning of nationalism(history subject) and what is rational numbers and irrational numbers(maths). Last two exams are remaining i.e. english and hindi, and I know same thing will be practised on that day.
I want strict action against our school, teachers and centre and all cameras to be checked.

I wanted to complain about the fact that the CBSE class 10 Mathematics Board Exam was too length and could barely complete it. I am hereby asking for a retest or giving grace marks
I request this to be heard by the authorities

Kindly review the answer of Q.21 in set 4 of mathematics core 041 question paper of class 12 conducted on 6.12.21.
The answer given is c whereas it should be a.

The answer for 37 is d and for 38 is b

I have lost my original 10th certificates way back, Recently a family emergency came that I have had to apply for passport to visit my sister who is sick overseas. During passport processing they objected to the soft copy I have taken and wanted hard copy of 10th mark list. So I have decided to apply for duplicate document via DUPLICATE SYSTEM GENERATING DOCUMMENTS. I have paid 4000 rupees for the same FOR TATKAL . Its been 2 weeks I have contacted the main CBSE board upon which I was advised to contact the Chennai regional office mail. When I contacted the Chennai office a female correspondent responded "ITS BEEN ONLY TWO WEEKS MANY OLDER FILES ARE PENDING JUST WAIT UNTIL WE PROCESS" she said rudely and disconnected the call. I TOLD ABOUT MY SITUATION AND REQUESTED HUMBLY BUT STILL THEY WERE SO NEGLIGENT ABOUT APPLICANTS NEEDS. I REUEST TO KINDLY PROCESS MY CERTIFICATES AS IF ITS GETS TOO LATE I CANNOT BE OF ANY HELP TO FAMILY IN THE TIME OF NEED. PLEASE HELP...!

In this question paper of maths 065/2/4 set 4, answer of question 37 should be option 'd'

According to cbse guidelines and sample papers, any 8 of the last 10 questions needed to be attempted but in the exam they changed the pattern to attempt 4 of the last 5.

As followed by the sst board examinations conducted by cbse for class 10 an official answer key was released by cbse a few hours after the examination for the set 032-1-4.It contained a few errors since the answers didnt coincide with the facts stated in the ncert books for eg: in Q31 which was an assertion reasoning question the answer should've been option c in accordance with the ncert book but it was stated as a in the official answer key, hope this matter is thoroughly looked after and proper measures are taken for the checking of the papers.

CBSE ENGLISH TERM 1 conducted on 3 Dec, 2021 was tough and out of the syllabus. So it made them to upset the students who are doing well. So I request CBSE Board to provide them the grace marks for the tough questions.

A few answers in the answer key provided by CBSE, after careful analysis, have been found wrong. These include the following:

1. Q13. (answer given by CBSE is A) answer will be B. Statement 1 according to the passage is false and statement 2 is correct.

2. Q27. (answer given by CBSE is A) answer should be C. This is because option C consists of things that will actually encourage students to develop a habit of reading which includes library trips, encouraging them to read books, and actually 'creating a space for reading'. The answer has been marked as A, merely gifting students books won't help them develop a reading habit. Therefore, the answer must be C.

3. Q50. (answer given by CBSE is C.) The answer could clearly be either A or C. Both are apt in this case. The question has more than one correct answer according to the interpretation of the text of the chapter. The students should be granted marks for both A and C because both are correct and the chapter does not have a clear inference that only C can be the right answer. Dr. Sadao Hoki says "it's not hidden that you are here" and the chapter does not state that by this Sadao meant it would be necessary and good for both of them, so the answer could be either of the two, A or C.

4. Q59. (answer given by CBSE is b). The answer would be A- Fear. Regret means feeling remorseful, or rue. When Douglas' jump did not make any difference, he did not feel "remorseful" or contrite, instead, he started feeling scared i.e. fearful, and wanted to do something that would help him get out of the pool. The answer would be A.

5. Q38. (answer provided by CBSE is D.) The answer will be B. The question clearly asks what the reason for the big boy's behavior towards the boy was. The question does not ask about the description of the little boy sitting near the pool. The answer given by CBSE just gives a description and not the reason which has been clearly asked in the question. The answer would be B because the big boy wanted to surprise the little boy by throwing him suddenly into the pool. This can be proved by the big boy's conversation with his friend when they pull out the boy from the pool in which the big boy clearly states that he was just "fooling around".

6. Q56. (answer given by CBSE is A). The options to this question are very ambiguous.

I urge CBSE to look into this matter. This is a serious matter which would have a huge impact on children's careers. Please look into it.

Sir/ madam i am yugank i am a 10 th class student, appearing for 10 th class board exams from cbse board of education i want to inform you that our science exam set (031/2/4)0was very difficult in comparison to another set (031/1/4), so i request you toh take an action towards it and make a fair decesion for every children giving 10 th board from cbse.

Hello my name is Bhupinder Singh. I am a student of class 12th. As you would know 12th class exam is going on. So I want to share my experience with you .Our English paper was on 4th December, about which I was very worried. My worries went away when it dawned on me that all arrangements have been made for the exam. I am glad to know that our teachers have been kind to us. The teachers told us how to do the paper. We were told that you can use the last ten minutes as you wish and Ten minutes left the gate will be closed.
We were told how our teachers changed answers Like our teachers change small c to small a, b and d. If we do not have an answer then we just answer that question as c. Because our will change it into a, b and d. [ smart work ] .You can ask anyone for an answer when you submit the paper but the teacher will not tell you anything .The answer is not known to the whole class then the teacher himself will tell the answer. However, when I was doing the paper myself so the teacher was copying others from my paper. This is not the first time It's going to be culture now. The observer came from the board. He was also intoxicated with his words. In this way cbse exams has become a joke :( . It is my duty to share this information with you. I hope you take some steps in this regard.

like cbsc make arule of term 1st of class 9 in mcqs but my school do not take term 1 exam of class 9 in mcqs

As you know term 1 exams have started for class 12 on December 3 and we revised most of the chapters and were confident. But, after seeing the question paper our confidence was gone completely.
The paragraphs were so hard on question paper set 4 and had confusing options.
Also we have done our learning online till November.
But the question seems that it is prepared for students with more level of education than 12th.
Now we are stressed out by imagining how will the next question will be.
So please try to reduce the difficulty in next set of questions.

Dear Sir,
I am a student of class 12th. As my boards exam are going on, we are all preparing for it. Cbse has released sample paper for boards this time . I have a suspect in one of questions.
Q no 6 about the gauss law
This law is valid for all charge distribution whether symmetrical or unsymmetrical, though it is used to find where charge distribution is symmetrical. But answer given by cbse is that option c is incorrect ; that it valid for unsymmetrical charge distribution.
They have given option d as correct, but they must specify it clear that for funding, symmetrical charge distribution is used. But it valid even for asymmetrical change distribution.

There are a few corrections in the cbse official answer key for maths exam class 10, code - 030/2/4

Q1 (correct answer 'b')
Q46 (correct answer 'a')
Q50 (correct answer 'b')
Please kindly look after these corrections and provide correct answer key for justice of checking. Otherwise, many other students like me who have worked hard for this examination and chose correct answer have to suffer from a injustice loss o[censored]pto 3 marks, which matter a lot for us!🙏

There several ans wrong in science ans key
And some question were there which was never taught so sir request u to give the marks of those question
Mainly the 19 and 27 of science code 031/14
In question 27 there is mention litmus solution and no one has taught that it gives red color to distilled water I hope you will respect my concern

The answer key that you have published contains two wrong answers. Question no. 1 and Question No. 50 are wrong. According to me and all tutors, correct answer of Question No. 1 is B instead of C and in Question No. 50 correct answer is B instead of C.
Plzzzzz look into this matter and check the answer key again.

Hi, I'm from Shimla and my school is not my exam center. it's the exam center for another school. My friends from that school texted me telling me that teachers from my school helped them in the exams. Teachers initiated the cheating. Students didn't ask for it, teachers just offered it to them. This is so Unfair. Also, the answer keys aren't correct. we're all panicking because we don't know how well we're scoring. Despite a lockdown of almost 2 years. no study for almost 2 years, the paper on the basis of ever condition was tough. this is unjust. 031/2/4 sci paper was beyond our level. I thought board exams were supposed to be on a mediocre level but seems like y'all are favouring the topper students only.
