With profound dismay, I, parent of an academically brilliant child who has been performing consistently throughout her studies, would like to bring to your notice the anomaly in CBSE Term 1 Class 12 Maths examination (Paper code: 065/1/4, set no.4).

The paper was tough, tricky, extremely lengthy and in some areas, out of syllabus. Children had to struggle to even attempt the entire question paper and finally left half of the paper. The pattern too was different than the sample papers forwarded by CBSE before exams. Time and again CBSE had issued advisories to study NCERT syllabus/books and accordingly schools also have changed the teaching patterns. However, it is noticed that the standard of questions is much tougher and to the level of engineering and other competitive exams. The testimony from children all across the country is unanimous as some teachers and principals did also mention same in various social media sites. This has left children demotivated and they have lost the zeal to perform well in rest of the papers.

It is understood that this set was relatively tougher than the other sets. There was no rational and level playing platform between the different sets. Eventually, the children who got this set in term 1, would score less marks in comparison to their peers who got comparatively easier sets or even to other State/ICSE boards. The repercussions will be seen in the final score at the end of term 2 exams. The ripple effect would be evident when these affected children will apply to universities/colleges which give weightage to Class 12 marks and would finally lose the race.

View aforesaid, it is a sincere and humble request that CBSE authorities give a fair and just chance to these children by devising a procedure to compensate the loss by making the evaluation liberal or resorting to similar evaluation method as done last year i.e considering the marks of school internals.

Additional marks should be given for out of sallybus questions and paper' should be reconducted

On the front of question paper, it is given that this contains 40 printed pages, but it actually contains only 12 printed pages . HINDI VERSION is not provided.

Sir I want to ask further queries related to answer key of physical education that is released by cbse itself.

The answer of question no. 33 should be option d (4) but in answer key released by cbse it's given (c) and that's incorrect

The answer of question no. 44 should be option a (8 feet ) but in answer key released by cbse it's given (c 16 feet ) and that's incorrect

As I saw the answer key for checking my answers. I saw that in 44th question, option d is given as answer as I think u hav given the ans in correspondence to the flexibility term. However I have marked option c which is also correct. As other 3 is a rikli Jones test and c is a motor fitness test. So think u should provide grace in this question.

As u have not given any preparatory leave for business studies exam to commerce students..it has been very hard for the students to prepare for the same. Such like me having maths physical education and business too a student will get hectic during these 3-4 days ...

In physical education exam there are some answer given wrong in the answer key. Please kindly check them again .
Question paper code - 075
Series- SSJ/2

Its humble request to check these because I’m pretty sure they are wrong.

Q2 the answer given in the key is (d) all of above
But the answer must be (a) accommodation
As logistics committee always deals with the accommodation and refreshments of the players and not with the medical and transport services.

Q33 the answer given is (c) 3
But the correct answer must be (d) 4
Because from the images we can clearly see that 1, 2, 3 are “rikli & jones test” and 4 is the “general motor fitness test” which is the odd one from them so how can the answer be 3.

Q44 the answer given is (c) 16 feet
But the correct answer must be (a) 8 feet
As from the image we can clearly see that it is the “8 feet up and go test” in which the cone is kept 8 feet away from the chair.

Please kindly file my complaint and do needed action for it. As all your mistakes are making our grades low.

I really want CBSE to retake the term 1 exams for the students who want to give again. As the maths term 1 class 12 paper was very difficult and less time so i have done very bad and i k ow that i can do much better if again i can have a chance .
I want CBSE to make the wanted students to re appear for the exams in order to have them good grades. Please let us have the exams again if we want to.
I request them.
Many schools make students cheat and the students who dont cheat are in total loss beacuse the education system in india focuses on marks, so i want CBSE to make students reappear for term 1 exam if they want.
I also want to give my Maths term 1 class 12 exam again.
Otherwise i would be in great loss because of the CBSE only.

I am not at all satisfied with the class 12 maths exam on 6th december 2021.
I studies too much but scored very less.
I am not satisfies because many school let their students cheat and many school have home board which let then cheat and then they get good marks then good grade u should keep your check on those schools because then the students like us are fools coz we study and get bad grades and others cheat and get good grades and we are in loss then.
The question paper was very very lenghty and i could able to do the question and scored 50% marks only and my result is ruined beacause of that.
I hate the pattern cbse made this time.
You should have given more time or you should retake exams for the students who are not satisfied with the result of term 1.

Dear All,

As in corona I have lost my job and facing financial issue . Therefore I did not send my students to school in this year. They stay at home. Now I go to Dav Public school Panipat for Tc of previous year they are demanding the current year fees for giving the previous year tc. Although my students admission is not done in this year . They are at home.

We bring to your attention that the CBSE Term 1 papers were very tough and lengthy. The pandemic situation of last year is same this year. You gave much relaxation to the last year’s students and for this year Children are literally suffering. This is worrisome that our kids are mentally stressed and does not have much time to study. Whole year is exam time for them.
Our humble request to you to kindly reconsider the board decision and give some easiness to the children to perform their best.

1.The Class12th English question paper in Term 1 was not proper . The questions were vague . The answer could be anything because the questions were subjective . More than one option seemed correct in many of the questions.
2. The Mathes paper was way out of NCERT standard. Not every student who has opted Mathematics is preparing for JEE. The sample papers provided in CBSE websites did not prepare the kids for this level of questions. Moreover, the paper was too lengthy.
The Term 1 scores should not be considered as final scores or else many students will lose the chance of higher education in any reputable institution.

This is to inform you that the answer key of the SOCIAL SCIENCE(THEORY) question paper code 032/1/4 of class 10 term 1 exams is not correct. There is an error in the answer key of Q35 and Q57. The answers to Q35 and Q57 should be option B instead of A and C instead of A, respectively.
The answer key of the MATHEMATICS(STANDARD) question paper code 030/2/4 of class 10 term 1 exams is not correct. There is an error in the answer key of Q1, Q46 and Q50. The answers to Q1, Q46 and Q50 should be option B instead of C, A instead of B and B instead of C, respectively.
The answer key of the SCIENCE(theory) question paper code 031/2/4 of class 10 term 1 exams is not correct. There is an error in the answer key of Q31 and Q32. The answers to Q31 and Q32 should be option A instead of B and option D instead of C, respectively.
Kindly look into this matter and update the answer key.

In Q28 of Science ques paper set 4 class 10 all the options are wrong according to NCERT
(a) number of chloride ions must be 2 . There should be 2 outside bracket.
(b) no charge on chloride ion
(c) no charge on chloride ion
(d) one negative charge on 2 chloride ions.

None of the options explains the structure of CaCl2

Please provide bonus marks to the students.

I am a fellow class 12 student and I am attending my first term board exams now.

The exams are so difficult and even several teachers are complaining that they have never seen a paper of this difficulty. And also they have uploaded the answer key which makes it difficult for the children as they get depressed when they check their marks.

We had most of our classes through online and everyone know how effective that is compared to offline classes.

This is a complaint for those students who are on the edge of suicide and depression. If the CBSE had a little bit humanity, they wouldn't go this far.

In Science Class 10 Board Paper, Set4
031/1/4 JSK1, the answer for Q34 by CBSE is B, but it should be AAll teachers, studnets, seniors, and coachers are also saying the answer for Q34 (Kerosene Refractive Index) should be A, not B.
Please look into it, as the CORRECT option for Q34 should be A, not B as per CBSE.

I applied for CBSE private candidate exam on[protected]. And on the same date I even paid the fees of 1950/-. But my fees status shows pending/not recieved.

This is in reference to the TERM I examination conducted by CBSE for class XII.
• CBSE ENGLISH TERM 1 exam conducted on 3 Dec, 2021 was tough and out of the syllabus.
• MATHS exam conducted on 6 Dec, 2021 was tough and very lengthy.
Since both the above examinations have been tough, the students have lost confidence and are finding it difficult to concentrate on studies for the upcoming exams. The students have been suffering since the last year. The pandemic situation has resulted in online classes that have not been able to provide the complete benefits of classroom studies.
We are from the state of Kerala. The examination conducted by Kerala board and ISC for class XII is relatively simple as compared to that of CBSE. As a result many students from CBSE board opt out after class X and choose state board for further studies. Also for state engineering admissions, marks of +2 boards are being considered, which is another factor for student’s migration to other boards.
It is a humble request that CBSE consider the students situation and give them the support and encouragement at this trying time thereby enabling them to perform well in their studies.Hope there will be quick decision regarding this.

Sir I have observed in Science exam that it was SOOO tough and logical one. and after exam i heard that there were two set in science exam that's not right. one set was too easy and the second set was too difficult.
