I ordered a different product. The company sent me another low priced product.Via chat support, I complained about it but they replied me rudely and said that the product may look a little bit different from the display picture at site so i sent them the picture of delivered and ordered product, but they refused to help. please help me.. i feel helpless. i don"t know what to do in this situation thanks for your support!

My name is akshay edhawar .I have ordered wrab dark brown full slcompany jacke m., details: order oid246702, date: 4.3.2016.Invoice no jwh[protected], but i have received black color jacket for this reason i tried to contact the company by phone &mail but no person is responding to my calls / mails i want to return this item and i want my cash back please do justice and take necessary action on the company.

I had placed an order of Nike shoes as well as track pants at this website however they have sent me a completely different product from the one that had shown on the website order page.now when I am trying to contact them they are not even answering nor resolving the issue moreover they are not even ready to take the product back and giving me unethical replies like a cut copy paste statement .it looks to me like a cheat company as I have seen many other reviews of people who have faced similar problems like me

Inspite of selling fake products what is being done ..we clearly mentioned assorted color and design so you will received any color or design product.

I ordered the product 'WRAB Full sleeve Solid Men's Leather Brown Jacket' from your E- site but received some other product(jacket) that too in different color. Moreover the display picture looks way different than I received.

I also tried consoling the Return with Chupchaplelo wallet money so that It could be of some use for me for other product to purchase but I didn't get any response other than the "COPY PASTE LINE" -

I ordered a shoe online spring blades shoes for men colour (Blue & Black) and my Order Id: OID229501 but i got completely different piece as to what I wanted..I didn't like the one i received and shoes quality is also not good. Online it looked simple and decent and i[censored] talk about online image on that image shoes logo is adidas (three stripes LOGO) and one i got has 4 stripes and has a logo which i didn't want at all. I tried to call you 50 times and it goes busy. Seriously m not happy with your services. So I want my money back. Kindly process it ASAP. I wish to get my money back at the soonest.

My Order ID: OID238656, I have ordered shoes please see the image in the link http://snag.gy/sBmJM.jpg. But I received very bad quality and not comfortable.

When I raise a complaint against my order their executive said that

"Dear Buyer

These are the words from their executive and the provided customer support is not at all working. Please resolve my issue I need refund amount back.

I had ordered a nike shoe from this site and instead they sent me an air shoe which is a duplicate of the one i ordered. They say they sell original products but the one i got is a fake and their ad showed an original one. I want a refund or the original shoe asap.
