My self rahul yaduvanshi. I purchased "combo of 'm' size adidas_lower & socks" on[protected] . When i received it its a fake product it did not match the description provided by this fake firm. The lower is of too low quality. When i am trying to contact them and request them to initiate my refund, they said-
"dear buyer it is a branded & standard product & we are already selling it on too low prices. So we cant afford to take product return."

But its neither a branded product nor of good quality. I called customer care and there is no one to picking it up. Please resolve my problem.

I have ordered a combo of samsung power bank for 599/- plus 100/- (Delivery charges). What i have received today is a fake item which does not match the description provided.

The battery mh was mentioned as : 20, 000 mh but realized it's less than that. Moreover, powerbank is also faulty and its not working.

I called customer care and there is no one picking it up. Just a single ivr which charges our airtime for hours and no one picks. It's really troublesome.

I have been duped by these online thugs who provide their advertisement using facebook. And then dupe people like us. They are smart thugs who use online/digital marketing to dupe people. One should not visit their web page. I would write to economic offence wing as well.

Would never suggest it to any one and will file a court case against these thugs.

It was shown a very nice pack of 3 pants when i saw in chupchap lelo website.So i ordered pant of 36 size and when i received it the size was 34 and quality was very bad.I want to return the pant immediately. I can not use it.I have wested my money.So i want to cancel the order asap. Please take it back immediately. I don't know how to get back my money. I want to return the pants. I have ordered for a LG wireless headphone, which was coming in a combo pack with a selfee stick, but when i received the order it was not the product which was shown in the picture and neither it was a LG product.
The selfee stick which came along with that was a damage product it is not functioning at all, it means they have already sent a damage product to me.
When i tried to call there customer care there lines are coming busy, somehow i managed to be patient enough to wait for 15 min but the same thing was repeating again and again as if they are so busy, companies like tata sky and Vodafone also don't let there customers wait for so long and this bloody company whose name even doesn't exist are making there customers wait for so long.
I would suggest to all the viewers not to purchase anything from this site as they are definitely going to cheat with you all.
if this complaint is going to the right place then this site should be banned or to be closed forever.

I have ordered a product mentioned in the subject line vide Order no - OID353289 dated 18-04-16, Invoice No: JWH[protected], Shipment No: JWH[protected] and the same was delivered 2 days back.
Torch in the Power bank is working fine but the main function for which I ordered the product that is charging the mobile phone is not happening.

I use to travel outstations twice a week and to keep connected officially or socially I need a power bank to charge my mobile phone. This is why I bought this product but everything goes in vain as the product I received is faulty.

Please arrange to replace the product without fault at the earliest.

While surfing fb, received an advertisement, from the said company, just opened the ad, & visited the sale offers provided by the company.

The price offered for the products was very cheap, hence purchased a couple of trousers. After delivery the colour & quality of the product received was totally different from that shown in ad.

Now when i tried to contact call center it was replied that pls drop a mail ti customer care, which in turn will revert to your mail id. In 24-72 hrs. On raising a query ticket no 23279 was created & reply was very surprising, they clearly denied to return / refund.

Repeatedly requested for the return / refund but status remains the same.
Am not the person cheated, there's a long list in fb of the cheated customers.

I purchase a reebok watch by this site but i want to refund my order becuase which product i order i do not get the same product i get another product with very cheap quality & the product which i get is also not working so i want to request to them to return my order. I had make an online order from chupchaplelo and order received and i found the size is not fit for me and product quality is also vry bad and i make a call for return product the next day but company refuse to take it return it. I had make many emails regarding this they are saying once we have delivered the item thn we won't take it back.my order num is oid323277 and my companies return requst id is 22467

I ordered 3 chinos ORDERID-352709. but the product I got is entirely different is color quality and size from what they have mentioned in their website.

I kept calling to the customer care, it takes hours to connect and they say that they can't do anything about it. I wrote mail after mail but they denied taking back the product. They said this is a liquidation sale so product color and design may vary. I got brown instead of black, does is comes under liquidation. They are seriously cheating the customers.
On facebook and other website many people have complained about them. They are thugs, they are cheating everyone.

This is seriously a harassment of the customer.
