I bought a Samsung 20000 mah power bank last week. When it came saw the product was duplicate & not working. Received a damaged product... Tried calling customer care lot of times but they are not picking or responding. I even raised a complaint on the website they have provided but there's no response till. I raised a complaint on 29/03/16

This is totally cheating & making people fools

I purchased my combo of Samsung 20000 mah power bank with 6 port usb smart charger thrugh OID369681.
But after received on dated:[protected] and used it not satisfied it will not charged till date nor the power bank
itself and not my 2230 mah yu yuphoria 5010a battery single time.
Please give me full detail to retrun it. And retrn it.

Please share your issue with product image and order details within 3 days of delivery from your registered mail

Then I mail the image on[protected] and on same date they mail me
"Dear Buyer, Your product is lying under no warranty and no guarantee Which is already mentioned on product page.

So we can not refund or exchange the product.
I am so shocked. i also in contact with prescribed mobile no.[protected] time to time with them about return

procedure and return the product.

I have two issues with the courier i received:
1. Wrong color : i got black instead of pink shirt
2. Wrong size : one shirt (White shirt) out of 3 shirt has wrong size. I can not even tie the button on it. Rest of the two shirts fits well despite of being labeled as same size.

They are simply refusing to accept my return request over email.
Customer care number is always busy.

I ordered a combo of track pants and shorts from chupchaplelo.com.
The order I recieved is completely different from the images shown in the website and also I was having the sizing issues.
The product is of much inferior quality and worse than the polythene.
When I raised for a return or exchange request, the company is denying me stating that I asked for that product.
I mailed them about 5-6 times with the same problem but they are not ready to return or exchange the product.

In responce of my order on 19.04.16 vide no oid360881 the product had been delivered on 22.04.2016. But from day 1 the powerbank was not working due to manufacturing defect. I immediately send mail ([protected]@chupchaplelo.Zohosupport.com) to replace the same(Complain ticket id 24216) but in reply they told the product can not be replaced as the product was lying no gurantee, no warranty. That means they deliberately supplying the defective products under the point 'no gurantee, no warranty' as the customers havn't any option to test the product before buying. This is a cheating and i am afraid these collected money may be utilize in antisocial activities.

I have ordered i cell phone, order no oid361186 and invoice no jwh00318703 it is completely defective piece, i was shocked after opened it. The product what we saw in the website and this phone was totally different

One more very shocking is when i put phone to charge after 5min the charger is explode, (Blast). It is very shocking movement. I never excepted

Order no oid378363 combo of three shirts the producy is not match. With my order payment is paid rs-699/- company no. Is not working all three shirts stitching is not proper n the main issue is colour different from. My placing order do needful im not satisfied with this product so i will returnthe product n give me my money back as much as possible do fast.,

Sir I have purchased 3 chinoz from ur company by ordereturn no. (Oid360724). But that chinoz were not well, one chinoz has damaged button and another chinoz has extra black paint on it. I have complaints many you time but ur answer is not satisfied me, ur answer was that no damaged in ur chinoz. Please give me right answer or I will complaint in consumer court about that misbehave.

I ordered combo of samsung 20000mah power bank with 6 port usb smart charger (order id OID355611, dated 18 april 2016) but the power bank is not working from day one. its getting on and off on its own and not charging properly. moreover, the socket for charging is also of poor quality. none of the chargers could connect to charge the power bank.

i also tried to cancel it the very next day i ordered it but the the page is unavailable. i even tried to mail the company regarding the same still got the similar response that "the mail to that id failed permanently".

the company is cheating with thousands of people in this manner and should be punished

I have ordered 20000 mah Samsung power bank (my order number OID370927).

But it is a defective piece not working from day one.

very very upset.

It was a local made defective piece.

This chupchap lelo is earning in crores by cheating public.

This should be punished for sure and refund all the customers money back.

We should not leave such type of criminal.

I was continuously calling them but they're not reachable.

I have order "pack of 3 casual wear men's chinos". I got the item on 25th april 2016, that is ok and product is also good. But the size of the chinos was 32, i thought that would match me, but this time, it was not matching me, so i wanted to replace that with another three chinos with size 34. Then onward the game begun, i sent a mail, they created a ticket, there after no reply, no response, so asked for a status update. Then on the very next day they asked me "what is my problem" (Even though i detailed all those things in my first mail, they are asking me again), anyway i repeated my problem, again no response, no reply, i sent another mail for a status update, then also no reply, no response.

This is how they treat their customers ?..
I have never seen this much insulting customer support.

It;s company send wrong product. Product order id: oid373969. Item not matched show website item. Company show in website other item and delivered other item so it product is wrong item so i request you please help me. Company delivered fake item.

Chuchaplelo is a big time fraud website I placed a order for the Combo of 3 Linen Casual Shirts - Yellow-Pink-White and I paid700+100 delivery charges and the product I got was completely different, damaged and a cheap quality. we can find the better stuff on the road side for 100 or 200 rupees. when I asked for the replacement or cash back their reply were very rude and thy will not replace it at any cost. I would request the consumer authority to BAN this website for cheating.AND DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE THEY ARE HERE TO CHEAT AND MAKE MONEY OUT OF IT.

I had purchased set of 3 pants each of different colour and same size 32 inch has shown in the advertisement in facebook on 26 feb 2016 of m/s site www.chupchaplelo.com. However when I received the goods at my home on[protected] and opened the packing after full and final payment to the delivery boy of courier company through which the goods were sent. I was surprised to note following defects in the supply not matching with the advertisement based on which I had made the purchases.
1-One pants of 32 inch size while others were of bigger sizes.
2- Colours of 2 pants was same.
3-The fitting and stiching were defective.
- The quality was also very poor and different from at shown in the advertisement.
I felt cheated. Therefore I wrote back to the company in question requesting for return of goods as in received condition.
After a series of mails company aggreed for return of good through courier for which way did agree to return the prise paid for the goods. However declined to pay any courier charges.
Accordingly I courierd the good on date[protected]and sent the mail requesting for refund of money which evenafter repted reminders I have not received.
I have sufferd from recieving incorrect goods compare to displayed in the advertisement which I was to gift to my relatives, harrasment by the company, illegally holding my money and mental agony for which the company should suitably compensate for which reason I am filing this complain to get justice due to me.

I brought power bank of combo samsung last week. And it is not working. I Wrought complain but the told it is not in warranty and not in guarantee. Means then are selling fake product in market. So I need ur help to get my money back or new power bank of original samsung. Then mentioned in there site 100% original product. Then who it's fake product to me.

I orderd a set of 3 chinos from this site. Which on arrival discovered to be of very bad quality and also some local product. O asked company to return and refund the amount but they denied to it. After i asked to exchange in other size so that it could be use but that also got denied from them. Now I frel lile cheated from them and i do'nt know what to do
