The clothes we purchased which were 3 shirts of 700 Rs. were not same as shown in the website.And quality is also not good as shown.Color of the shirts are not same as shown in the receipt. Poor quality of material is used for making the shirts.
There are not sewn properly. And looks like a rejected piece has been provided to us.I called the customer service but the call was on hold due to which my balance was deducted without any conversation and they did not replied. I am not satisfied with this product so please return this product and please refund.

As per order no. Oid61968 you have not supply the product. Attached photograph for your ready reference.

Several time requested to take back product and deliver as mentioned below or return my money. But there no reply and it is open cheating.

Product which delivered is not air green orange bottom casual wear shoes. It is with some different color and different product.

As per committed ordered product (Brand: nike) the same is no delivered.

Expeting your prompt action in the above matter.

I have ordered a combo of samsung power bank for 599/- plus 100/- (Delivery charges). What i have received today is a fake item which does not match the description provided by these fake people.

The battery mh was mentioned as : 20, 000 mh but realized it's less than that. Approximately it is 16800 mh. I ordered combo and they have provided single piece.

I called customer care and there is no one picking it up. Just a single ivr which charges our airtime for hours and no one picks. It's really troublesome.

I have been duped by these online thugs who provide their advertisement using facebook and what'sapp, etc.. And then dupe people like us. They are smart thugs who use online/digital marketing to dupe people. One should not visit their web page. I would write to economic offence wing as well.

Would never suggest it to any one and will file a court case against these thugs.

I have placed one order on chupchaplelo.com which was one combo of three chinos pants. The picture on the websites were different than the actual shipped products.
The quality of the products is too bad i am not able to wear the product.
The size of pant is 34 which not comparable to ideal 34 size pants.
I requested them to return the product and refund of money, they are not ready to refund.
I asked them to replace the product with another size, they are not ready for that.
The customer care number is not working number.
Overall it looks like it is a fraud company.

Now please be informed that when I opened the pack I was surprised to note that The pack contained as above wherein it should have been yellow, white and pink and I have ordered for 42 size which is one size bigger than the above 40 size

I have sent three mail through your review coloum, but till now no response from your company which is termed as poor service and not bothered attitude .

I purchase a pair of shoes from chupchuplelo.com on 10 April 2016 but I got the wrong shoes.I tried to contact them by there helpline number [protected] but there is no response and no one picks up the phone.I also tried there e-mail [protected]@chupchaplelo.com but there was no reply.I even tried the contact form on there website twice but there was no reply at all.

Order id OID347442 power bank combo received today found items broken inside the package, so I want to return the package. Note: mi power bank also not functioning

The product which is delivered to me is mismatch in size.It is very tight to wear.The product is very worst.The size which is sticked in the pant is a sticker.I think it is a already used product.This is a complete forgery.If it's already mentioned in the site i would not have bought that.I am very disappointed about it.I dint have free return policy also.Very poor service.I want my money back.Complete forgery is taking place in this site instead of selling products.The very worst site which i have seen before.I really lose my idea of buying clothings in online shopping market because of this site.I am very disappointed and depressed about this thing.

1) Color was different.(Order-Golden, Cream, Black. Supply- Black, Black, Golden)
2) Size - level given 36 but found in measurement 30 inch
3) Quality of cloth is very poor
hence altogether the product is compliantly waste, Then i request to you to replace the product with correct size or return and refund my amount as earliest

We have rcvd recently on 15th Apr 1 qty of 20000mh samsung power bank now I am facing the backup problem on it this is discharging after only one time single mobile charge Also that is working very slowly charged.
