I had requested for size change as size provided by supplier was not at all standard also i was given same product 2 times were as what i had selected was 2 different colors but still have not received any response on this and only thing i get is cannot be replaced.
And its totally fake product you can make out from the packing it self.
The customer care executive have only one word to say it cannot be replaced.

    He quality of the cloth & stitching is not good and not suitable to wear, so request you to refund the amount and take back the product. No where it is Branded and Standard product after seeing the cloth..

      I purchased a icall mobile phone recently i got the delivery today the phone is duplicate and defected.the charger is not working and the mobile battery is very poor i charged it for 3 hours still it shows low battery the headphone came with this also duplicate the sound is not gud i want to return this mobile phone as soon as possible please help me with this

        I have received the t shirts order no. Oid413436 from chupchaplelo. I have ordered medium size t shirts but received 5_ t shirts having xxxl size, 3having xxl and 2 having medium ssize. Also out of this 2 items are defective.
        Please provide proper order as per request.

        Otherwise refund my amount if not fulfill my order.

                      I ordered a mobile phone from chupchaplelo.com. It was a multimedia handset. Though much information wasnt provided about the product but there was a picture. So i ordered it assuming ill get as shown in the pic. However, they sent me a different model which was not at all similar to the picture. Plus there was written that this product included facebook watsapp etc which is wrong. It does not have any. Neither it supports. I talked with them over the phone via emails and they said its a right product and we will not accept it back. Over the phone they said we will not entertain this complain and the only medium is via email. I want my money back. Please let me know anything can be done for this. Thank you

                                      I ordered for mi power bank of 20000 mah that i received through gojavas on 13-may-16 (Order# unibmoc236462).

                                      The power bank is very light and does not seem to have any battery inside. It is not working at all. Not sure if the co. Deal with only such fake gadgets.
