I bought a Samsung 20000 mah power bank last week. When it came saw the product was duplicate & not working. Received a damaged product... Tried calling customer care lot of times but they are not picking or responding. I even raised a complaint on the website they have provided but there's no response till. I raised a complaint on 29/03/16

This is totally cheating & making people fools

I have order an sony MDR XB-400 headphones but it was an defetive piece bcoz 1 speak volume was low so plz return the product and its looking an duplicate headphone using the name of sony product and the speaker was shaking
