Chuttiyan.com — Not returning the remaining advance amount | |||
Hi, I am Saurabh living in Hyderabad. I booked 4 bikes(Royal enfield classic 350cc) from Chandigarh for our bike trip to leh-laddakh starting from 15th August to 24th August. The advance amount of 80, 000 using bank transfer in first week of June 2014 and the rent (1200 per day for 4 bikes for 10 days) was paid in cash on 15th august while taking the bikes. I was assured that I will get my advance money back after deducting the maintenance of the bikes withing 20 days after returning them. Now the 1 bike had an major accident at the last day of the trip and still we were ready to pay the amount for the repair which no one had any problem about. After returning to our base cities I called the person after some days and got the answer that he will have to deduct 32000 for the bikes from the advance money. Still no one had any problem with it. But he kept making excuses for returning the money whenever I called him (which I did for atleast 20 times in 2 months.) Then he returned 20000. Mostly he will ignore my calls forget about returing the calls. The remaining amount of 28000 was never returned and I had to keep calling him. I had to send one of my friend to his address and he again made excuse that he will return the money in 1 week which again he never did. Then I had to post to his facebook page (chuttiyan.com) timeline the review of the incident I was facing. He started threatening me about sending us a legal notice (which we would have galdly accepted and filed a court case against him if I was located in the same city - Chandigarh). Then I had to travel to oversees a lot and never could follow up with him and even after that I knew what would be the outcome on follow up (He will not pick up the phone and if he did he will start threatening me for a court case). Please help me with this and get this person checked as I suspected he keeps doing this with others also who are not able to go his home (chandigarh) for taking their money back on a daily basis. This person is fraud and generally his business practice is to cheat customers like this. I have checked his credentials and found that he is indulged in looting the money of customer using the mean tactics. Please do not rent bike from this person as he is personally doing this business from his home. He does not have any license to rent bike in Chandigarh. If anyone want to rent bike, please go to some other reputed company. If chuttiyan.com is genuine, please give your company CIN and prove that it's a genuine business. It's not a registered company and also do not give any tax to government. If anyone rent bike from this company he will surely loose his hard earned security amount.

Please please please do not rent bike from Chuttiyan.com as he will not return your security money. He is renting his personal bikes and after some time they will have a lot of problems. And this person will not return the deposit saying its all deducted.

Well i have never seen such a bunch of arrogant people running a small startup like this - I called them up for booking my bike and they started harassing me by saying that they want all money in advance- i mean how could one possibly do that - and on top of it they are bragging about the limited clientele they have- i mean 200 likes on facebook page is nothing to brag about. The attitude with which they dealt with me strictly shows how unprofessional the organization is. For all those looking to rent bikes from chandigarh please do not avail their service.

He had always kept giving excuses and even showed a fake deposit text from the bank that he has already deposited.

Please avoid taking any vehicles from Rana cabs. Joginder is a fraud guy. We took a RE for rent and had paid 10K deposit for the same. After the trip he did not return the deposit for 2 months. He had always kept giving excuses and even showed a fake deposit text from the bank that he has already deposited.
We had had to send few of our friends at Chandi to his office to recover the money. Please dont take any vehicle from him. He is just good at talking. Never believe his words. Its better you dont handover the bike until he returns your deposit by CASH !...

IT is true that chandigarh number plates cannot be given for rental in any case, people renting Chandigarh number plate bikes are doing fraud with bikers. Insurance dont cover these bike or riders.
