Chuttiyan.com run by a fraud person name kanwar naunihal singh he also run a business of consultancy with the name of sundlass consultants. They are located in sector 46 which is hub of criminals their owner kanwar naunihal singhis a hard core criminal and was in jail too.
I lost rs 80000 to them for renting a bike and they didnot returned my money instead called the police for helping them....

Booked a bike 3 days back, and paid online for it. But no confirmation mail or message. Tried reaching their customer care, but both the phones are busy 24x7.. literally. Cannot send a message on their website, looks like a dummy page. Sent out an email requesting response, but no surprises, didn't hear from them. Pathetic customer experience. As a last attempt, I would go visit them in person at the office location.. Hope that is real,...

IT is true that chandigarh number plates cannot be given for rental in any case, people renting Chandigarh number plate bikes are doing fraud with bikers. Insurance dont cover these bike or riders.
Before renting the bikes ask them for permission granted to rent bikes by registering...
