Cinepolis India — 3D glass

Last night that is on 18/05/2023 I booked tickets on Cinepolis Kozhikode for the Fast X 3D for 10:15pm with booking id-WR56RCM.The 3D glasses provided for this movie was horrible.It was full foggy and couldn’t watch the movie properly with its original clarity.I changed the glasses at least 3-4 times and all the glasses were in same condition and the entire theatre was provided glasses with same situation.None of the staffs were present there during this they all fled away.Even the local theatres in the city provides better 3D glasses and theaterical experience.I request for a full refund of amount Rs.508.44 because I was not able to watch the movie properly
