[Resolved] Cinepolis India — amount debited from account but no tickets booked. | |||
I selected show timing and desired vip seats (2 seats). Then the site prompted for online payment, i made the payment using my debit card. After i made the payment it showed me some error and i didn't receive any ticket booking confirmation but the amount was deducted from my bank account. Here is all the information related to the transaction:- phone number: [protected] cinepolis account: rkaur. [protected]@gmail.com movie name: race 3 show date: 15th june 2018 show timing: 7:30 pm no of tickets: 2 ticket type: vip amount deducted: 900 rs.
