I tried to book two ticket today 05-Jun-2018 at 7:50 PM for Kaala Movie at Cinepolis Chembur from Cinepolis.india site . I selected the seat and made the payment from HDFC DC. Money deducted from my account immediately but i haven't received confirmation msg/mail and and the seat was also not showing as booked. its all because of your site issue, despite of selecting proper location, date and time still showing error and asking to select right location again and again.
i have attached both Snapshot of Bank statement and Site error, plz have a look. request you to please resolve the problem and refund my money back.
