    We are trying to search a customer care from pas 2 hours it is really annoying that u dont really care if someone needs help call me i need to discuss an issue (I booked tickets for a show of 2.45 pm and faced an accident around 2 since then i am trying to search for a number to call them and swap my tickets with a diffrent show but after wasting about 1 hour what i see is there is no customer care of helpline for cinepolis at all its such a waste of money and they are openly ripping off everyone.)

      I have tried booking tickets on 7th april 2018 and amount got debited but not received any confirmation.

      After follow up with hdfc team, they've given the confirmation id with which transaction is done.

      As per your confirmation to the bank, transaction is successful. But i have neither received tickets nor the refund from cinepolis.

      Please resolve the issue at the earliest

        Today i purchased two 4 tickets for the show 'incredibles 2' showtime is 08:05pm sunday 24/06/2018 from cinepolis lake mall, kolkata. The tickets worth rs.600 which i payed through debit card and i provided my registered phone number that is [protected] for loyalty points. The attendant said that he has updated the details on the system. After returning home when i checked my account of cinepolis club i found that the points have not been provided to me.
        The inv no:132478 and the ticket no:007235, 007236, 007237, 007238. Please look into this matter with urgency and grant me my eligible loyalty points.

          I booked 3 tickets for Jurassic world..I opted for M ticket..I received the link, but after clicking the link the website is showing error. Can get to the movie with the booking confirmation mail which I received?

          You can visit the respective cinema and show the Booking ID (received in the email confirmation mail) at the entry of the cinema. However, please do carry the transaction proof that includes (SMS from Bank/ another mode of the amount being deducted). Do get back to us in case further assistance is required.

            I've booked three tickets through cinepolis app on[protected] for a telugu movie sammohanam, for 07:25pm show on the same day at cinepolis mantra mall. I haven't recevied any confirmation tickets through mail or sms, also i've checked my cinepolis app. But rupees 450/- (Four hundred and fifty) has been debited from my bank account as i made pay through net-banking. I've raised complaint thrice on cinepolis app, but there was no response. Kindly look into this matter and resolve it make sure i'll get refund.

              I booked 2 tickets using cinepolis india app. My credit card was charged but the booking failed. When i visited their website, faqs mentioned that i had to wait for 3 weeks and the payment would reverse automatically. There was no reversal after 3 weeks. Faqs mentioned an email id to be contacted in case the payment wasn't reversed even after 3 weeks. This email id is simply wrong. Email to this is just fails. I think this is by design to misguide customers.

              After searching a lot over google, i found email id of their support team. I have been chasing them for last 1 month. All they are providing is lip service. Nice polite words without resolving the issue.

              Cinepolis is just pathetic. I have decided to never watch a movie there again. They don't deserve another rupee from me.

              I have already been following up with you guys for last 3 months. Your comments on these sites are only a show. Checkout the reviews of Cinepolis India app on Android. Several people have had the same issue. Credit card charged without booking success. Their money has not been refunded yet even after several months.

              All other users, if you are also facing the same treatment from Cinepolis, log a complaint in the national consumer helpline. Government agency needs to look into this systematic loot.

                I selected show timing and desired vip seats (2 seats). Then the site prompted for online payment, i made the payment using my debit card. After i made the payment it showed me some error and i didn't receive any ticket booking confirmation but the amount was deducted from my bank account.

                    I booked a ticket from cinepolis official website on 9th june and money got deducted from my bank account but the order was unsuccessful. So i lost my money and didn't even get the ticket.. Cinepolis have the worst consumer complaint facility.. I've been calling and emailing since that day nobody replies or answers back. Very disappointed in the service....

                    I booked jussaric park show time 15:00 tickets thane vivivan mall cinepolis multiplex on 12 june 2018 time 11:44am. Ticket amount rs.465 detected my account. I got bank sms also but i didn't received ticket confirmation sms or email.                       Hello,

                      I booked my movie tickets for the movie "carry on jatta2" at mbd cinepolis, ludhiana for 10th june, 2018 for the slot 4:20pm.
                      But somehow it got booked for the previous day i. E. 9th june, 2018 with the same timings.

                      But when we went on 10th june to watch the movie, we got to know the case.
                      There we had a discussion with the manager for the same. They assured us that they'll adjust our money for some other time on some day. But now they refused.

                      So, is there any kind of compensation like refund of money? Or issuance of tickets some other time with the same amount?

                        I booked 4 tickets for movie raazi on 9th june 2018 for 1:30pm show of 10th june 2018. The tickets were not booked but money was deducted from my sbi account. Now i am in dillema whether to book tickets again or not as no refund has been initiated from cinepolis. This is shear cheating. Better if i do not book ticket again and get it booked in other cinema hall.
                        Kindly give back my refund of ₹560/-.

                        Still these people have not refunded my money and are giving fake assurances by mail that they are looking into the matter . Is it so difficult to resolve such simple issue when I have given them ample proofs that my money is deducted. it will be difficult to book any more tickets through cinepolis as it becomes hard to get your own money back. The image of the mail is attached. I have received this many times. It is more than 5 days and they have not resolved the issue yet.

                          Almost 20 days past by, no action from Cinepolis apart from a action less email . It claims to be a a part of Mexican company but way they mange their e-payment system it appears they are from third world country. I can see lot of complaint of similar nature with no concrete action from the cinepolis. This is a good way of collecting money from innocent users with no action from the concerned authorities.

                            I made a booking for a movie at cinepolis world trade park jaipur using the official cinepolis website. Due to some technical error my tickets weren't booked but i was charged for the same.

                              I was trying to book tickets through Cinepolis app and the transaction failed twice, the money has been debited from my account both the times but the tickets have not been generated. I raised complaint in the app twice but received no response. The customer Care number I keep calling is always switched off. I want a refund back ASAP.

                                I booked the tickets from cinepolis ios app on 1st June 2018 for Carry On Jatta 2 movie (show timing was around 7:45). Initially i booked 7 tickets using my debit card and money of amount 1290 was deducted but no confirmation was received . Later i check onto the seats, which was still available. Next time i booked again 7 tickets which amounts to 1540 using BHIM upi but same thing happened again. I was charged and no confirmation was received.

                                  I tried to book two ticket today 05-Jun-2018 at 7:50 PM for Kaala Movie at Cinepolis Chembur from Cinepolis.india site . I selected the seat and made the payment from HDFC DC. Money deducted from my account immediately but i haven't received confirmation msg/mail and and the seat was also not showing as booked. its all because of your site issue, despite of selecting proper location, date and time still showing error and asking to select right location again and again.
                                  i have attached both Snapshot of Bank statement and Site error, plz have a look. request you to please resolve the problem and refund my money back.

                                    I had recently tried to book 4 tickets dated 1st june 2018 for carry on jatta 2 at tdi cinepolis jagat cinema, sector 17 chandigarh showtime 4:30 pm and possible tickets were for the "k row" in "audi 1". I tried it booking from your cinepolis app but while making a payment the app showed notification of session expire, however my account was deducted with the amount (Rs 310) from my yes bank account number xxxxxxxxxxx8080 without tickets getting booked. I have not received any reversal of the amount and tried to contact you since. I have not received any response too. Please revert back as soon as possible.
