Dear Cinepolis

I had 491 points till OCT 26, 2018 and there was problem in redeeming these points at your website. Now I found the way to redeem them but they are expired. Pl put them back into my account as I couldnt use them when they were available. You can check into my account details linked to below mobile no. - [protected]

A charge of Rs. 230.00 has been initiated on your RBL Credit Card ending with 8153 at Cenepolis. on 18/12/18 at 03:41 PM IST.,
I have not purchased tkt. Th. Inox app. or other inox outlets, but this is wrongly charged to me.
