I had 2 packed food with me for my 3.5 year daugher. I requested the gaurd and than floor manager to allow me with food but floor manager mr varun khandelwal behaved like i made crime by informaing him that i have packed food with me.

He littrly insulted me in from of public and my family. To be honest, i also became a bit rude after this reaction of mr varun and asked him to give me in video record that i m not allow with packed food and suddenly he started like shouting and threaten me.

My daughter can not ear out side food due to health related issue that why i took packed food and i tried to explain the same to mr manager_jaipur.

When i asked for further escalation, he told me the email id just like that he was aware that nothing gonna happen with him.

Just a simple question. Dont u have any ethics?
I have already sent an email with booking id in subject line but no go yet.

    Sir,
    Herewith I am complaining about Cinepolis Hubli (Urban Oasis Mall) Management.
    I have my membership with cinepolis by no:[protected] (email id- [protected]@rediffmail.com). I booked for KGF movie ticket on 11/01/2019 (Booking ID; WWW3FCL) and next movie URI on 21/01/2019 ( Ticket No: 27/011430).
    Both day we saw that your Ticket counter executives issuing tickets by standing. Whenever there was no single person in que then also they were standing. We find that there was no seating facility provided to those ticket issuing staff.They are treating as Minion.
    We came to knew that as per Cinepolis rules & regulations they have to stand till complete their shift end, whether customer is there or not.
    Just think on humanitarian grounds (its not possible stand in constant place for 9 hours and welcome the customers with smiley face) and arrange them seating facility. In other multiplex the staffs issues tickets by occupying their seats in counter.
    Please its humble request to Cinepolis management to come out from Despotic mentality and provide friendly environment for staff.
    I hope we will see changes so soon.( as we visiting Manikarnika)

    We booked 4 recliner seats for the movie ( URI) on the 21st January for the 10:55 PM show.
    Two of the four recliner seats were not working and it was a very disappointing experience .
    There are no actions takenfespite we complaining about the same .
    A response/ action taken would be appreciated .

      My phone pe was charged for rs. 150 but i did not receive any ticket booking confirmation by sms or by email and not even on the cinepolis website. Please refund the entire amount to my account at the earliest as I had taken the ticket again by cash at DB city Cinepolis bhopal.

          I booked 4 tickets at the cinepolis website for 9.30 show at Orion east cinepolis in Bangalore.
          My money got debited from the bank account n part of it from paytm account. However the ticket confirmation from the website was not given.
          I haven't received any clarifications or credit back to my account or any email or msg clearing this issue. I don't even know if I should re book the tickets or wait for a confirmation.
          There is no customer care whom we can connect with. Pls help

            Hello,
            This is in reference to a booking in cinepolis (Andheri west) for a 2:45 show of second act on 17th january 2019
            I am a regular customer of cinepolis and this is the second time your theatre has cancelled a show so late. This kind of service is pathetic. I used a book my show coupon to book the ticket as well and now it is invalid. So i either want a ticket to a show for another movie of my choice. Or some coupon to watch some other movie. If not i will make sure i write about this on all social media platforms, and i will ask my friends to the same

            I have come to manjeera mall kukatpally, Hyderabad and the movie is @11pm but it didn't start at correct time and indeed it extended upto 11:15 pm I have some things to do after the movie.

                  I had a very bad experience in watching movie at cinepolis this time;i m a member of club cinepolis but on 6th jan 2019 in jaipur ;world trade park screen -2 9:40pm show simmba movie;the power went off 10 minutes & after that all your cinepolis staff like a local movie theatre they were just forwarding & rewinding it become so suffocating ;i would request you to refund my money for giving such a bad experience. The total refund value is 870/-.

                    I come from around 10km to see movie... At 10:15am in morning... I come to the window and ask person at counter to give me the ticket... The ticket price is 80 rupees i don't have change so i give him 500 rupee note he tells me i don't have change then i told him to give me change after the movie but he tells me i don't give... I told him there is a manager in cinema hall but he told me no there is no one... The name of the person is vivek morathi

                      Hi i have tried booking tickets from cinepolis website and unfortunately the booking has failed twice. However, money got deducted from my net banking.

                      Kindly advise as to when it will be refunded.

                      I have attached transactions in the screenshot.

                      This was my first experience booking in cinepolis india online. Hopefully this will be the last time....

                      Dear sir/madam,
                      This is to inform you that i bought one movie ticket for "sui dhaaga" from your lake mall, kolkata centre on 28th september, 2018. I paid the ticket price via phonepe but somehow they didn't receive the payment even though my phonepe transaction was successfully completed so i paid the price again by cash. I was told that my money would be refunded in 3 working days. More than three months have passed after this incident but i have not yet received any refund in my account. I also lodged several complaints on your website but no action was taken.
                      I, therefore, request you to refund the excess payment as early as possible. I hope you will consider my prayer favourably. I am giving the ticket details below. I have also attached a picture of the ticket and a picture containing the complaint ids that i previously lodged on your website.

                        I am amareswar sahoo, want to booked a movie ticket at cinepolis bhubaneswar. I tried to book the ticket online and payment mode was through ph pay. My first transaction id was p1812231554013151646936 which was hanged and ticket was also not confirmed. So i tried once more the transaction id was p1812231554351094753380 it was successful but the ticket was not generated.in both the case my amount was of 670/-was debited from my account. I have raised a complain to ph pay customer care they informed me the transaction was successful from their end. So i went to cinepolis and the counter person informed me the amount will be credited by 3 working days. Now already 8 days passed and i am very mush harassed by the false commitment by cinepolis.. Requesting to help me with this matter.

                          not allowing outside food into theatre

                          Today we were prohibited from carrying 1 packet of biscuits and home made popcorn into the theatre for the 4 pm show at Cinepolis Viviana Mall Thane. As per the new court ruling w. E. F Aug 2018 multiplexes cannot stop consumers from carrying outside food while watching movie to avoid over priced food sold at the counters. This is gross contempt of law and fleecing the public by forcing them to buy overpriced products sold by the theatres....

                          I tried to book tickets on cinepolis website for the movie 2.0 on 6 th decemeber-2018. The amount got debitted on my credit card but no ticket was issued. This happened twice. I contacted the theater @ coimbatore and they told that they have server issues and the refund will happen in three working days. But till date the refund is not done

                            Today on 20th december, i with my two kids went for the movie spiderman-into the spider verse, the 3:30 pm show. I got little late in the traffic, bought three tickets for the executive class, and i asked the clerk, if i lost a considerable amount of movie, she said the movie started on time. Then your staff guided me to the movie hall. The movie ran for another half hour and it ended.
                            Clearly there is a miscommunication somewhere, but it's not from my side, i am sure. Either the show timings were different, in that case your clerk should have told me that i had lost more than an hour if movie, or your staff guided me to incorrect movie hall.
                            Kindly do something as me and my kids were really excited for the movie.

                              I tried to book robo 2.0 movie in cinepolis website for cinepolis kukatpally hyderabad. 700 rs has been deducted from my paytm account but no confirmation in email or on phone number and transaction stopped with blank page. I have contacted both cinepolis and paytm but no use.

                                Money got deducted from credit card but i did not receive the tickets on mobile or on email.
                                There is no customer care number to contact cinepolis. And email on [protected]@cinepolis.com is bounced back.

                                What the hell kind of business is cinepolis carrying out? Looting the money from customers?...

                                I have tried booking for taxiwala movie on 21st nov 2018 1pm show (Cinepolis royal meenakshi mall bengaluru), select the paytm payment mode, money debited from paytm but ticket not confirmed. Paytm details are given below.

                                When i equired in the theater they said the money will come back in original payment mode in 3 days, but almost 3 weeks amount of rs 930/- not credited to my paytm wallet/account.

                                Created issue in cinepolis website also 26/11/2018, issue=11349 proj=78, but no response on this from your end.

                                  I tried booking tickets on nov 18th 2018 @ 11 am, through cinepolis website, i chose paytm as the gateway and it successfully completed the transaction, however the ticket details never came up and got a message saying "unsuccessful", for which i first contacted the paytm support, they informed the transaction was successfully travsferred to cinepolis india and i have the screenshot of the same.

                                  I then tried searching online for cinepolis helpline number, cant believe there is no csr care for cinepolis india!! A firm of this magnitude with no customer care im baffled! So somehow tried pinging them on fb messenger and there has been no further updates response or updates, not sure how to go about it further!
