I have booked 2 tickets for the movie badhai ho on november 1st using the cinepolis application. I have paid the amount with rs 380 deducted from the balance but have not received the movie tickets or confirmation.
I have sent an email to [protected]@cinepolis.com but haven't received any response since.
The cinepolis website does not have a contact number also....

I booked 2 tickets for movie badhaai ho though paytm but show got cancle on 21 october and satff tolds me that refund will given though same mode of payment but yet no confirmation of refund provided to me.

I am not able to redeem my cinepolis points while booking movie ticket.

For two times i tried booking tickets for a movie and both time the transaction is stuck at a webpage while redirecting to merchant site.
First time i used my cc and second time i used netbanking. Both times ₹530 is deducted with no tickets.

Sir i booked a ticket for a movie baazaar on 26/10/2018 around 7.25 pm show i went to theater around 6.50 and iam regular to that theater which was at malkajgiri cinepolise when i show the online ticket there one lady dont know her name told there is time for film and told to wait outside but my side and back people who booked for that film only ur people r allowing them in to theater after seeing i asked ur allowing people but u people didnt...

We had gone for a night show of sui-dhaaga yesterday 5th october 2018
Show timing : 10:30pm.in the interval we bought 4 nachos and 3 large
Cheese popcorn 2 large coke though not all in the same bill this was 3 bills.
To our surprise the nachos were soft not crisp at all, popcorn was a mix of
Caramel and plain that was also soft. Coke did not have fizz.

I booked a show of 6.15 p. M at cinemastar on 19th oct 2018. I made the payment online via debit card. Amount of 410 was deducted from my account but i did not receive my m ticket. The web page keeps flashing that the site must be temporarily down. I need a refund for the same at the earliest. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it.

Just went for the 12.45 pm show for movie "venom"at guwahati, assam. Purchased the executive seats n 2, 3 & 4.

Seat number n3 was jammed in an open state when we entered. On complaint 2 persons came but were unable to fix the same. Again 2 persons came and took a copy of the booking receipt from us.

No apology, no regret offered. Screwed our festive mood.

Why are bookings accepted for defective...

Cinepolis in seasons mall, magarpatta, pune do not allow movie-goers to bring packed eatables inside the theatre even after the execution of the act.
I have experienced this multiple times and there has been no change in the way it works. On informing and warning about the act the attendant became adamant and laid rude in speech. It is extremely shameful when big brands like cinepolis do not abide by the rules and on top of it flaunt...

I watched a movie on 19th June but did not receive any Cinepolis points. I contacted the Support team but they have been reverting the same generic replies since past 4 months. Their customer care number does not work and they will always give the same replies over mail - We'll get back to you soon. And that's the end of that. I bought 2tickets which cost around 330rs and the snacks i bought was popcorn and a coke which cost me around 440. When i asked about the same the agent carelessly replied we sell on the same rates. According to the law the state government of Maharashtra has allowed outside food in the cinema halls and this Cinepolis Cinema located at Pune at Seasons mall Magarpatta didnt allow us a chips packed in the cinema hall and they are clearly flaunting the law and direction by the state government. They didnt care about the law when we told them about it....
