Today on 20th december, i with my two kids went for the movie spiderman-into the spider verse, the 3:30 pm show. I got little late in the traffic, bought three tickets for the executive class, and i asked the clerk, if i lost a considerable amount of movie, she said the movie started on time. Then your staff guided me to the movie hall. The movie ran for another half hour and it ended.
Clearly there is a miscommunication somewhere, but it's not from my side, i am sure. Either the show timings were different, in that case your clerk should have told me that i had lost more than an hour if movie, or your staff guided me to incorrect movie hall.
Kindly do something as me and my kids were really excited for the movie.

We booked 4 recliner seats for the movie ( URI) on the 21st January for the 10:55 PM show.
Two of the four recliner seats were not working and it was a very disappointing experience .
There are no actions takenfespite we complaining about the same .
A response/ action taken would be appreciated .
