Cinepolis India — Lights not switched on in the movie hall at the start, interval and at the end of the movie

I and my mother (age 75) had gone for a movie Jollly LLB at Cinepolis Viviana mall Audi (4) for the 10:00am show.
I was shocked to see that the lights were not switched on in the movie hall when people were entering to watch the movie. My seating was in M row and I had a tough time taking my mother up stairs in the dark.
When interval happened again the lights were not switched on in the movie hall and people were going and coming up in the dark.
When the movie ended i faced a tough time bringing my mom downstairs as the lights were still not switched on in the movie hall. This time I decided I will raise a complaint with the highest authority as I felt it would be good to bring it to the authorities before a damage happens.

I spoke to Nirav Gaikwad (Assistant Manager) at Cinepolis Viviana Mall and he informed me that due to technical error this problem was caused and they woul dtake care of it. I am not sure if this has been rectified but spot checks need to be carried out in move halls to ensure everything is perfect.
