Cinepolis India — Money Deducted But Ticket not issued and No Refund Till Now

My order I'd is[protected] . I issued 2 tickets for zara hatke and zara bachke movie for yesterday.Payment was completed successfully and ticket had not been issued. when I opened the Cinepolis app again the page was gone. There are no tickets shown in my booking history and no confirmation email or message for ticket booking was received but as you can see in the attachment the money has been deducted from my account. I complained yesterday too. But nothing has been done...
