Cinepolis India — Night vision camera inside movie theatre hall in Amritsar

I want to ask if there is any night vision camera inside movie theatre hall in Cinepolis batala road Amritsar or Cinepolis mall of Amritsar...if yes then why there is no warning sign stating that you are under cctv surveillance inside movie hall...they should atleast inform consumer before entering the movie hall or atleast put any warning sign stating same
