I had booked 4 tickets in cinepolis app in orion east mall banaswadi, Bengaluru and paid Rs. 780. I see the money got deducted from bank account but the tickets have not got booked yet. So I request you to please look into this and refund my money as soon as possible.

I booked tickets from Cinepolis India app i paid for ticket but tickets are not booked...

I booked a ticket at Cinepolis website for World Cup match Ind vs Pak with the transaction number[protected]. I haven’t received any information about tickets/bookind ID on mail/text. As soon as I made the payment the screen went blank. No update received yet except the debit amount from my bank account. No customer care number available, no email available. They even stopped replying on Twitter DM....

I Archit Shikare, booked ticket for the Movie Black Adam (2D English) of 12:50 p.m, 22nd October 2022. Of Nexus Seawoods, Mumbai from your Cinepolis app.
I have also shared the receipt of the payment . So I hopefully look forward to get my ticket as soon as possible or else I'd like to get my all money refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible.

I am buying a ticket of black Adam in Cinepolis unity one Mall Rohini I visited cinema hall and see the picture the cinema hall screen is shaking in whole movie I can't see the proper movie...

I booked 2 tickets of doctor g at db mall bhopal for 20 october 2022 on 19 october 2022 my money got deducted but the tickets were not booked so please refund my money as i have booked again and therefore i’m attaching the payment details...

Hi this is Kushal i have booked 2tickets for doctor G movie for 16th Oct-22 from Cinepolis app, money got debited but tickets are not showing on app, also no mail/sms received.
Ticket confirmation needed or refund the money if received.

Very disappointed from Cinepolis kochi. We are not able to see the video playing only video. It happened couple of times. we never expected such stupid things from Cinepolis. We lost our time people are frustrated. Kindly do the immediate action ASAP

I booked 3 tickets for one piece film red on 6th October, 2022 (venue Cinepolis Nexus Esplanade Bhubaneswar) through Cinepolis Android app but then i paid through phone pe upi after that I've not received any tickets or e-mails, i even have that screenshot of successful transaction on phone pe but i haven't got any tickets, please Refund my money and resolve my problem....

Tried booking tickets via the Cinepolis app, however the amount for deducted, paid through gpay but ticket is not booked neither did receive a refund....

On 1st Oct, we tried booking 4 tickets for Vikram vedha movie show at 7:15pm in your cinepolis website (www.cinepolisindia.com).

Unfortunately amount was debited from my UPI account but booking was not confirmed.

I discussed with Cinepolis manager in Hubli, Karnataka. He told he will raise refund request but even after 10days no refund is processed.

Very bad experience last time I have visited here during the show the hall was not at clean and sound was also so poor after giving the feedback I got the cal from manager and hey appolise for the issue and offered me 2movie tickets any time any show now if I cal them they saying it's wrong number very bad commitment so please don't visit to cinepolis and dnt believe them any time anywhere this was his number [protected] fraud manager...
