I booked tickets for Avatar 2 for 21 dec for 4 people evening show(6:30) on 19 dec, the amount was deducted from my account but i didn't get any confirmation from Cinepolis please refund my amount

      Hi sir
      this is to i form you about horrific experience i had with my family today, went to watch avatar 3d way of water and due to technical issue movie was interrupted several times during play when we objected we were asked to wait and movie will be resumed soon, but after wait of 25 mins it resumed, then as part of compe sation we were told by manaher mr sharma that we will be given complimentary tickets which one staff came and handed over in the movie, when got out of movie i just chexked the vouchers, to my dis belief they were dated back o n 2012, i immediately went to desk to get it corrected but the staff said not possible and they asked manager to come who was grinning ear to ear saying that this what they have and cant help...
      Such a big brand who is supposed to provide good custimer experience is resorting to cheap tactics and not even apologetic about it such shame, i want the refund of my entire tickets on ground of misbehaviour of staff and bad and interrupted cinema experience

          Location- cross river mall delhi

          Manager was misbehaving with the 15 year child regarding the small issue. The staff has given us the wrong order of popcorn. The manager starts misbehaving with us and he called the police in theater. We come there to enjoy with our family not for this. I have also recorded the video of the manager. Kindly take the strict action regarding this.

            Manager was misbehaving with the 15 year child regarding the order . His name is nikhil and he also called the police regarding the small issue. We can't able to watch the movie because of him. I also have recorded the video of his behaviour. Kindly take the strict action regarding this. We all come with family to enjoy the movie. Not for this

              Hello All,

              So basically i am a social worker and a lawyer too, Today I observed a clear violation of human rights, When i visited in cinepolis Muzaffarpur.
              I got to know about this scenario.

              When i spoke with an staff of cinepolis i got to know about how the staff is treated by the higher managements,

              I asked him about WORKING HOUR, BREAK TIMING & WORK LOAD, and he replies me with a sad face that they don’t even get proper lunch breaks in their working shifts,
              Manager’s told them to go and eat the meal (lunch) within 5min and then come back to work.

              The Shifts is about 9hr (usually extends) but according to law an employee needs break for rest and can not work more than 4 continues hour.
              They are so tired and tressed and this is so sad to say but they are treated like a slaves.

              We are in a democratic country where we treat everyone equally and this is an international brand and i dont think this is the way to treat your employees.

              Its my humble request to check with your higher management of the town (Muzaffarpur) and please try to resolve this issue.

              I will visit again and this time i will take interview of your employees and will file a case against you for violating HUMAN RIGHTS.

              So please resolve this issue because your staffs are also a human being and they also deserve the respect.

                the screen is very dirty. inspite of complaining two times they did not do any thing. its very uncomfortable to watch movies on dirty screen after giving Rs.170.

                  I did book a online ticket from there site for which the money got debited but it showed transaction failed and no ticket was issued.
                  I am attaching the reference number of the transaction.
                  I want the money back instead of a ticket as i have already purchased another one for the movie avatar.
                  I did the booking on 10th dec @1am

                    Assistant Manager behave improperly manner rudely behaviour had video and prooves with eyewitnesses also

                    I want to raise this complaint at higher level that cinepolis is hiring that kind of persons who dont know how to treat customers and how to behave but in this industry this is not the right way to treat customers

                      I want to ask if there is any night vision camera inside movie theatre hall in Cinepolis batala road Amritsar or Cinepolis mall of Amritsar...if yes then why there is no warning sign stating that you are under cctv surveillance inside movie hall...they should atleast inform consumer before entering the movie hall or atleast put any warning sign stating same...

                      I want to ask if Cinepolis batala road Amritsar or Cinepolis mall of Amritsar have night vision camera inside movie theatre hall...if yes then why there is no warning sign stating that you are under cctv surveillance.. atleast they should inform the consumer before

                          Hi,
                          I had mistakenly booked the ticket(WP9KTQK) for a wrong date and when I tried to cancel/reschedule the ticket. I found out that the Cinepolis India doesn't refund or modify the tickets!!
                          Cinepolis US refunds it!
                          In India INOX and PVR both offer about 70% of the money in case the customer wants to cancel the tickets till 3hour before the show.
                          I called within 1 minute of booking the ticket.

                          This is mental harrassment and day light robbery.

                          Please revise these policy.

                            Last Monday I went the movie of Masooda 22:30 show in Powerone mall... But In ticket counter is not giving the printed tickets and also Swiping also not accepting... They are written manually on tickets and send us to screen... But as per my openion full fraud is happening at Powerone mall... Because which is manually entered ticket numbers it's near by screen only.in upper sitting entire vacancy only...

                            As per my knowledge they left the upper seats because of online bookings...

                            Through phonepe only i has paid the amount and Manual tickets also available with us.

                            In this fraud case manager also contribution is there..

                              I booked two tickets under the name of Vidhi Sharma for Drishyam 2, Cinepolis Lake Mall Kolkata, show timing- 1:10 p.m Sunday, 27th November. The money was debited from my account but the transaction failed. Hence, I need a refund to be processed asap.

                              i have not received any confirmation email whatsoever. when i made the booking, the amount was deducted and then the website just redirected me to a page saying that my transaction was not successful

                              For the second time I'm facing the same problem from Cinepolis service but this time if I didn't get the refund I'm definitely going to complain in consumer forum for sure.

                                Had recently been to Malkhajgiri Hyderabad ccpl the theater had very low maintenance . There was no pest control a lot of mosquito in the screen. The staff there are looking into cost savings and have decreased there ac it was hard to breathe. I couldn't record in the theater so I recorded a video in the lift please take serious action or I will go public on this review

                                  Hi,
                                  I have booked Miral movie in Cinepolis cinema's at 12 Nov 2022 in BSR Mall, Pallavaram-Thuraipakkam Rd, Seevaram, Thoraipakkam, Tamil Nadu 600097

                                  Due to some technical issue they are cancel the show and told refund the ticket amount within 5 days but still I'm not getting any refunds from their end.

                                    I have booked three ticket in cinepolis in seawood at 6 pm show today and as I want 4 seat but only three are available and three are available in 300 rs category so that I thought i would seat 1 seat in 300 rs category after booking 3 seat in 280 rs category .

                                    Now tjose seat, I cannot book as suggest on site inspite of that they are still nit booked. Pl help me so that I can see with my family in todays show.

                                      I book the tickets as a guest user for cinepolis cross river delhi for drishyam 2 movie show time 3:30 from the cinepolis webpage after that i got a payment page then I go to my phonepe account to pay for the ticket after I done my transaction I came back to the cinepolis webpage to get my ticket but the exist page is not found there is a new page which is open on the webpage.
                                      So kindly requested you to refund my deducted amount of
                                      Rs. 707.
