As I went to buy tickets for my movie on 3rd March 2023 10:05 am Pathaan ( CINEPOLIS AASHIMA BHOPAL ), the respective individual asked us to buy the snacks which were compulsory which seems to be unpleasant. As I didn't intend to create a scene so i paid and bought the tickets plus snacks but I didn't feel it was fair enough with any moviegoers.
I hope you will look into this matter thoroughly and kindly reply with a reason why did it happen.

I tried booking tickets from cinepolis website on 2nd feb 2023, they debited the amount and it's been over 3 weeks i haven't received the refund.
Initially they emailed me saying that the refund has been initiated and will be received to me within 7 days and and it's 1st march 2023 now and i haven't received any response from them about it neither the amount

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania in 3d Hindi and the person who was in ticket counter was saying that to get ticket you need to buy there food
if you not buy then they will cancel your ticket and per ticket you need to buy food we were 2 people so we need to buy 2 food item

I booked the ticket for tamil movie Vaathi at Cinepolis Esplanade bhubaneswar, odisha. Date i booked is 17th February 2023, show timming -3 pm. No. Of tickets booked 1.
My ticket no. Is Executive E 4.
It clearly mentioned that Tamil movie Vaathi is available with english subtitles, but after booking the ticket i found there is no subtitles.
I need some serious action to be taken against the company.

I had booked tickets for a movie called Antman and the Wasp Quantumania in Cinepolis Lake mall through Cinepolis app, payment was done and money was debited but don't receive ticket confirmation nor its showing in my tickets section.

I recently purchased a movie ticket for 300 Rs, only to find out that the price has now been reduced to 220rs I feel that this change in pricing is unfair and unjust to customers who have already paid a higher amount. Consequently, I purchased a ticket for 300 rupees that is now only worth 220 rupees, costing me more money.

It is frustrating to know that I have paid more than I should have for a ticket that is now being sold at a lower price. I had no idea that the price would drop so significantly in such a short period of time, and it feels like I have been taken advantage of as a customer.

I understand that prices may fluctuate depending on various factors, but it is unacceptable to change them so drastically in such a short period of time. This is especially true for loyal customers who have supported the movie theatre and purchased tickets at the higher price.

I hope that you can understand my frustration and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a refund or some other form of compensation for the difference in price. Additionally, I would like to suggest that you implement more transparent pricing policies in the future to prevent this kind of situation from occurring again.

Hi i was booking tickets for from Cinepolis app, my money got deducted from paytm but tickets didn't get booked, please refund my money as soon as possible.

Payment was debited - confirmation screen was displayed

Txn ID was[protected]. This was done on Sunday 12th of Feb 2023, for a show today.

I went to Cinepolis (Lake Mall) Kolkata with my family on February 8, 2023 to watch the Projapoti film 7:20 pm show.

The person at the booking counter first presented me with the QR scanner which I scanned to make a payment of Rs. 640 through Google Pay for 4 seats. As the payment was taking time probably due to the server or network delay, the executive asked me to pay via any other mode. I then chose to pay via credit card which was successful.

After a few seconds the google pay payment also got successful (while I was already at the counter) resulting in two times payment of Rs. 640, 1 via Google pay and other via credit card.

I spoke to the manager there named Mr. Sauptik and he assured me the payment would be reversed in 24 hours. He also raised a complaint on his phone within the cinepolis staff application, took the screenshot of the G-Pay transaction and said the process will be expedited as he has raised it in the staff application.

It is already 13 Feb today and I have not received the refund on the payment made via Google Pay for 640 Rs.

The UPI transaction Id is[protected] at Feb 8, 2023 6:52 PM.

I need the refund of 640 Rs. ASAP to my source account.

9 o[censored]s came to Cinepolis Ashima Mall at 8:15 pm and took 9 tickets and the employee Kuldeep said that taking 1 drink on 2 tickets is compulsory.And when I told not to take it, he started forcing me and said that I will not get the ticket, my whole experience was very bad.

I had booked Pathan tickets a while ago but still haven't gotten the refund. Its been around 10 days, please help.

CINEPOLIS Aundh, Pune Seat Issue Booking ID WNFPZSN. I Booked Pathan IMAX MOVIE on 1 Feb 2023 10.00 a.m. show at Cinepolis Imax Aundh. PUNE. SEAT no is I8. The seat is improper. When u recline back the base tilts sideways creating a problem to sit. MY EXPERIENCE WAS WORST IN SITTING. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Sorry for the inconvenience caused ..I’ve lost my AirPods at Calicut gokulam mall (Kozhikode) between the show 6:30-9:00 on 23 January 2023 . It is of great sentimental value to me and could you guys please help me find it ?!?!!!

I'm at Cinepolis, SJR Central Mall, Arekere, Bangalore watching Puss in Boots 3D. The movie clarity is worst. There is no 3D effect.
The screen is flickering. When contacted the staff, they claim some technical issue. We told them to stop the movie, rectify the issue. The technical person reduced the screen size to 60-70%. The screen is still blurry. Despite repeatedly asking them to rectify they aren't doing anything. The staff is just trying to buy time. Either they should refund the amount or rectify the issue.
