Hi,
I have booked Miral movie in Cinepolis cinema's at 12 Nov 2022 in BSR Mall, Pallavaram-Thuraipakkam Rd, Seevaram, Thoraipakkam, Tamil Nadu 600097

Due to some technical issue they are cancel the show and told refund the ticket amount within 5 days but still I'm not getting any refunds from their end.

Kindly check the status and let me know ASAP

    I have booked three ticket in cinepolis in seawood at 6 pm show today and as I want 4 seat but only three are available and three are available in 300 rs category so that I thought i would seat 1 seat in 300 rs category after booking 3 seat in 280 rs category .

    Now tjose seat, I cannot book as suggest on site inspite of that they are still nit booked. Pl help me so that I can see with my family in todays show.

      I book the tickets as a guest user for cinepolis cross river delhi for drishyam 2 movie show time 3:30 from the cinepolis webpage after that i got a payment page then I go to my phonepe account to pay for the ticket after I done my transaction I came back to the cinepolis webpage to get my ticket but the exist page is not found there is a new page which is open on the webpage.
      So kindly requested you to refund my deducted amount of
      Rs. 707.

        On 18th November, Cinepolis on Esplanade was hosting an organisation which was collecting names and numbers for a lucky draw. I was there to see Drishyam 2 and gave my contact as well.

        Today they have called 40+ times from multiple numbers, harassed and used slurs and degrading language using the same number.

        I want an apology, or a monetary compensation for the damage caused.

              I made the payment to Cinepolis and booked the show for 1015 pm but no tickets have been recieved. The payment was also successful. The show is in less than 12 hours. Please help

                  I had a movie booking for the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever 3D movie on 13th November, 2022.

                  There was a forceful interval which was given during the movie. The problem isn't there, but when movie started after the interval, it was extremely chaotic. The scene had started 20 mins ago again, where we re-watched the 20 minutes. Again, when the scene came where forceful interruption was done, the movie stopped again, and ads of popcorn were shown. When it resumed, again it was shown from 20 minutes ago and the audience had to watch it again. After this, the movie stopped once again, but this time, it was shown from 10 minutes ago, and when the particular scene came when forceful interruption was done, the print changed completely, with the poorest sound and print quality I've ever experienced and after 10 minutes of the worst Cinepolis experience, the movie played in 2D for the next 15 minutes.

                  I never expected this from such a huge brand, and now I seek for a refund of my movie tickets, as my valuable time of 1 to 1 hour 15 minutes got wasted because of the nuisance.

                  I hope this doesn't get repeated once again.

                            The Cinepolis app also sucks and not able to complain.the contact number provided is wrong. Very bad customer service.

                                I spoke to Devender, today around 11.30.pm night show.

                                While purchasing popcorn, i asked him that popcorns fall down from the bucket, i need something else either some plate or anything. He blatantly denied for that saying we dont do anything, said we dont have anything.

                                We buy popcorns for 380/-, which is too expensive already and then just to provide a plat seems so pathetic. Totally dissatisfied and pathetic experience on this small issue..

                                Need this to escalate to higher authorities to understand how the customers are treated

                                Also at the ticket booking, they have one machine running and the queue was so long and instead of doing anything, they just keep denying for everything.

                                  On 5th Nov, went to Cinepolis @VR Mall Nagpur for Kantara movie for 8:40pm show. Lost my wallet at it. Team not even allowed to check CCTV not checked by themselves. I went all Mall CCTV footage and confirmed that I had my wallet when I entered Cinepolis. But since last 2 day days I'm receiving answers like no one submitted wallet and we don't have it. Tried to reach at Mr. Vishnu and Mr. Akshay they were like it is your responsibility and we can't do anything in it. Mr. Akshay even lied that he went through CCTV footage when I asked what was I wearing he said he didn't checked that the operator confirmed this. Now, I've only options to come up with police. I've very important documents in my wallet and It is very important to retrieve it. If your team could help me out in this I would have lauded it. But, instead they have given reason as last 2 days.

                                        Welcomed well with joining hands, color of Indian culture Namashkara.
                                        Then, turned into anger and fooled expressions over comment with english movie and then after digital payment delay, kept at standby with a comment, frustration and over exhausted. Made at standby for more 15mins. After all other welcomed and entertained.

                                        If these guys dont understand the purpose of Namshkar. They should fool Indian culture.

                                        Request you to inculcate indian value in your service treatment. No fooled Namshkar please.
