Cinepolis India — Not getting movie tickets despite paying the money

Address: VR Mall, Nagpur

I booked 5 tickets for Zara hatke zara bachke today for tomorrows 3:45 show at Cinepolis Nagpur. I did it through the Cinepolis App. I did the payment through the Phone Pe app and when I returned to the Cinepolis app the page went away and it said that the transaction failed, but the money got debited and I also received an Email from [protected]@ccavenue.com about the order confirmation which may be handles the payments. The Order No. is[protected]. I haven't yet got any confirmation message nor does the booking history show anything. I want a full refund of the amount that got debited.
