Cinepolis India — Not getting subtitles with the show as promised

On 10.6.23 i booked a ticket for 'Por thozhil' with english subtitles at Cinepolis, SJR central mall, Arekere, Bannerghatta, Banglore. Even in e-posters at theater it was shown subtitles available for the show. However there was no subtitles with the show. I have travelled about 25 kms to get the subtitles and this is what i have come across. Hope you will address my concern.
