[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Not receiving conformation mail/sms after successful transaction for bahubali-2 movie tickets | |||
I purchased 3 tickets for bhahubali 2 movie at thane, mumbai. Money (Rs.1, 101.34) got deducted from account xx9251, but did not receive any conformation from cinepolis. Tickets booked for (7 th may show at 7.15 in thane) Please kindly look in this matter as soon as possible. I hope this is the right place to reach out the Cinepolis customer care, i have booked tickets last evening and have still not received either sms or a confirmation email. I did choose the option to receive an sms while booking the tickets. Please help.
