I hope this is the right place to reach out the Cinepolis customer care, i have booked tickets last evening and have still not received either sms or a confirmation email. I did choose the option to receive an sms while booking the tickets. Please help.

I have recently booked 5 tickets from www.cinepolisindia.com, money successfully deducted from my account, but i have not received any tickets, please help me out.
