[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — Payment completed but tickets process failed. Please refund my money.

I've booked two tickets for bahubali-2 (Telugu) at cinepolis ccpl mall, hyderabad. The payment was done through the cinepolis website and after the process the website prompted that the ticket booking process failed after payment.. I did not receive any mails or messages from cinepolis.
Show date: 7th may, sunday
Movie timing 23:00
Movie: bahubali 2- the conclusion (Telugu)
Tickets 2nos: b12, c12
Paytm wallet txn# no: [protected]

It would be better if the money was refunded..

I have booked tickets though Paytm and unfortunately i haven’t received any confirmation from cinepolis or paytm.
However entire transition have been done trough Paytm.
Please confirm tickets as soon as possible.
